Weights are 100% unnecessary if strength, power, coordination, endurance, balance, confidence, bone density, hormone whatever, conditioning, awareness, residence, acceleration, velocity, trust, authenticity, and healing freedom are your goal. Weights can be fun. Entertaining. Cute. But unnecessary. You learn how to tickle weights when you learn how to understand your body first, middle and last.
Targeting menopausal or perimenopause women now more than ever, young up and coming athletes and the longevity jerk offs on weight lifting this and weight lifting that. I’m here to tell you with absolute certainty, your body is enough. There are too many ways to use your body in varying degrees to prepare, connect, nourish and understand your body whether you are healing cancer, preparing for a baby, avoiding surgery, playing in the NHL, learning how to thrive with three limbs, missing organs, going through chemo, live in a city, are suicidal, addicted to gyms, dropping the labels of MS and RA for good, college athlete, are training to avoid abuse, are on HRT and TRT, are realizing what HRT and TRT do to you and want to stop or are just trying or get out of bed and make a pot of coffee by yourself and sip it after bathing yourself and dressing yourself.
Training is all day everyday. It’s non negotiable. It’s the starting point for all cases no matter who you work with or trust. It’s private. Personal. Intimate. Alone. Designed by you. Prescribed by you. Because of all of this your body is enough. Your body has no hours of operation. Your body’s membership is free. And it has the best showers and steam room.
Your body is always enough no matter what your goals in healing and performance are. Life is about force and energy. Not weight. Being exceptional at training and shitty at life doesn’t work. Just like being exceptional with food and shitty with nourishment fails. Ask your body. More wisdom and ability every year. Not less. Unless you choose. Up to you.

| 3 | It doesn’t matter what symptoms, diagnoses, injuries, labels you’re experiencing or you’ve been given…understanding your healing and your next steps can feel like jailbreaking. It can feel that if you take action towards this authentic style of living you’ll have people chasing you down to try to bring you back to your old familiar safer predictable ways. With the authorities being family, friends, spouses, society.
Why jailbreaking? Because it can feel like prison to be locked into a diagnosis. It can feel like prison to attempt to have to eat move and detox perfectly or else your body will start shooting. It can feel like prison to have your entire life and value of yourself come down to lab value, metric, data point or image. If can feel like prison when you open that cabinet and all you see are brown herb bottles, orange drug bottles, white supplement bottles, all of it medicating you into submission or else your body starts shooting. It can feel like a prison for wanting to jailbreak and live differently but you are guilted by everyone with the story “don’t you care about your kids, your spouse, your family, your community?” How selfish of you is imprisoning. It can even feel like a prison to be living inside of something you’re feeling, seeing and using to experience the world but you feel trapped and limited and restricted by your own body with the story it’s against you.
The beautiful part about this reality is you don’t have to scale a wall and jailbreak. You can just walk right out the door. Although if you want to jailbreak I’d kneel down and boost your ass up because nobody deserves life as it’s being sold to you especially in healing and all forms of medicine.

| 7 | From injuries to cancer, auto immune, heart disease, immune responses, neurodegenerative and everything in between…the more painful or more intense the symptoms doesn’t mean the less healthy, more damage, more screwed up. It means most important a lot of the times. Something matters more now than ever. More for you to see and take action on than a medication in any form and avoiding an activity or detoxing your cells and home for a month.
The intensity of the symptoms is for you to use as well which comes in handy because intensity of symptoms can take your legs out and have you doubting yourself, life, body etc. Pause. Slow. Know it’s all for you.
Doesn’t matter the symptom. Doesn’t matter the injury. Doesn’t matter the label. What it looks like, measures as and looks like in a picture don’t hold to how it feels to you.
Why comparing your injury or symptom to another doesn’t make sense. It’s like comparing love of another or success of another or happiness of another. You with you. No two bodies the same. No two lives the same. Therefore no two approaches to medicine the same. Labels gone. Protocols done. Methods and systems fail. In healing you never fail. | 36 |

