ECWC had the honor of hosting a high-level Lessons Learned Session at our head office, bringing together the Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, the Engineer, and our project teams to reflect on three successfully delivered irrigation projects — Kesem, Tendaho, and Gidabo.
Graced by H.E. Dr. Abraham Belay, Minister of Irrigation and Lowlands, the session was a powerful demonstration of true partnership — where all stakeholders came together with openness and humility to assess what we did well, where we faced challenges, and how we can improve going forward.
