2	St Ignatius of Loyola wasn't always the man we know today. Before becoming a saint, he chased status, recognition, and worldly success. But God met him in the middle of his brokenness, using disappointment, suffering, and unexpected detours to transform his heart. Perhaps that's a reminder for us too. 10	Like many cradle Catholics, Simon slowly drifted from his faith. Church became more of an obligation than a relationship with God, and for almost three decades he lived life on his own terms. But after the unexpected passing of his father in 2021, God met him in his grief and gently called him back to the faith. Through the Sacrament of Reconciliation, Simon began rediscovering God's mercy and love. Today, Simon knows that following Christ doesn't mean having a perfect life.
