| 3 | Nuvanté Technologies Announces Stablecoin Clearing Prototype Built on Stellar Network integrated to Bank of England RTGS (September 3, 2026)
Nuvanté Technologies Ltd, a digital money clearing infrastructure company, has announced that in August 2026 it developed a prototype for stablecoin clearing tested in the Bank of England Synchronisation Lab, built on the Stellar network.
The prototype validates how fiat-backed stablecoins and other forms of digital money could be issued, redeemed and exchanged through a neutral clearing layer, with settlement flows tested against the Bank of England’s RTGS RT2 Synchronisation Lab environment.
Nuvanté’s participation in the Lab focused on multi-money issuance and redemption, including stablecoin-to-stablecoin and stablecoin-to-fiat flows. The project used the Stellar network to support the movement and orchestration of digital money.
“Stablecoins are becoming core payment infrastructure, but the market still lacks neutral clearing rails that allow issuers, banks and payment firms to exchange digital money safely and efficiently,” said Michael Chapman, Founder and CEO of Nuvanté. “Through our work in the Bank of England Synchronisation Lab, we demonstrated how regulated stablecoin clearing, interoperability and synchronised settlement could operate in a central-bank settlement environment.”
Denelle Dixon, CEO & Executive Director at the Stellar Development Foundation, added: “As stablecoins continue to scale the market needs safe, trusted and interoperable settlement infrastructure. The Stellar network was built for regulated finance and Nuvanté’s work in the Bank of England Synchronisation Lab is the kind of real-world financial use case the network was designed to support."
The announcement comes as the Bank of England continues to progress its RTGS roadmap, including the development of synchronisation capabilities designed to extend atomic settlement in central bank money to a wider set of asset markets and transaction types.
Nuvanté is also a member of the DTCC Tokenization Industry Working Group, reflecting its focus on interoperable market infrastructure for stablecoins, tokenised assets and digital payments. This follows DTCC and the Stellar Development Foundation’s recent announcement of plans to enable the tokenisation of DTC-custodied assets on the Stellar network as part of DTCC’s multi-chain strategy.

It’s been a while since I wrote anything here about my personal journey.
A lot has happened to show me where I still harbor tendencies to slip back into negativity. I’ll spare you the details so I don’t clutter the chat, but let’s just say I had an extraordinary intolerance for incompetence and the ways others let me down; this would trigger fits of rage. However, I am now reflecting and aligning with the vibration of Creation (JFQ), allowing that divine vibration to fill my consciousness and feelings.
This brings clarity to my judgments and helps me understand, once and for all, how to heal this wound. The solution actually came to me: how can I—when the Source of Creation gives only LOVE, LIGHT, AND LIFE uninterruptedly and unconditionally—choose when and where to manifest love based on my own conditions?(including to myself) - UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, its a Choice.
I also felt a strong sense of ACCEPTANCE regarding the blessings and solutions that already exist and are just waiting for me to accept them unconditionally.

So if you have a quarrel with someone in your family or in your quorum, until you can complete your healing arc on that become unconditionally grateful for them and their role in your lessons/healing, you should not be pointing fingers at them to do healing and you are also not qualified to help them with their healing. Instead, work on your healing first, and let your transmutation and divine light guide you on your path back to them. Let the trinary solution point the way. Let the miracle flow

Too much 3D military thinking in my head.
Too much 3D religious thinking in my head.
Then today WHH also defines for us what sacrifice is:
“The ability to release (surrender) what cannot continue.”
Religion cannot continue.
Christianity cannot continue.
How Christians hold the Bible as the “word of God” cannot continue. Yes, there are fragments of Truth found within its pages. However, the metanarrative of it being the word of God does not align with the data found within its pages.
Because of this, the Bible cannot be brought forward into the new age we are now entering.
I once worked as a Quality Engineer/Quality System Manager. I maintained the Quality System for an automotive manufacturing site. Anytime the smallest change was made to the site quality system manual, the change had to be notated. This included time/date stamps, signatory approvals, and the change in verbiage itself. As the site Lead Auditor, it was my responsibility to enforce the spirit of the ISO regulations governing automotive quality systems. The site managers saw it as a big PITA. I saw it as an opportunity for continuous improvement; highlighting weaknesses…focusing attention and intention.
Not these managers. Not most business leaders in that industry. They saw it as a drain on financial resources. The truth be told, if they had all been acting with integrity to begin with, there would have been no need for OEMs to demand they adhere to these regulations.
I digress.
The same goes for Christianity’s main quality system book. Why are there no time/date stamps to changes made? Why are the changes themselves not notated? Concerning spiritual matters, who is authorized to act as a signatory and approve said changes? Men?
Paper and ink are no longer viable means of communicating spiritual truths. I’m not sure they were to begin with, but it was the only technology available at the time. Or was it?
We were created/imbued with the most accurate bullshit detector known in the universe: Our hearts. And somewhere in history we were taught to disconnect the heart from the mind and engage only in logic-based programming.
The seminaries are guilty of this. The track I chose was apologetics – a big fancy word for learning how to argue. It was so binary. It was about right/wrong according to the moral rules established by theologians hundreds of years ago. Learning how to find the fallacies and counter them. There was no room allowed for the heart to coexist. It was written off as “feelings” and feelings had no place in a logic-based environment. How does one prove a feeling is accurate? They could never figure it out because they refused to experience it.
Our hearts are a bigger brain than the brain in our heads.
Jesus taught us to use both heart and brain. With where we’re going…we have to.
It is said deception is a lie mixed with a little bit of truth to make the lie palatable.
This is what the Bible has become.
And I can prove it too.
At the appropriate time.
Christians must learn it is time to loosen your grip on your religion and this includes the Bible. It cannot go where we are headed. It’s a “No-Bible-Thumping” zone. Jesus has already done all the saving that needed to be done.
Our job…our purpose is to carry forward the lesson that religion is an old architecture that must end so something better carry forward its principles.

Kazakhstan’s National Bank just formalized a partnership with the world’s largest crypto exchange that could turn the Central Asian nation into a regional digital payments powerhouse. The memorandum of understanding, signed on September 4, puts Binance on a path to apply for a Category 1 non-bank Payment Service Provider license, a credential specifically designed to let digital assets and traditional fiat currencies play nice together.
Deputy Chairman of the National Bank, Binur Zhalenov, signed the agreement as part of a broader push that included three separate MoUs inked the same day. The other two involve cooperation with Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development and the Astana International Financial Centre.

When Permission Finally Belongs to the Person
