Ukrainian military’s manpower hits rock bottom, Kiev regime’s spy chief admits "The situation is on the edge. Every hour, this situation moves toward critical," head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (GUR) Kyrylo Budanov told the New York Times.
