Reminded of this bomb Allman Bros song by @danbonafede today and had to find a place to fit it. With this sunset, it was perfect. I hear a lot of the time people describe their healing responses aka injuries of all levels or what all forms of medicines call pathology or disease or anything really needing fixed with treatment, therapies and adjustments or supps and herbs, as being screwed or a fuck my life jokey comment, or can’t choose your parents type scenario. Your body hears every word. And since it only heals, no exceptions, the fuck my life scenario you’re not digging at the moment is exactly what it needed you to go through for reasons only it and you know or will know. Maybe instead of fuck my life, or I’m screwed, or blaming parents, we go okay body, I hear you, loud and clear. What do you need me to do? What can I do to help myself in this situation? What am I to learn and adopt from here? How did I get myself here and what do I need to do to get myself through this to my next level of life? Every input has an output. Every bite. Every thought. Every touch. Everyone. Every word. Every dream. Every phrase. Remember that when you talk to yourself or give your situation a tagline. Bigger than mindset and belief work and way bigger than positive thinking. All of it. Feelings aren’t things to be avoided. They’re never a pathology. And if we didn’t feel there would be no way of a healing response to be triggered, observed and subsequently lives changed. Your fucked life, your screwed scenario, your parents exposures are exactly what’s brought you to this place and exactly why you’re still alive to complain about your life and your body’s healing responses it’s doing for you. From stuff joints to cysts to tumors to nerve responses to skin responses to whatever else we are sensing while reading this. Your life might be fucked, but it’s perfectly fucked exactly as you wanted it fucked so that you can figure out what you’re going to change to capitalize on being fucked for so long. Yep. Said it.

There’s a reason I did an entire zoom class on this topic that is still up for weekly rentals on my Uscreen channel. There’s a reason anyone who commits to a Full Evaluation gets this class as part of their prep work and continued work from the visit moving forward. There’s a reason this is a big deal. And it, itself, outside of the other fundamentals carries more weight than the others as it touches deeply your development and healing emotionally, mentally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually. There’s a method to what seems like madness. It only seems like madness when the rest of the world has gotten so far away from being a basic human and understanding what that means that living within the rules of laws of nature while also applying the infinite poetic variability of the human is being called “outside the box.” Oh no…it is the box. Has always been the box. Will always be the box. And 90 seconds and 2 minute minimums are tests, not training. Should be able to perform these as tests at any time. Baseline measurement. Basic. Get to work.

Healing doesn’t happen because you crossed your fingers or someone else gave you permission. It happens. All the time. Without fail. Unconditionally. Tomorrow can be scary. The unknown always carries a color and weight. Different alone than with someone. Different weak than strong. Different symptomatic or not. Different all the time. And you’re every version. But stop and look at what you can count on, look at, and observe daily that is proof of healing, proof the body only heals, proof that is immeasurable and always changing. All for you. That feels good going out into the dark or the light. That feels like something that be built upon, challenged, failed within to train absolute certainty flows through your veins as you heal now, will heal tomorrow no matter what is encountered.
