Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa:
📌 Lebanon can benefit from the new situation in Syria to strengthen stability, boost economic integration and development, and advance reforms, with Syria able to provide support.
📌 Lebanon hosts more than 1.4 million displaced people out of a population of 4 million, posing a major challenge with no solution currently in sight.
📌 Claims of Syrian interference in Lebanon are untrue; we continue to call for stronger institutions, economic integration, an end to conflict, and greater stability in Lebanon.
