True to Itself, Forever
Picture a system that endures across centuries by staying true to its soul while its body evolves freely. It grows and adapts endlessly, meeting worlds its founders never imagined, so it never dies of rigidity. And it cannot be captured or turned against its purpose, so it never betrays what it was built for. It is both things at once, ever-changing and ever-true, and this is what it means for a system to last forever without becoming either a fossil or a fraud.
At the center is the soul frequency, the founding values held as the unchanging reference that the whole system stays in tune with across all time. Humanity first, transparency, honesty, these are the frequency the system resonates with, the fixed tone everything else must harmonize with. No matter how the mechanisms change, no matter how much the body adapts across the centuries, the system never drifts from that frequency, because every change is tuned against it and anything out of tune cannot pass. The soul is the constant note beneath all the variation, and as long as it sounds pure, the system remains itself, however much its outer form evolves.

The Soul and the Body
The answer begins with a single insight, and everything else follows from it. A body cannot be trapped or betrayed while the soul is intact. If what the system fundamentally is remains inviolable, then how it works can change freely without danger, because no change to the mechanisms can ever betray the whole while the founding values stand untouched and every change must answer to them. Protect the soul absolutely, and the body is free. This is the key that resolves the dilemma between rigidity and capture, and it is the heart of ETERNA.
So ETERNA draws a clear distinction between the soul and the body of the system. The soul is the founding values, humanity first, transparency, honesty, the reasons the whole thing exists at all. The body is the mechanisms, the technical means, the how, the specific ways the system does what it does. And these two are treated utterly differently. The soul stays fixed, held constant across all time, so the system never drifts from what it is. The body adapts freely, evolving to meet a changing world, so the system never freezes into obsolescence. The soul is why the system exists, and it does not change. The body is how the system works, and it must be free to change. Confusing the two is what killed the systems before, either freezing the body to protect the soul until the whole thing became useless, or letting the soul be changed as easily as the body until it was captured. The System That Must Last Forever
Everything QSFS has built is meant to last. XEON reaches across centuries, holding value and intent for generations no one alive will meet. Sovereign funds are bound to endure beyond the governments that create them. Trusts, endowments, the whole architecture of the honest system is a promise of permanence, a commitment that what is built now will still stand, still serve, still hold true long into the future. But permanence carries a hidden tension inside it, one that has destroyed nearly every long-lived system humanity has ever built, and it must be faced honestly, because it is the tension between lasting and changing.
The world does not stand still. Technology changes, threats change, needs arise that no founder could have foreseen. And this places any system meant to last on the horns of a cruel dilemma. A system frozen forever, unable to change, slowly becomes obsolete, unable to meet a world its makers never imagined, and it dies of rigidity. But a system that can change freely is exposed to a different death, because the power to change it can be corrupted, hijacked, or turned to force it in directions its people never chose, and it dies of capture. Too rigid and it breaks. Too flexible and it is seized. This is the razor's edge that every enduring thing must walk.
It is worth seeing plainly where real systems die on this edge, because the pattern is everywhere. Constitutions face exactly this, and fail at both ends, some too rigid to bend under new realities until they shatter, others so easily amended that whoever holds power rewrites them to hold more. Blockchains face it acutely, some fracturing into bitter, permanent forks when their communities cannot agree how to change, others falling quietly under the control of a small group who push changes onto everyone else. In every case the lesson is the same, that whoever controls how the rails evolve ultimately controls what the system becomes, no matter what it was founded to be. The founding values are only as durable as the mechanism that governs their change, and if that mechanism can be captured, the founding values are not permanent at all, they are merely current.
This is existential for QSFS, more than for almost any system before it, because every other proposal quietly assumes the rails stay honest. All the transparency, all the fairness, all the protection we have built rests on the assumption that the system remains what it is. But a system that is perfectly honest today and can be quietly altered by a few tomorrow is not a permanent promise. It is a promise that lasts exactly until someone captures the power to change it, and not one moment longer. The honesty of QSFS, however real now, is only as lasting as its defense against its own future capture. Without that defense, everything else is written in sand.
People are being asked to trust the honest system with everything, their savings, their nations' futures, their children's inheritance, value committed across lifetimes they will never see. Citi, Coinbase partner on digital assets
Citigroup Inc. chose Coinbase Global Inc. to help it with stablecoin payments, as the latter will supply the stablecoin payment rails and underlying blockchain technology, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing company officials.
Despite the struggles the crypto industryhas been facing in the United States, Citigroup has been focused on offering its clients alternative banking options, with one of them being the use of digital assets. ➡️The partnership with Coinbase will make it possible for Citi's users, some of which are big multinational corporations, to "accept stablecoin payments from their customers at checkout through Citi's merchant-processing services."
On the other hand, Coinbase clients will gain access to Citi's banking capabilities to accept, hold and pay funds in a bank-account-like vehicle, with cash to be automatically converted into stablecoins. Coinbase Institutional head Brett Tejpaul commented that the collaboration will help everyone involved "seamlessly switch" between the dollar and stablecoins within a traditional banking system, making the whole process "faster, cheaper, better."

South Australian Government Adopts Blockchain Technology for Upcoming Elections
The government of South Australia will organise the first elections based on blockchain technology. The government awarded the contract for this important project to Horizon State. The company has a proven experience in blockchain implementation for elections.
Not the First Use of Blockchain Technology in Elections
While the upcoming blockchain elections will be the first for South Australia, it won’t be a premiere for Horizon State. ➡️For example, New Zealand has already used their blockchain-based voting system. In December 2018, The Opportunity Party chose this type of voting for their leadership election.
✅The Government of India also announced that they would contract Horizon State. Their plan is to deploy blockchain technology for consultations with citizens before implementing policies.
In Australia, MiVote platform has also been using Horizon State’s technology. This is an information platform that allows citizens to have their say on issues under debate in the Australian Parliament.
