𝗬𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆, 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻. 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧 5, 2026 — 𝙆𝙤𝙧 𝙉𝙖𝙡𝙞 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙠, 𝘿𝙖𝙡𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣, 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣 Yasin, son of Muhammad Ghaos, 28 years old and a farmer who was a resident of Zahoor Colony, Dalbandin, was killed by the Pakistani Army on 5 October 2026 near Kor Nali Patek, Dalbandin. Yasin was his parents' only son. Both of his parents had already passed away, and Yasin was the sole breadwinner of the family. He was carrying the responsibility for his sisters when army personnel opened fire on him while he was passing through a checkpoint. His colleague, Sami, was also injured in the firing. Yasin was the only hope for his sisters. He was the person his family depended on for survival. His killing left two sisters without the brother who carried the responsibility of their home. The continued use of force against civilians shows the worsening situation in Balochistan, where people face violence even while moving through areas controlled by security forces. Checkpoints are meant to be a security measure, but for Baloch families they have become places where people are humiliated, harassed, and killed. The unchecked use of military power has created an environment in which no Baloch can feel safe in their own home and land. The international human rights community must take notice of the escalating violence in Balochistan, demand an independent investigation, and make Pakistan accountable for the genocide in Balochistan. #StopBalochGenocide

پروفیسر صالح محمد شاد کی ناگہانی وفات سے بلوچ قوم ایک معروف ادیب اور شاعر سے محروم ہوگئی۔ معروف براہوی ادیب، شاعر اور ڈگری کالج مستونگ کے سابق پرنسپل پروفیسر صالح محمد شاد کی طویل علالت کے بعد ناگہانی وفات نے پوری قوم کو شدید غم میں مبتلا کر دیا ہے۔ یاد رہے کہ پروفیسر صالح محمد شاد کو 22 اگست 2022 کو 8 دیگر رشتہ داروں سمیت حراست میں لیا گیا تھا۔ بعد ازاں انہیں زخمی حالت میں کوئٹہ ٹراما سینٹر منتقل کیا گیا۔ دورانِ حراست تشدد کے باعث ان کی صحت شدید متاثر ہوئی اور طویل علالت کے بعد وہ انتقال کرگئے۔ ایک استاد، شاعر اور ادیب کی موت کئی اہم سوالات کو جنم دیتی ہے۔ جبری حراست، تشدد، انسانی حقوق کی پامالی، سماجی ناانصافی اور جوابدہی کا فقدان صرف ایک فرد کا معاملہ نہیں بلکہ انصاف، انسانی وقار اور بنیادی انسانی حقوق کا سوال ہے۔ پروفیسر صالح محمد شاد کے ساتھ کیا ہوا؟ ان کی حراست اور تشدد کی ذمہ داری کس پر عائد ہوتی ہے؟ کیا اس واقعے کی شفاف تحقیقات اور جوابدہی ہوگی؟ یا پھر ہمیشہ کی طرح یہ واقعہ بھی وقت کی گرد میں دبا دیا جائے گا، فائلیں بند کر دی جائیں گی، سوالات بے جواب رہیں گے اور ایک انسانی جان کے ضیاع کو بھی بھلا دیا جائے گا؟ تاریخ گواہ ہے کہ خاموشی سوالات کو ختم نہیں کرتی۔ اگر آج بھی ایسے واقعات کو نظرانداز کیا گیا تو کل یہی سوال مزید شدت کے ساتھ ہمارے سامنے کھڑے ہوں گے۔ پروفیسر صالح محمد شاد کو صرف خراجِ عقیدت پیش کرنا کافی نہیں؛ ان کی وفات سے اٹھنے والے سوالات کے جواب بھی ضروری ہیں۔

پنجگور میں بچوں پر کواڈ کاپٹر حملہ ریاستی دہشتگردی ہے۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی فتح علی بازار گوارگو، پنجگور میں پاکستانی فورسز کی بمباری میں بچوں کا نشانہ بننا بلوچستان میں جاری اجتماعی سزا اور ریاستی دہشتگردی کی ایک اور ہولناک مثال ہے۔ 3 اکتوبر کو ہونے والے اس حملے میں 9 سالہ ارمان ولد انور اور 10 سالہ عمل ولد سالم جان کی بازی ہار گئے، جبکہ 9 سالہ شاہد، 7 سالہ زاہد ولد شاہد اور 12 سالہ نوراللہ ولد رفیق زخمی ہوئے۔ معصوم بچوں کو نشانہ بنانا کسی بھی صورت قابلِ قبول نہیں۔ یہ محض ایک واقعہ نہیں بلکہ بلوچستان میں خوف، تشدد اور اجتماعی سزا کے ذریعے بلوچ نسل کشی کو جاری رکھنے کی پالیسی ہے۔ ریاستی جبر کا یہ تسلسل ہر نئے واقعے کے ساتھ اس حقیقت کو مزید آشکار کرتا ہے کہ بلوچستان میں بلوچ انسانی جانوں اور زندگیوں کو کس قدر بے توقیر سمجھا جا رہا ہے۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ بلوچ شہریوں کے خلاف جاری اجتماعی سزا، فوجی کارروائیوں اور انسانی حقوق کی سنگین پامالیوں کا سلسلہ فوری طور پر بند کیا جائے۔ معصوم بچوں کے قتل کا احتساب ہونا چاہیے اور بلوچستان کے عوام کو تحفظ، انصاف، آزادی اور اپنے سیاسی حقوق کے ساتھ جینے کا حق دیا جائے۔ اس سے بھی زیادہ تشویش ناک امر یہ ہے کہ ایسے واقعات کے آئے روز پیش آنے کے باوجود انسانی حقوق کے اداروں اور عالمی برادری کی جانب سے مؤثر ردِعمل نظر نہیں آتا۔بلوچستان میں جاری خونریزی ان تمام اداروں کے خاموشی پر سوال اٹھاتی ہے جو ہر انسان کے حقوق کے دفاع کا دعوی کرتے ہیں ۔ ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں بلوچستان میں ریاستی دہشتگردی کو فورا روکا جائے اور جنگی جرائم میں ملوث زمہ داروں کو جوابدہ کیا جائے۔
