This thing itself is not any of the sounds that arise and disappear, but rather what is capable of recognizing them.
When there are no thoughts, this thing still exists and is present.
*This thing is your truth.
You are the one who is aware of the thoughts and feelings, all the sensations, and everything.
You are pure consciousness, not the content of which you are aware. Identify yourself correctly.
From now on, instead of simply paying attention to each thought, feeling, and sensation, observe what is aware of them.

The structure of experience does not require a center. The
assumption of one is unfounded, unexamined, and

The belief in a self is maintained by never looking for it
directly. When you do, you find mental activity, sensation,
perception—but not a separate entity coordinating them.
You are not behind experience. You are not inside it. There
is only experience, without a subject. The observer is a
concept, not a fact.
Nothing needs to be done. What’s true is already the case.
