But mission can begin right where we are, in the patience we show our families, the kindness we offer strangers, and the time we give to someone who feels alone. Through these everyday moments, we can help others encounter Christ’s love.
This World Mission Sunday, let us remember that we don’t have to do something extraordinary to make a difference. God can work through even the smallest acts of love when we offer them with an open heart. Through our prayers, generosity and the way we live each day, we can bring hope to others and make His love known. We are all called to be missionaries, right where God has placed us. 🙏

It’s easy to put prayer on hold or skip Mass because there’s just too much to do. But perhaps these are the very moments we need Him most. Even a few minutes of quiet prayer can remind us that we don’t have to figure everything out on our own.
Study hard, give it your best and remember to rest, too. But don’t let your grades define your worth. You are loved by God, not because of what you achieve, but simply because you are His. | 15 |  Love is easy when things go our way. But what happens when loving someone asks us to put our own wants aside? Sometimes, sacrificial love looks like giving up our time, choosing patience when we feel frustrated, or putting aside our pride to make peace. These small moments reveal something beautiful about the way we love.
Jesus showed us the true meaning of sacrificial love when He gave His life for us on the Cross. His example reminds us that love is not simply about how we feel or what we receive, but how we choose to give of ourselves for the good of another.

| 19 |  Sometimes, when someone is struggling with their mental health, we may not know what to say. We might wonder if they need to pray more, trust God more or simply try harder. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡.
𝗪𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞. A mental health condition does not make someone less worthy, less faithful or less loved by God.
As we celebrate World Mental Health Day, may we become a Church that listens, walks alongside those who are struggling and reminds them that they are seen, loved and never forgotten by God.
