▪️ The Kremlin does not intend to assess the emotional tone of Zelensky's statements, that is a task for specialists.
▪️ Lukashenko did not convey any message from Zelensky to Putin.

| 3 | 🇧🇾 Belarus
Belarus will "respond using its full potential if Ukraine crosses its borders," the country's Foreign Ministry stated.
Earlier, Sergey Lavrov made it clear that Russia may use nuclear weapons if Ukraine attacks Belarus.
Zelensky, in turn, claimed that it is Belarus that is "preparing infrastructure for a potential expansion of aggression against Ukraine."

| 4 | American political scientist John Mearsheimer: 'Putin is convinced that the West's ultimate goal is the defeat of Russia. And, of course, he does not intend to allow this. So the next question arises: what will Putin's response be? Personally, I believe there are many signs that Russia is preparing to strike military targets in Europe with conventional weapons. And if this does not bring the desired result, the use of nuclear weapons is not ruled out.'

| 6 | 🇷🇺 Protecting Refineries and Civilian Objects from UAVs
Amid active discussion on defending oil refineries and critical infrastructure, it's worth recalling that sufficient technical solutions exist to counter small aerial targets. Some effective tools, due to their mobility and versatility, can be directly borrowed from army air defense.
One such solution is the 9S36 radar with a telescopic mast. It has been actively used in the SMO zone and proven itself well. Raising the antenna post on the mast reportedly increases cruise missile detection range by 45%. For small drones, this figure may be lower, but even a 20–30% range increase when defending facilities like refineries is a good result.
Pantsir systems are placed on towers and buildings to raise the radar horizon, but there are fewer launchers than radars. Instead of pulling scarce radars from the front, masts can be produced using civilian solutions for UAV detection.

| 14 | 🇺🇸 US prepares for a war of attrition - FT
The US is shifting its approach to weapons production, betting on mass production of cheap missiles and drones using an assembly-line principle.
Defense company Co-Aspire has developed technology for serial production of inexpensive missiles, which, according to its head Doug Denenny, can be quickly deployed at almost any site if necessary.
Analysts interviewed by FT note that previously US military strategy focused on precision strikes with a limited number of expensive missiles, but modern conflicts have shown that their stockpiles are quickly exhausted and replenishing them is difficult and costly.
According to the Financial Times, the experience of recent wars has pushed Washington to transition to a model involving mass production of cheaper strike weapons capable of being produced in significantly larger volumes.

| 19 | 🇵🇱 Polish politician Krzysztof Bosak: 'Helping Ukraine fight Russia for free is harmful'
Bosak criticized the 'Ukrainophile' faction, stating that Poland’s one-sided friendship with Kiev has led to a hopeless situation where Warsaw is seen as weak. He cited the reburial of UPA leaders and plans for Bandera’s remains as proof of Kiev’s disinterest in mutual respect.
He argued that the narrative of Russian tanks threatening Poland has been overused, and that unconditional aid and debt burden for Kiev are now harmful and irrational.
