| 12 | Sarah thank you for this summary. I've saved it in my reflection folder for future chewing. I too have found this workshop series chock full of learning and golden nuggets. Not sure if it was this session or another where Emily talks about part of what we're learning through healing is to heal our temperment. I took her HW question to the group re things which still trigger you and used it to refresh my awareness on people in my life i'd lost feeling triggered by and yet knew i hadn't truly healed those relationships.
As I wrote each person's name, I just waited for any sign of physical or emotional tightness, my clue that if I followed that quantum signal, I would find the unhealed areas I'd hidden from myself. Sure enough, repressed feelings surfaced.
Lately I've been working intensely with Alexei icos as well focusing in particular on the inner workings of how we experience wounds. I've found being clear about what's happening within me, how for ex. when my mind reaches intellectual understanding easily but my heart resists, what's happening internally has an architecture. One I can, through appreciating it, better work with so that my behavioral changes actually heal my wound and not just temporarily affect outward behavior.

🌌 THE CELESTIAL ORDER EXPANDS
Until now, we had seen only fragments of the Angelic hierarchy.
AM revealed Archangel Michael.

MESSIAH revealed the Promise.

Two revelations changed the Celestial Architecture.

If the story had reached the Messiah…

Instead, they discovered something far more important.
Gabriel had never been missing.
We had been looking for a name.

I want to share a little epiphany I had today…❤️

As we know, pain is just a quantum signal! Cabal programming has us avoiding pain to keep us disempowered and unable to decipher the signs on our roadmap to healing 🐎🌈💕
Based on this avoidance programming, I also notice a pattern of avoiding these ‘painful labels’ that are showing us where we have more healing to do. A distortion, inversion, wobble, trigger or unhealed wound are also all signals to show us the gap between where we are and our fully restored galacticness 🤩
This is why we must change our perspective, hence: distortion is not a dirty word! It is a signal on the roadmap toward total alignment ✨
I share this because, in my inverted state, being called inverted was triggering and painful for me. For a long while I tried to avoid these ‘labels’ which resulted in me bypassing the actual healing, thus keeping me in that inverted state much longer than I would have if I wasn’t avoiding the label. Now I am able to see it as the unconditionally loving gift it truly was/is: showing me the gap between my then inverted state 🙃 and my Stellar Aligned state 🏀✨👼✨🏀
I hope this helps keep your heart open the next time you receive feedback that may initially feel painful but then you remember, just as I have, that pain is a quantum signal helping guide us all home to oneness 🏠
