A Promise.

The Custodians originally believed MESSIAH itself was the identity.

2026 is definitely different than 2025 in terms of onboarding new ST members but most definitely every quorum should have additional layer of healing vetting done

This is difficult to capture in a standard best practice format because the approach may be different in each quorum. A single healing event may be sufficient for one candidate, whereas for another, it might just be a starting point. In some cases, a video message about a candidate’s healing journey is helpful before onboarding begins. In others, the Servants Team already knows the person and meets with them regularly on F2F meetings giving them a clear sense of when the candidate may reach a level of healing necessary for consideration and is ready to be voted on.
Short answer is 👍 active self-healing must be visible to ST before onboarding ‼️ Active self-healing participation necessary 😎
Question remains: What is the best way to keep track of members self-healing progress and readiness to join ST 👨💻🪐✨ and that is still on quorums to decide

Absolutely healing must be a huge component and it always has been, but it was never enforced until now
(Example: QSI Book Club and self-improvement/development calls have existed since day1 long before Alliance and admin training were created 😊)
Enforcing it means alignment, not enforcing it allows misalignment
Misalignment is why we have had to cheesecake or slowly restructure from within 🍰🖥
We cannot build new better systems & foundations with the same broken methods 👎

When the People Dictate the Terms
XRAILS spreads not by force or mandate, but by the people choosing it, from the bottom upward. This is the heart of how it wins, and it needs no authority behind it at all.
