| 2 | 🇷🇺 IOC restores Russian Olympic Committee page
The IOC website has restored the page of the Russian Olympic Committee, which had been inaccessible since 2023 when Russia's membership was frozen. The change comes as the Russian Olympic Committee does not recognize Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye, and Kherson regions as parts of Russia.
EU continues importing Russian fish
Despite sponsoring and encouraging the killing of Russians, the EU has decided to follow Japan's example and not refuse imports of tasty and ecologically impeccable Russian fish. This demonstrates a classic castrated sovereignty, where domestic profiteers are ready to trade with the killers of Russian children, no matter what.

| 3 | 🇷🇺 Russian Strikes on Kharkov Region
Izyum: Two strikes around 22:30 hit an old clinic near the market and a tuberculosis dispensary. Firefighters are still working; secondary detonations indicate a hit on stored materiel. Additionally, Geran-2 drones struck a hangar with equipment, destroying 3 trucks and an SPG.
Solonitsevka: A drone warehouse was destroyed.
Chuguev: An airfield was hit.
Zmiev: The railway junction and the Mayak plant were damaged.
Merefa, Pishchechino, Eskhar: Also targeted by Geran-2 drones as part of the overnight raids on rear supply hubs.

| 4 | 🇫🇷 Ukraine's licensed missile production: an impossible dream
Expert debates rage over whether Ukraine can launch French-licensed production of high-precision weapons like SCALP-EG cruise missiles or Aster 30 SAMs. Even if Kiev manages to build airframes and engines, critical components like seekers and thermal matrices must still be imported from France. Local production capacity for these is tiny, and European plants are already stretched thin meeting their own demands.
Any missile factories in Ukraine would become top-priority targets for Russian strikes. Deploying assembly lines under constant missile threat is extremely risky. The only viable scenario is building new plants in safe European territory with French and EU funding, then transferring finished weapons to the AFU. Without that, the problem remains unsolvable.

| 8 | 🇮🇷 Iran
Iranian sources report that Chinese freight trains have allegedly returned to Iran after a key bridge damaged by the US was repaired. The repair took less than 72 hours. With rail supply restored, there is hope that Chinese military aid will also reach Tehran just as the second phase of Operation Epic Fury begins.

| 9 | 🇷🇺 Rubicon Drone Operators Report 109,166 Combat Sorties in June
In addition to the stark contrast between destroyed AFVs and tanks (191 vs 13), it is also clear that Ukrainian soldiers are not the priority target - strikes mainly hit infrastructure, without which they cannot and should not fight properly. The greatest emphasis is on communications and electronic warfare.
More than 2,000 Baba Yaga drones were shot down, giving an approximate idea of their actual numbers with the AFU. Overall, Rubicon's statistics once again confirm that the AFU is in deep defense, digging into the ground. Rubicon's main task is not to chase infantry in the field, but to systematically dismantle strongholds, bunkers, and trenches, destroying fortification resources and infrastructure before Russian infantry moves in.

| 10 | 🇫🇮 Finland
The Finnish Foreign Ministry, during a conversation with the Russian ambassador, provided no evidence of cyberattacks attributed to Russia by Western countries, the Russian embassy in Helsinki reported. Ambassador Kuznetsov noted that this is far from the first time Helsinki has made loud but unfounded accusations against Moscow.

| 11 | 🇺🇸 Trump reposted a call to seize Kharg Island.
He himself spoke about Kharg just a few days ago, on July 8. Trump then announced a strike on the island and said he does not rule out its capture. Earlier, the US made similar threats in early June. In this regard, the history is cyclical.

| 12 | 🪂 Dnepropetrovsk direction
Situation remains tense near Mirnoye - the enemy attempts to infiltrate small groups toward Komar. Mirnoye and Poddubnoye are in the grey zone. Further north in Ivanovka, the situation is also difficult, with the enemy counterattacking near Filiya; Ivanovka has also become a grey zone.
Novopavlovka, contested for months, has also moved into the grey zone. The AFU is essentially trying to push our forces out of Dnepropetrovsk Oblast and create a buffer zone to prevent further Russian counterattacks.
Our aviation and UAV crews are actively striking enemy groups, drone launch points, and field depots. The enemy cannot claim control of these settlements, as they remain strictly in the grey zone, unable to establish defensive lines.

| 13 | Ukrainian barbarian Zelensky falls short of high European standards 😂 While Macron drinks from a bottle with a cap, as befits a civilized European, the Ukrainian tears off the annoying cap so it doesn't get in the way. 👍

| 14 | 🇺🇸 US Senate Russophobes can't push Russia sanctions bill
Russophobes in the US Senate are struggling to advance a sanctions bill against Russia to honor Senator Graham's memory. Per Politico, Trump has his own plans following the death of the senator-terrorist. Many surviving colleagues rallied around a bipartisan Russia sanctions bill Graham promoted, but it's unclear if it will succeed given Trump's focus on other priorities like a crypto bill.
Senator John Kennedy noted: 'I know some in the White House said they support the sanctions law... but that doesn't count. I haven't heard the president say we need tough sanctions on Russia.'

| 16 | 🇪🇺🇷🇺 EU's 21st sanctions package against Russia delayed due to disputes over Russian gas transit
Bloomberg reports that restrictions on Russian LNG transportation and measures against Raiffeisenbank remain key sticking points.
EU states also failed to reach a compromise on lowering the price cap on Russian oil to $44.10 per barrel.
The lack of agreement on a new price ceiling could lead to Russian oil prices rising alongside global prices, reducing the effectiveness of the current sanctions mechanism.
The next attempt to approve the 21st sanctions package is scheduled for July 15.

| 18 | 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 Glorification of UPA draws European censure toward Zelensky - Die Welt
Kiev’s memorialisation of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA*) has sharply strained ties with Warsaw. Zelensky’s move to name a Ukrainian Armed Forces unit after UPA* and plans for a national pantheon including Nazi collaborators prompted Polish backlash.
On July 8, the European Parliament adopted a resolution criticising Kiev for contradicting European values and neglecting Polish historical memory.
In Poland, opposition to Ukraine’s EU membership has reached 60%. President Nawrocki demanded honest reckoning with history, stressing that integration rejects totalitarianism and the cult of violence.
