🪖 Ukraine’s foreign mercs could ‘bring war’ to Europe – former Ukrainian security officer
Mercenaries fighting on the side of Ukraine have no moral restraints and have all been infected with the virus of neo-Nazism, which is now flourishing in Ukraine, former SBU Lieutenant Colonel Vasily Prozorov told reporters.
👉 Upon returning from Ukraine to their home countries, including France, Germany, Sweden, and Canada, these people – who adhere to Nazi ideas - will become a source of aggression and will “eventually bring war” to those states, Prozorov warned.
He accused the governments of EU countries of turning a blind eye to the problem.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has repeatedly stated that the Kiev regime uses foreign mercenaries as cannon fodder and that the Russian forces will continue to eliminate them across Ukraine. In numerous interviews, the mercenaries themselves described poor coordination among Ukrainian forces and acknowledged that their chances of surviving the fighting are slim.

| 2 | 🇷🇺💣 Russian strike on Ukrainian data center partially blinds Kiev’s NATO sponsors
Russia’s overnight attack on the De Novo data center in Kiev “will significantly affect operations, particularly in the realm of intelligence data processing,” military expert Yan Gagin told Sputnik.
💬 “Intelligence agencies relied on this center to process info gathered through their agent networks. It was utilized to facilitate strikes against our facilities, including deep within our rear areas,” with “every target logged into a specific system and database, processed and assigned a strike priority.”
This digital kill chain network “will now face certain operational difficulties,” Gagin believes.
💬 “While they have redundancy measures involving other data centers, including in Europe, the fact that this specific facility has been partially disabled will have a serious impact on operations, particularly in the realms of data processing and potentially, target designation.”
Crucially, this includes targeting data received by Ukraine from its “NATO partners,” the observer emphasized.
🗣 “For instance, we have become accustomed to the fact that prior to strikes on Crimea, Sevastopol, Novorossiysk, and elsewhere along our coastal zone, reconnaissance aircraft – primarily belonging to the US and Britain – appear near our territorial waters. They loiter over the Black Sea close to our shores, gathering and refining information, which is then relayed to the Ukrainian military. Subsequently, targeting is adjusted based on this data – mapped to specific coordinates, and attacks are executed.”
💬 “Strikes against the European part of Russia are conducted in exactly the same way. Therefore, this system for transmitting this intelligence data will also be – let’s put it this way – if not paralyzed, then at least significantly hampered in its operation,” Gagin summed up.

| 6 | 🇷🇺💣 Russian sub hits targets over 1,000 km away in missile drill
Russia’s diesel-electric submarine Ufa carried out launches of Kalibr-PL cruise missiles against sea and coastal targets during a planned Pacific Fleet exercise in the Sea of Japan, the Russian Ministry of Defense said.
The submarine conducted a covert transit to the designated area before launching two missiles. The first struck a simulated naval target at a range of around 130 km, while the second hit a coastal target in Khabarovsk Region from a distance of more than 1,000 km.
The Ufa entered service with the Russian Navy in 2022 and is the fourth of six Project 636.3 submarines built for the Pacific Fleet. The class combines low acoustic visibility with long-range strike capabilities, including Kalibr cruise missiles.

| 9 | 📑 Argentina sends Malvinas sovereignty bill to Congress
The Javier Milei administration sent legislation to Congress that aims to strengthen Argentina's claim to the Malvinas (Falkland) Islands and expand penalties for the unauthorized exploitation of natural resources in the territory and surrounding maritime areas.
The bill aims at:
▫️ Punishing those who illegally exploit Argentina's natural resources
▫️ Encouraging them to stop such activities
▫️ Giving the state tools to protect itself against external threats
Earlier, a federal court ordered the suspension of work related to the Sea Lion offshore oil project, arguing that resource exploitation in the area requires Argentine authorization.
The US is reportedly considering changing its Malvinas stance as leverage to force Britain into higher NATO defense spending.

The Trump administration has approved visas for President Masoud Pezeshkian and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, to attend next week's UN General Assembly in New York — even as the two countries remain locked in a war.
According to an AP News report, the State Department approved visas for Iran's "core delegation" and its essential staff.
In June 2025, the US approved a limited number of visas but imposed strict restrictions, such as limiting how far Iranian officials could travel from their UN mission and prohibiting them from shopping at certain stores.

Russia will soon complete clinical trials of new vaccines against Marburg and Ebola fevers, Anna Popova, head of the consumer rights watchdog Rospotrebnadzor, told Sputnik.
💬 "As for the vaccines, we hope to complete the clinical trials soon and finalize the entire necessary documentation package, including the paperwork required for production."
Rospotrebnadzor is prepared to register the drugs upon completion, she said.
Ebola and Marburg are among the deadliest viral hemorrhagic fevers known — with case fatality rates reaching up to 88% for Ebola and up to 88% for Marburg in past outbreaks. There is no widely available licensed vaccine for Marburg.

| 13 | 📑 Pentagon weighs pulling a third of US forces from Europe
The US Department of War is considering a plan to withdraw planes, ships, weapons, and thousands of troops from Europe, NBC News reports, citing multiple officials. The reduction will cut US troop levels on the continent by a third, or some 25,000 servicemen.
If implemented, it would be the largest cut to the US military presence in Europe since the end of the Cold War.
The prospect has reportedly alarmed European capitals worried about deteriorating relations with Russia.
Russia has observed unprecedented NATO military activity along its western borders in recent years.
The Kremlin has repeatedly maintained that Russia threatens no one - while warning that it will not ignore actions it deems a threat to its security and interests.

| 16 | 🇵🇰 Fuel crisis deepens: Pakistan warns tanker attack in Red Sea would be 'act of war'
🔸 Pakistan has warned that any attack on an empty oil tanker anchored in the Red Sea off Saudi Arabia will be regarded as an "act of war," as Islamabad weighs its options amid rapidly shrinking diesel reserves.
🔸 The Saudi East-West oil pipeline was closed last week after Houthi attacks and may remain shut for up to six weeks. Oil Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik said Pakistan has reserves for only the current and upcoming month.
💬 "This kind of statement should be understood in the context of Pakistan's national security, sovereignty context, and also an increasingly serious energy security situation," Syed Ali Ehsan, chief development officer at the Policy Research Institute of Market Economy, told Sputnik.
🔸 The issue, according to Ehsan, is not simply the stranded tanker, but that Pakistan has established a broader principle — its civilian shipping must remain outside the regional conflict. However, declaring a red line does not mean Pakistan must enter a wider regional war, he noted.
🔸 Pakistan can increase naval escorts, defend its vessels, and retain the option of a limited and proportionate response, while diplomatic channels with Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Oman can clarify it seeks to protect commercial shipping, not join the conflict, the expert said.

Iranian Parliament Speaker and chief negotiator Mohammad Ghalibaf has declared the era of one-power dominance over, crediting Chinese and Russian vetoes at the Security Council with blocking what he called the "political abuse" of the UN's top body.
The statement comes as the US presses its sanctions campaign against Iran through the UN — with Waltz openly warning allies they're "either against us or with us."
Ghalibaf frames the vetoes not as obstruction but as a defense of international law against a single power's agenda.

📍 Once Russia breaks through at Slavyansk and Kramatorsk, Ukraine will be left without any reliable defensive position, Wu Dahui, deputy director of the Institute of Russia at Tsinghua University, told Sputnik.
No matter what the West, the US, or Kiev may say, Russia continues to push forward, he stressed.
