2	On 02.09.2026, based on reliable intelligence corroborated by AR, CDO/Imphal East arrested Yensembam Rajesh Meitei @ Abung @ Khana (28) from Lamlong Bazar, Imphal East. He had impersonated himself as a member of KCP (MFL) and extorted money from a shop at Konung Mamang in the name of the outfit.	121
3	On 02/09/2026, based on input corroborated with AR, a team of CDO-IW conducted search operation at Ghari Awang Leikai and arrested an active member of UNLF (K), namely Yengkokpam Malemnganba Meitei (29) @ Motu S/o. Y. Shamu Singh of Charangpat Mamang Leikai, Thoubal District, for being involved in extortion activities. Recovery: i. One Mahindra Bolero white in colour bearing registration no. MN06LB 9916 In the follow up action, two active members of UNLF (K) were also arrested, namely: (1) Salam Tomba Singh (22) @ Tondonba S/o. S. 5	+1 On 02/09/2026, a joint team of Jiribam District Police, CRPF and AR intercepted a truck (AS 01 LC 7631) at Makha Basti, Jiribam and recovered 10.8 Kgs of Brown Sugar/Heroin which was kept concealed in the roof portion of the truck. The driver, Azahar Hussain @ Monu, S/o (L) Babul Hussain, of New Khairabad F.V., Lalpani, Cachar, Assam, was arrested.	104
6	Assam Rifles, CRPF, and Jiribam Police recovered 10.891 kg of brown sugar (worth ₹80 crore) from Makha Basti, JT Road, Jiribam, Manipur. One individual was apprehended along with Indian currency and a mobile phone. All items and the suspect were handed over to Jiribam Police for legal proceedings.	138
7	Based on surveillance and intelligence, #AssamRifles troops launched two columns at 5:00 PM on 31 August 2026 along Border Pillars 58–60, Chandel District, Manipur. They intercepted four armed ANEs infiltrating Indian territory and prevented their escape toward Myanmar. The four apprehended individuals—three UNLF (K) cadres and one PREPAK cadre—were handed over to Molcham Police Station for legal proceedings.	139
