The Orangetan Supreme Leader of the Galaxy held a joint presser ahead of the NATO Summit with the Turkish dictator/former watermelon salesman.

➡️Trump confirmed the US will lift CAATSA sanctions on Türkiye:

"We will make a decision... it's something certainly we would consider."
No firm yes yet — Congress still requires certification that Ankara no longer holds the S-400 system, and Trump faces pushback from both Republicans and Netanyahu, who lobbied him directly by phone to block the sale, calling Erdogan's government "a regime influenced by the Muslim Brotherhood."
➡️Erdogan said Trump had personally promised five F-35s and "always keeps his word" — he's also expecting a green light on F110 engines for Türkiye's indigenous KAAN fighter (the engine sale itself, worth $700M+, was already notified to Congress last month).
➡️Trump repeatedly framed Türkiye as more reliable than "traditional" allies:
"Türkiye has been much more loyal than other countries we think would be loyal," "better probably than it's ever been," militarily "very powerful — people don't know how powerful they actually are."
➡️Trump claimed Türkiye stayed out of the Iran war "maybe because of me," and said he's confident Erdogan doesn't want Tehran to get a nuclear weapon.
➡️ On NATO broadly: "I was very disappointed with NATO" over the alliance's response during the Iran war — by his own account he was "testing" whether allies would show up for the US, and suggested he might have skipped the summit entirely if it weren't hosted by Erdogan personally.
➡️Ankara flourishes: Trump praised the "beautiful" new airport, the building named after him, and the "brand new" roads on the drive in.

➡️Europe/NATO posture:
floated pulling all US troops out of Europe.
🐻Between the "great friends" and the airport compliments, hinted Washington sanctions and military embargo relief and F-35 access for continued Turkish alignment (and to counterbalance Netanyahu's very public objections), nothing is actually signed or set in stone — it's all "will consider" and "decision is coming."
Same can be said for all major US foreign policy moves and stances - but Daddy & handlers remain steadfast: Greenland will be ours, we need to block the Dino-Russian Northern Arctic Trade route, the Pivot to Asia continues, EU freeloaders must pay more and they will, and Daddy & Imperium remain the centre of known and unknown universe - or else!

| 20 |  🇺🇦🇲🇨 Ukrainian police have confirmed the detention of a Ukrainian Defense Intelligence (GUR) officer and a former law enforcement officer on suspicion of murdering Anastasia Berezovskaya — the woman accused of involvement in the Monaco assassination attempt on Dnepropetrovsk businessman Vadym Yermolaiev. Her body was found with gunshot wounds to the head.
The GUR officer has reportedly confessed to the killing, along with the second suspect. The pre-trial investigation was opened on July 1 — the same day Berezovskaya arrived in Ukraine.
Investigators established that once in Ukraine, she was in contact with her family and two men — the former law enforcement officer and the active-duty GUR officer — both of whom had repeatedly sent her money via bank card and crypto wallet. In his confession, the GUR officer claimed he had been in contact with Berezovskaya and sending her funds on his own initiative, without informing his superiors.
In a further twist, prosecutors have released video from a basement room at the former law enforcement officer's house that resembles a torture chamber.
Authorities are now working to identify who ordered the Monaco attack and to establish any other individuals involved in the assassination attempt targeting the Yermolaiev family. As previously reported, the detention of Berezovskaya's likely killers strengthens the theory that Ukrainian authorities themselves were behind the original Monaco plot.
