በየዐመቱ የሚደረግ የጤና ምርመራ በእጅጉ ጠቃሚ ነው፡፡ ይህም በተለያየ የዕድሜ ክልል ላይ ያሉ ሰዎች ለአንድ በሽታ የመጋለጥ ዕድላቸውን ቀድሞ ለማወቅ ያስችላቸዋል፡፡:
በተጨማሪም እድሜ እና ጾታን መሠረት አድርገው በየአመቱ እና በየወቅቱም ሊደረጉ የሚገቡ የምርመራ አይነቶችም አሉ። የጤና ምርመራ ማድረግ እነዚህን ምርመራዎች መረዳት እና ስለምርመራዎቹም በአግባቡ የተሟላ መረጃ አግኝተው በማወቅ ጤናማ ሆነው እንዲቆዩ ያግዝዎታል።
እንደ ካንሰር ፤የልብ ህመም፤ስትሮክ ፤የኩላሊት ህመም፤የስኳር ህመም፤የደም ግፊት መጨመር እና ሌሎች በሽታዎች በቅድመ ጥንቃቄ ልንከላከላቸው የምንችላቸው ናቸው፡፡ እነዚህን በሽታዎች መቆጣጠር የሚቻለው ደግሞ ቀደም ብሎ ምርመራ በማድረግ ብቻ ነው፡፡
ምን ዓይነት ምርመራዎችን ማድረግ አለብዎት? ከ 18- 39 አመት የሞላቸዉ ሰዎች እነዚህን ምርመራዎች እንድያደርጉ ይመከራል፡፡
፡-የክብደት እና ቁመት፡ የደም ግፊት ልኬት፡የዓይን ምርመራ፡ የጆሮ ምርመራ እና አጠቃላይ የደም ህዋሶች ምርመራ፡የኩላሊት አሰራር፣ የጉበት አሰራር ምርመራዎች፣የተለያዩ የደም ውስጥ ንጥረ ነገሮች ምርመራበሰውነት ውስጥ ያለ የስብ መጠን ምርመራየ፡ ታይሮይድ ሆርሞን ምርመራ፡የስኳር በሽታ ምርመራ፡በደም ንክኪና በግብረ ሥጋ ግንኙነት የሚተላለፉ ኢንፌክሽኖች፡ ኤችአይቪ ፤ጨብጥ፣ቂጥኝ ወይም ሌሎች ኢንፌክሽኖችን ሊያካትት ይችላል።የሽንት ምርመራየልብ ምርመራም ማድረግ ይመረጣል፡፡
ለሴቶች ከ21 ዓመት ዕድሜ ወይም ግንኙነት ማድረግ ከተጀመረበት ከ3 ዓመታት ጀምሮ የማህፀን በር ካንሰር ምርመራ፡ በየ 3 አመቱ የፓፕ ስሚር ምርመራ ያደርጋል፡፡ከ 40 አመት በላይ የሆኑ ሰዎች ለተለያዩ በሽታዎች የመጋለጥ ዕድላቸዉ በጣም ስለ ሚጨምር ከላይ ከተዘረዘሩት ምርመራዎች በተጨማሪ ኮሎኖስኮፒ፤ለሴቶች ደግሞ የማህፀን በር ካንሰር ምርመራ፤ማሞግራም(የጡት ካንሰር) እና በሰውነት ውስጥ ያለ የካልሲየም መጠን መቀነስ ወደ አጥንት መሳሳት ችግር ሊያመራ ስለ ምችል የአጥንት ምርመራ እድሜያቸው 65 እና ከዛ በላይ ለሆኑ ሴቶች ይመከራል፡፡
ዕድሜያቸዉ ከ50 ዓመት በላይ የሆኑ ወንዶች የፕሮስቴት ዕጢ እና የፕሮስቴት ካንሰር ምርመራ በአልትራሳወንድና በደም ምርመራ ማድረግ አለባቸዉ፡፡
ሁሉም ሰው ዓመታዊ የጤና ምርመራ የማድረግ ልማድ ሊኖረው ይገባል ፡፡ ምክንያቱም ዕድሜ እየገፋ ሲሄድ ጤና ላይ ለውጥ ይኖራል፡፡ በተለያዩ የሕይወትዎ ደረጃዎች ውስጥ ለተለያዩ በሽታዎች የበለጠ ተጋላጭ መሆን ይከሰታል፡፡ ስለዚህ አሰቀድሞ የጤና ምርመራን በመድረግ በርካታ የካንሰር ዓይነቶችን ፣ የደም ግፊት ፣ የስኳር በሽታ እና የደም ቧንቧ መጥበብ ችግሮችን ሳይከሰቱ ወዲያው መቆጣጠር ይቻላል፡፡
እንዲሁም የራስዎን እና የቤተሰብዎን መልካም ጤንነት ለመጠበቅ አስቀድሞ የጤና ምርመራ ማድረግን የምንግዜም መርህዎ ያድርጉ!
ታዲያ ምንም ገንዘብ ሳያወጡ- በነጻ የጤና ምርመራ ለምን አያደርጉም? እኛ ነጸ ምርመራ አዘጋጅተንልዎታል፡፡ ይምጡ!