First time ever doing this in a manner of holding for time. Nice little challenge to knee and ankle mobility and tolerance.
Was pleased with 15 minutes but now that I have a small idea what to expect will push for way more next year. Maiden voyage a success.
Tight muscles are body’s way of protecting or responding to challenges. They are perfect. Just like all symptoms of healing. Stretching in the traditional sense is a popular way of medicating your body’s response into submission, like icing a swollen joint, hormone therapy, anti biotics or supplements. Short term feel good with no long term changes or understanding of your body moving forward.
You need to give your body a reason not to feel like it needs to guard itself and you. That it’s prepared to live. It’s safe to be challenged. That you can handle sitting, standing, walking, competing, relationships, travel, foods, creative expressions and passions. Adding muscle is one thing. Adding muscle you’re deeply connected to that you understand and what the sensations are what to do with them is entirely another.
Do emotions play a role? Of course. Does chemistry? You bet. Do physical, intellectual and spiritual aspects of your medicine affect muscle? Without a doubt. Why we can’t stop with just training and muscle growth. Have to tie it all in together.
A strong, mobile, confident body isn’t one that is stretched into submission. It’s one that has been challenged, shown and proven day in and day out it’s connected, supported, nourished and prepared for the life you’ve lived, are living and will be living moving forward. And that life isn’t like anyone else’s therefore your approach to the medicine in muscle won’t be like anyone else’s. No programs. No diets. No routines. No systems. No methods.
You. Your life. Your body. Your understanding. Your changes. Consistent. More wisdom and ability the more time you spend on earth. That means the older you get the more able, confident, strong and trusting you become. Up to you how your days play out. | 43 |

It can feel powerfully foreign to be in an office space that will never sell, promote or regress back to any part of that storyline. Your body, humanity’s body, worldwide is screaming for different.

People I’ve never met still sending me messages just about adding these colors into their daily paintings and the significant changes that have come just from these being consistent and not much else. Unreal.
There’s a reason the workshop on just these was over 3 hours. What could possibly be said about these choices? They’re loaded. And they’re loaded whether you believe in them or not. Reason I pick things that carry the most bang for your buck regardless of your mental state. It’s not likey you’re ever going to be motivated, it’s likely you will feel resentment and loneliness, it’s likely you’ll always be busy, it’s likely you’ll always have some sort of symptom or injury at all times. Privilege of being a human. And just as powerful as being a human are all the forces we get to play with inside and outside of our bodies at all times that are just as perfect at being what they are just like us. Sunlight and EMFs. Gravity and chemtrails. Thick tennis shoes and muddy feet. Doughnuts and watermelon. Tobacco and rosemary oil. All perfect. All healthy. All medicine. If you want.
Healthy isn’t perfection. Healthy isn’t symptom or injury free. Healthy isn’t prison. Healthy is the default. You don’t cheers to the luck of health. You cheers to life. And you will use it all. If not you’re wasting it all. It’s all for you.
Root cause is your life.
Root solution is your life.

| 20 | These are rules in healing. They are not negotiable. They are creative and never the same person to person or day to day. Programs fail humans. Always. Not the other way around. Your intention and relationship to training and movement go deeper in your effects than movement choices, reps, sets or frequency. Rememeber that. Same with food, light, meditation and prayer. Remember that. Why do you do what you do? Your body is responding to the truth. Remember that.
Should we be moving deliberately day? Yes. Deliberate focused movement being training is different than physical activities we enjoy like walking, gardening, chasing kids, working on the farm or ranch, being in a sport of military? Yes. Should we be training more as we grow older? Yes. Relative to who you are at that time. Never like anyone else. Always different than previous versions of you. When we experience injuries to joints or tissues we need to train them? Of course. They are your strongest tissues, safer to damage so you can tie weaker areas of life into them. Your system will create a limp, emotionally and physically and will create a story like walking is dangerous, the mattress injured you, not knowing how to fall causes injuries. Part of proving otherwise so these stories don’t stay past their initial welcome comes from more movement to these areas. Proof. Also a rule in symptoms and all injuries is to lower physical activities and hobbies. The extra energy is spent on healing and training. Proof. Starting point for all cases. Without question.
No matter how strong someone gets it’s the connection to muscle that determines function. What touches muscle connection? Everything. Stories. Relationships. Beliefs. Energy. Drugs. Herbs. Rest. Career. All unique to the person. Do these rules apply to all diagnoses. illness and sickness? Yes. Without question. Acl to cancer. Auto immune to muscle tears.
