Sheleibam Jagatshyam Meitei @ Ibungo (35 yrs) Both are brothers who were involved in the firing upon SSB personnel at Lamlong Bazar on 22/08/2026 and CRPF personnel at Khonghampat on 10/09/2026. Their father, Sheleibam Yaima has been arrested earlier in connection with the case of attack on CRPF at Khonghampat.
