ህክምናው ህጻኑ ከተወለደ በኋላ ከ1 እስከ 2 ሳምንት ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ እንዲጀመር ይመከራል። ህክምናው ሶስት ክፍሎች አሉት።
1. በየሳምንቱ የሚቀየር ጀሶ
ሃኪሙ በየሳምንቱ በጥንቃቄ የዞረውን እግር ቀስ በቀስ በማዞር እና በጀሶ ወደ ትክክለኛ ቦታው ይመልሰዋል። ይህም በትንሹ ከ5 እስከ 6 ሳምንት ሊወስድ ይችላል።
2. ቀላል የጅማት ቀዶ ህክምና
ከ80 እስከ 90 በመቶ የሚሆኑት ልጆች ሊያስፈልጋቸው ይችላል።
3. የእግር ጫማ ድጋፍ
የጀሶ ህክምናው ካለቀ በኋላ ህፃናት ጫማውን በመጀመሪያዎቹ 3 ወራት ለ24 ሰዓት ማድረግ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ከዚያ በኋላ አራት ዓመት እስኪሞላቸው ድረስ ማታ ማታ ማድረግ አለባቸው።
❗ ጫማውን ሃኪም በሚያዘው መሰረት አለማድረግ የቆልማማ እግር መልሶ መከሰት ሊያመጣ ይችላል።
🚫 ቆልማማ እግር ፀሐይ በማሞቅ፣ በማሳሸት ወይም በራሱ ሊስተካከል አይችልም።

| 20 | የነርቭ ሥርዓት ጤና አጠባበቅ
የሰው ልጅን ሙሉ እንቅስቃሴ፣ አስተሳሰብና ስሜት በመቆጣጠር ረገድ የነርቭ ሥርዓት የሚጫወተው ሚና እጅግ የላቀ ነው።
አንጎልን፣ የአከርካሪ አጥንትን እና መላው የሰውነት ነርቮችን ያካተተው ይህ ሥርዓት፣ መልእክቶችን ከአእምሮ ወደ ተለያዩ የሰውነት ክፍሎች በማስተላለፍ የሰውነትን ተፈጥሯዊ ሚዛን ይጠብቃል ።
ለነርቭ ሥርዓት መዛባትና ጉዳት የዘረ-መል ተጽዕኖዎች፣ የሰውነት የበሽታ መከላከል ሥርዓት መዛባት እና የባክቴሪያ ወይም የቫይረስ ኢንፌክሽኖች ዋነኛ ምክንያቶች ናቸው ።
ድንገተኛ አደጋዎች፣ የደም ዝውውር እጥረት፣ ለመርዛማ ኬሚካሎች መጋለጥ፣ የቫይታሚን ቢ እጥረት እና ከአቅም በላይ የሆነ የአልኮል መጠጥ መጠቀም ለችግሩ ያጋልጣሉ ።
ምንም እንኳን ሕመሙ በማንኛውም የዕድሜ ክልል ላይ ሊከሰት ቢችልም፣ በተለይም ዕድሜያቸው ከ65 ዓመት በላይ በሆኑ አረጋውያን ላይ በብዛት ይከሰታል ።
የነርቭ ሥርዓት መታወክ ሲያጋጥም የጡንቻ ድክመት፣ መንቀጥቀጥ፣ እና የሰውነት ሚዛንን የመጠበቅ ችግር ያስከትላል ።
የነርቭ ችግሮች እንደ Stroke (የአንጎል የደም ዝውውር መታወክ) ያሉ ድገተኛ አደጋዎችን ሊያስከትሉ ስለሚችሉ፣ ድንገተኛ የእጅ/እግር ሽባነት ወይም የአፍ መጣመም ሲከሰት "ወዲያውኑ ወደ ህክምና ቦታ መሄድ ይገባል ።
እንዲሁም በእጅና በእግር ላይ የሚሰማ መደንዘዝ፣ የመወጋት ወይም የመቃጠል ስሜት፣ የመስማት፣ የመናገር፣ የመዋጥ ወይም የመተንፈስ ድንገተኛ መዛባትም ይከሰታል።
የማስታወስ ችሎታ ማጣት፣ ከፍተኛ ግራ መጋባት፣ የማያቋርጥ ከባድ ራስ ምታት፣ ያለ በቂ ምክንያት የሚከሰት ከፍተኛ ድካም እና የንቃት ደረጃ መቀነስ የሕመሙ ተጨማሪ ምልክቶች ናቸው ።
በሽታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ መከላከል አስቸጋሪ ቢሆንም፣ አዘውትሮ አካላዊ እንቅስቃሴ በማድረግ፣ በቀን ከ6 እስከ 8 ሰዓት በቂ እንቅልፍ በማግኘት እና በአትክልትና ፍራፍሬ የበለጸገ ምግብ በመመገብ የሕመሙን ስጋት ለመቀነስ ይጠቅማሉ።
ከዚህ በተጨማሪ ከአልኮልና ከትምባሆ ሙሉ በሙሉ በመቆጠብ እንዲሁም እንደ ከፍተኛ የደም ግፊት፣ የስኳር በሽታ እና የኮሌስትሮል መጠን ያሉ ተዛማጅ የጤና እክሎችን በመከታተል ራስን መጠበቅ ይገባል። በተጨማሪም አእምሮን የሚያነቃቁ እንቅስቃሴዎች (ማንበብ፣ ቼስ መጫወት) እና ማህበራዊ ግንኙነት የአልዛይመር እና የመርሳት በሽታዎችን ለመቀነስ ይረዳሉ ።
ሕመሙ በምርመራ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ እብጠትን የሚቀንሱ፣ ሕመምን የሚያስታግሱና የነርቭ ሴሎችን ተግባር የሚያሻሽሉ መድኃኒቶችን መውሰድ ይገባል ።
በፊዚዮቴራፒና በንግግር ቴራፒ የሰውነት እንቅስቃሴንና የመናገር አቅምን ማሻሻል የሚቻል ሲሆን፣ በአደጋ የተጎዱ ነርቮችን ለማነቃቃት ወይም በውስጥ የሚበቅሉ ዕጢዎችን ለማስወገድ በቀዶ ሕክምና መታገዝ ተገቢ ነው ።
