It’s not about throwing blind solutions to fix or cure.
It’s not about everyone doing what everyone else is doing.
It goes beyond feeling and looking like everyone else.
It’s not about mass produced preventions and cures.
It’s not about splitting humans into sick and wrong, healthy or unhealthy, good or bad, susceptible or at risk.
There is no process or response your body has ever created or will ever create that is sick, unhealthy, pathological, wrong, attacking, stuck, imbalanced or diseased. Not one.
You aren’t a diagnostic code or label.
You aren’t a lab value or metric.
You aren’t a category or system.
Symptoms and injuries are the most human aspect to you and there will never be a cure for human. Just like there’s no cure for the common cold and it’s not a detox. You don’t prevent anything or fix or treat.
There’s more to your life than skin.
There’s more to your life than hormones.
There’s more to your life than sunlight and watermelon.
There’s more to your life than divorce and allergies.
There’s more to your life than meditation and prayer.
There’s more to you than feeling worthless and alone.
You will use it all. It’s all for you. All of it.
Sticking your head into my office or any office and asking what I would do for x, y or z condition is like asking me to read one page of a book and understand your story and my thoughts.
Thankfully there’s more to medicine than podcasts, memes, tests, metrics, diagnoses, retreats, filters, protocols, algorithms, and science and research. Thankfully. If we relied on those we’d never understand healing freedom.

It’s in response to all of the people getting frustrated about what to do next with their symptoms/injuries. You’ve endured long enough, you want to believe your body only heals, you know just sitting around saying that isn’t enough, and for whatever valid reason don’t want to go do a one on one of any degree from an Information Session to a Full Day One/Eval.
This workshop is for all of you sitting on the sidelines, curious and eager but confused or lost on where to start. Here’s where you can start.

Is it a Full Day One/Eval equivalent? There’s definitely something missing when a group presentation is given versus a one on one, face to face, deep dive into the individual’s life in real time changing as they change. But this is damn close and a whole hell of a lot more effective than just giving you all blind protocols, programs and a one size fits all do this for that and these for those approach.

From Nutrition, Relationships, Muscle/Training, Spinal Hygiene to Hormones/Menopause/Andropause & Mental Health. There’s a face everyone makes when they create. It’s when they go in. So far in they forget where they are, how long they’ve been there and the rest of all…space time and relevance gone.
Nobody is taught this face. Nobody copies this face. Nobody takes it away from you. Creation.
Find this face more often in your life. Do things that allow this face to show. In a world that wants you questioning yourself, afraid of what’s inside, burn the outside to replicate who you’re supposed to be, go inside and see who you find.
You’ll at some point realize all of your symptoms and injuries were to bring you to this person inside. To find trust and safety with this person. To allow this person a seat at the table or a voice in their own home.
It’s not about the right next step. It’s about making the next step always right for you.

Sad to see someone injured but for every instance what can we take away to learn so we don’t keep repeating history?
Sports are the industry they break the most rules in healing and performance. Programs, diets, protocols. Nothing in the pace of the person. Anytime a symptom appears they treat it with anti inflammatory, peptides, stem cells, pain killers and treatments. Breaking the rules forcing the body to create more but the cost outweighs the benefit for them in sports. Maybe. They’re still accountable.
There’s no root cause to any injury. It wasn’t how he landed, or his calves, or his technique, or his spirituality, or team, or kids, or diet or drugs or skeletons. It’s all of his life for him and only him to use.
You do not need to know whether an injury has specifics like a torn acl or meniscus to understand your next step in rehab. It doesn’t matter. Your body takes care of that part.
Simply getting stronger to prevent injury is impossible as injuries impossible to prevent. No matter how strong you get there are still elements that effect muscle greater than reps and sets and movements. Have to identify and work within those.
Any injury is always to the strongest tissues of the individuals body. It’s not the weakest that gets injured. The buddy wouldn’t pick the weakest areas or harm as you would be damaged more intensely. That doesn’t make sense. Proven when people do strength exercises for an injured area and have a short term relief for long term wheels falling off at a later time.
Life contains higher performers than sports shoes. A mother delivering a baby, a gardener using the earth to create food, a poet or artist channeling their life into a medium you can feel, an ant caterpillar and spider cooperating on roles, an elderly woman able to see spirits and beings no one else can other than cats and children. A child given a man made diagnosis when he’s actually able to read the mind of his mom. Humans are athletes. Every one.
Exceptional at living. How are you using your talents? Proof is all around you. How you use it is up to you.

| 12 | Keep seeing videos with this message and had to endure this message for over the last 15 years as people pitched this. Usually followed by a supplement vitamin sell. Billion dollar industry. As big as pharma. As costly to you understanding your body, healing and your next steps which are different than everyone else’s.
Covered this in the Nourishment Workshop as well. Will get into in Friday’s class regarding the Nourishment Essential.
As I keep stating, it’s not the foods it’s you. There’s no spoonful of food that is the same in two different mouths or your mouth at two different times. Your relationship to the food, why and how you consume, how you take it in, with whom, your state before during and after the bite all determine more about your nourishment from anything external than the external thing.
Food is energy. Body costs energy to break it down and receive energy. Benefit more than cost? You hope. The idea of macros and micros and tracking and your body not agreeing with foods is pulling away from the nature of nourishment and what your body needs at any given moment. As I’ve stated before the stress of obsessing over ingredients and tracking and amounts and portions and timing and diets is energy you could put towards extracting as much energy out of every bite as you desire and you need.
It’s not the food. It’s you. This is not a threatening or aggressive statement. It’s the truth you will have to face with your healing and next steps moving forward.
There isn’t one supplement or vitamin anyone needs. Your life provides enough. More for you in your own life before you start looking to add anything else. Symptoms and injuries teach you this because you learn about simplifying. Adding supplements and vitamins isn’t simplifying. And if you want to monkey around and explore vitamins and supplements as play and entertainment at a cost then during times of symptoms and injuries is the last time to choose them. Simple is needed more than ever then.
Your life is enough for whatever you need in healing. Are you looking in or out?

