Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani met German development State Secretary Niels Annen on projects run by Germany's international cooperation agency and its development bank, on German investment and banking cooperation, and on infrastructure, health, education and housing.
The two opened the German House in Damascus, a shared base for both agencies, attended by ministers and heads of mission.
