| 15 | A Celebration of Progress. A Commitment to What Comes Next.
Following a Board session that recognized our turnaround as remarkable—even miraculous—we came together as one ECWC team to align for the road ahead.
Over 3,000 employees gathered as our CEO shared our annual performance—a true turning point & set a clear direction for the coming year. Employees also took a moment to reflect on progress achieved so far.
This progress was not by chance. It was earned through disciplined leadership, strong execution, an engaged workforce, & alignment across the organization—built on trust with our stakeholders.
Now, we raise the bar: stronger commercial performance, consistent project delivery, continued investment in our people, and capabilities to sustain long-term growth.
The energy was real. The unity was clear. Certificates of recognition were also presented to retiring employees in appreciation of their years of service.
This was more than a gathering. It was momentum.

Ethiopia has set an ambitious target—1.5 million homes in five years. ECWC is aligned to support this national priority.
At the Akaki Kality housing project, our prefabrication wing is delivering the structural package—bringing speed, consistency, and quality to large-scale urban housing.
In the past 7 months since the revised contract:
* 1,204 units completed (Phase 1& 2)
(1,064 residential + 140 commercial)
* 616 units in progress (Phase 3 & 4) on track for completion
within the next 3 months
This will bring total delivery to 1,820 units—completed within just 10 months.
Our role is straightforward:
Deliver at scale. Deliver on time. Support national priorities.