| 14 | Nothing makes you sick or symptomatic. It’s you. Your life. The entirety of who you are. It’s not germs and it sure as shit isn’t terrain. Human bodies are more beautiful, immeasurable, infinite and perfect to be reduced down to a theory of root cause or root solution. Ever.
Throwing baseballs doesn’t cause arm injuries. Tackling doesn’t cause concussions. Conflicts don’t cause disease. Traumas don’t cause illness.
If you overate grapes and threw up are you sick? Blame the grapes? Blame your body? Blame the government? Sitting in a movie and a thousand people all have different responses to the show. Who’s wrong? Who’s right? Who’s sick? Who’s healthy? Who’s the one person we need all the others to copy? What if we drew blood and hormones and made everyone respond the same and labeled the different ones and feared the ones who weren’t having a good time? See how foolish and ridiculous blaming your body for its response to the movie called life is and how impossible it is to keep it static and stable?
As soon as you have a response to something in life that you do not enjoy, is new or something you’re concerned about you IMMEDIATELY ask yourself what’s your role, what are you doing, why, how, what are you to learn, how are YOU responsible before ever considering anything ever being toxic, ever.
Life will be a whole lot more peaceful when you teach yourself this skill. Your body will guide you. It will show you. And the net result and effect isn’t something else to fear like a name of a parasite nobody can pronounce that didn’t cause anything in any one person that now you can add to your list of things to be afraid of in life that mean absolutely nothing.
It’s not the foods, toxins, metals, drugs, alcohol, parents, husbands, air, water, parasites, mold, germs, conflicts, traumas, war, government, doctors, EMFs, GMOs, sugar, fat, or seed oils. It’s you. You first. Then consider everything else.
You’re more powerful than anyone will ever allow you to believe. There’s a reason wellness, holistic and supplement and herb industry is over a trillion now. If it worked it wouldn’t keep growing. If any of it worked you wouldn’t need the rest. One medicne, yours. | 65 |

Addressing this topic in next Friday’s workshop for sure. A huge hazy area for many people I haven’t worked with yet.
The point of saying that quote almost a decade ago was to illustrate there’s more to the nourishment essential than food ingredients. Villainizing food as a cause or worshipping it as a cure doesn’t end well with your body and your healing. Does it mean you can’t eat doughnuts sad? Of course not. Does it mean you always have to be happy when eating? No. Does it mean if you’re sad you can only eat fruits or vegetables? No. Does it mean sadness is bad? No.
Your relationship to nourishment affects your entirety more than ingredients of food. Read that again. The energy spent stressing about ingredients, portions and tracking could be spent on your ability to digest a battery let alone bread and candy. Who is at your table, in your bed, in the corners of your mind affect you more than food ingredients. Your body is giving you an opportunity to understand this with every symptom and injury. What is true nourishment? What is my relationship with it and how do I change it and why?
Same can be said for reps, sets and weight lifting as part of a program. There’s more that affects your muscle, connection to it and your strength than programs, movement choices and weight lifting. You will get a chance to understand this relationship with every symptom and injury.
A happy isometric is healthier than a sad heavy deadlift.
Not at all. Go beyond the statement. More than that. Deeper than that.
Does this rule and law of healing only apply to food and training? NO! But I pick those two because they’re the most perverted and warped in society today with regards to healing, performance, medicine, longevity, rehab, and therapies. All areas of life carry the same rules.
Go beyond the quotes. Go beyond the ingredients. Go beyond the reps and sets. Go beyond the programs, systems, methods and protocols. Go beyond the podcasts. Your version of the rules and laws. Copy and paste doesn’t work. Actions over words.

A child’s perspective. The last time you were authentic. The closest to the real you. No stories. No acts. No scripts. Just being a human. Why do you think the process of all symptoms, injuries and anything they call disease is the body’s effort to bring you back through stages of development like a child? An adult eating one food. An adult in diapers. An adult in a crib or chair. An adult crawling. This isn’t random. Your new identity awaits.
Take a look at what you have. Look around at what you get to see and look at. Observe who you get to spend time with. When you’re in the shower or tub, take note of all that’s going on and orchestrated underneath the surface of everything you simply just wash 2 times a day. All of it is for the experience.
Goosebumps, an uncontrollable smile when someone is near, dreams, flashbacks, feelings, emotions, sensations, visions, connections, vibration, salivating upon the sights and smells, cravings of all shapes and colors, moments of inspiration and creation, post it note topics all over your bathroom mirror aren’t random. They’re all for you. Symptoms and injuries aren’t random. Ever.
You’ve already won the lottery. It’s called life. And as much as we can hurt, get cut, cut, swell and slow, open up and close off…we heal. We adapt. We learn. We have all been burned with more than enough. We will never find the bottom of possibility with even just what’s going on underneath our skin in one lifetime. Remember that you already have everything you’ll need to understand healing and your next steps.
All versions and interpretations of fingers, voices and text can point the direction…but it’s you who has to take the first step. It’s you who is driving. It’s you captaining your ship. It’s you creating the action and it’s you adapting to the outcomes. It’s you making all decisions right for you in the end.