The delegation, comprising African leaders, medical experts, policymakers, and representatives of medical schools, toured the College's Centers of Excellence and key clinical, academic, and research facilities. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and explore innovative approaches to medical education, healthcare delivery, and health workforce development.
During the tour, the delegates learned about SPHMMC's integrated model of medical education, patient care, research, and innovation, as well as its expanding specialized healthcare services.
The visit was held as part of the MedEdAfrica 2026 Conference taking place in Addis Ababa.

የሀገር ውስጥ የመድኃኒት ማምረት አቅማችንን ከነበረበት 4 በመቶ ወደ 44 በመቶ ማሳደግ ችለናል። ለአጠቃላይ መድኃኒት ግዢ 70 ቢሊዮን ብር፣ ለሕክምና መሣሪያዎች ግዢ ደግሞ ከ60 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ወጪ አድርገናል። ባለፉት ወራት በርካታ ሆስፒታሎችን መርቀን ለአገልግሎት ያበቃን ሲሆን፣ በሚቀጥሉት ወራት የሚመረቁ ሌሎች ተቋማት ይኖራሉ። ለግንባታ ሂደት ትኩረት ከተሰጣቸው መካከል የቅዱስ ጳውሎስ ሆስፒታልን የአልጋ አቅም በአንድ ሺህ ያሳደገው አዲሱ ሕንፃ ይጠቀሳል። በሀገር ውስጥ የሚመረቱ መድኃኒቶችም በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ተቀባይነት እንዲኖራቸው ተደርገው የተሰሩ ናቸው። ቀጣዩ ትኩረታችን በውጭ ሀገራት የምናያቸውን ዘመናዊና ደረጃቸውን የጠበቁ ሆስፒታሎችን በሀገራችን መገንባት ነው። በሌላ በኩል፣ የወባ በሽታን ለመቀነስ በተደረገው የተቀናጀ ጥረት 14 ሚሊዮን አጎበር የተሰራጨ ሲሆን፣ በ3 ሚሊዮን መኖሪያ ቤቶች ላይ ደግሞ የጸረ-ወባ ኬሚካል ተረጭቷል። በተጨማሪም፣ ቀደም ሲል የክትባት ተደራሽነት ባልነበረባቸው 58 ወረዳዎች ውስጥ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ክትባት መስጠት ተችሏል። | 5 079 |

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College (SPHMMC) held a workshop today to integrate family planning services into chronic medical illness clinics.
The workshop gathered department heads and head nurses from Internal Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Oncology. Dr. Lemi Belay, the Academic and Medical Service Vice Provost, addressed the meeting. He emphasized the need to include family planning and preconception care in chronic disease management to improve patient outcomes and raise the quality of healthcare services. Participants discussed the crucial role of family planning in patient care.
