| 3 | No, you are not "paranoid", nor "difficult."
You are simply noticing the increasing strangeness of this world, more accurately the strangeness and unpredictability of humans, and society.
Every last one of us has issues and varying levels of dysfunctions, and wounds or traumas, in need of continual healing.
Shadow aspects, which continuously bubble up, from deep within the psyche, ego, and pain body.
The key is, to get to a place where we RECOGNIZE these toxicities, and place them under steadfast observation, rather than allow them to grab the steering wheel and then PROJECT them out, all onto others, particularly those in our circles, and whom we hold dear.
Most of the ones doing this continual shadow work generally keep smaller circles, and often keep to themselves.
We see not only the unpredictability of these unconscious capabilities and behaviors in others, but also these potentialities within ourselves.
So alone time becomes far more of a priority.
Observing our own minds, emotions, nervous systems.
Sitting with our own soul. Befriending our own soul.
Soothing our inner child.
Seeking more moments of peace, quiet, comfort.
This may appear "weird" to others who have yet to turn their attention from the noisy outer world, to the inner universe within.
But you are not getting stranger in your need for more solitude, you are merely getting DEEPER.
And the more aware you become of this depth, the more bliss you anchor into this world, even if from a distance from the crowd.
Keep diving deeper within.

retrograde.
The next couple of weeks, minimum...Are going to be
ULTRA intense.
Energetically...Emotionally.
Cancer is one of the deepest feeling signs on the zodiac.
Coupled with retrograde energies, this is going to be a
double whammy of intensity.
Expect emotions to be all over the place, both within, and
throughout the collective.
Stay on top of grounding and clearing, DAILY.
Be VERY mindful and purposeful on your interactions and
connections during this time.
Many are going to lose their sh*t, and act out of character,
even ourselves at times.
There will generally be strange going-ons with tech, during
these powerful energetic bursts and shifts.
EXPECT it, and keep a close eye on your mind and
emotions.
Meditate as often as possible, and if not already doing so, I
highly encourage a deep, focused breathwork routine, as
part of an energy reset, as well as regulating and releasing
the feel good hormones which help stabilize our minds
and emotions.
Try to get into nature where you can. It can help move
through these intense rollercoasters of energies and

Not suspicious.

Not judgmental.
Just perceptive.

It’s not arrogance. It’s awareness.
