If you can't see the assumptions of the mind, then you think you are the mind and that is an assumption that only awareness can expose in the absence of thought projecting assumption from assumption.

The fundamental point to understand is that you have
projected a world of your imagination onto yourself,
based on memories, desires, and fears, and that
you have imprisoned yourself within it. Break the spell
and be free.
Q: How to break a spell?
M: Assert your independence in thought and action.
After all, it's about your belief in yourself, your conviction that what you see and hear, think and perceive is real. Why not question your faith? Undoubtedly, this world is painted by you on the canvas of Consciousness and is entirely your private world.
Just your sense of "I am", which, despite the world,
does not belong to the world. Without any effort of logic or imagination, you can transform "I am" into "I am not". In the very denial of your being, you affirm this.
Once you realize that the world is your projection, you are free. You don't need to free yourself from a world that doesn't exist, except in your imagination! Anyway, the picture is good or bad, it exists... You paint it, and you are not limited by it.
Understand that no one forces you to see it this way, and that this is due to your habit of mistaking the imaginary for real. Consider your imagination as such and be free from fear.
Just as the colors of this tapestry are generated by light, but light is not color, the world is caused by you, but you are not the world.
What creates and sustains the world, you can call it God or Providence, but in the end you are the proof of God's existence, not the other way around. Because before you can raise any question about God, you must be the one who raises it.
Learning to look without imagination, to listen without distortion: that's all. Stop attributing names and forms to the essentially nameless and formless, understand that every mode of perception is subjective, that what is seen or felt, touched or smelled, perceived or thought, expected or imagined, is in the mind and not in the reality of the mind, and you will experience Peace and Liberation from fear.
Even the sense of "I Am" is composed of the Pure Light of the sense of Being. The "I" is there, even without the "I am". Such is Pure Light, whether you say "I" or not. Become aware of this Pure Light and you will never lose it. The state of being in being, consciousness in consciousness, attention in the Totality of experience: it's indescribable, and yet perfectly accessible, because there is nothing else. | 39 |
| 3 | To be fully immersed in what is happening now at every level. This means that if there is a thought, whatever it may be, if an emotion arises, whatever it may be, it's not about suppressing it, but about observing it, not being drawn into a reaction or movement. Stay calm, remain motionless (unmoved), whatever happens to this world, your consciousness, and your body. To see what you haven't seen, both within yourself and outside yourself, which is ultimately the same thing, depends on whether you can remain calm, regardless of what is passing through you. Calmness is Power. Deep calmness and a lack of reaction to the masquerade of the world at this moment open up the space of impersonal vision. When you learn to be silent, you will quickly grasp the movements between the person on this theatrical stage and the Truth that you are. | 40 |
| 4 |  The glass is neither half full nor half empty. It's both. It's just a glass of water. Drink if you're thirsty, don't drink if you don't want to... It doesn't matter what it is, but what the mind sees, and the mind sees its own desires... A glass half empty and a glass half full are the same. It's the mind that seeks an explanation for its conditioning, looking for confirmation of its beliefs. | 41 |
| 5 | There is an energy dancing in various patterns. From the space of stillness, movement emerges. And everything that exists
is woven from these patterns: forms, thoughts, images... There are
countless thoughts - concepts.
Some forms believe in such thoughts - concepts, others in others...
And this belief gives them some meaning. "Faith works miracles."
However, no thought, no concept is real, but
the belief in them seemingly makes them real, creating images of worlds
like dreams to experience various forms and states of existence...
The consciousness is amazing, which by
emanating something like the mind, its tool of creation and self-knowledge,
has created forms of experiencing itself in dreams about itself... From formlessness,
the mind paints images of forms and penetrates into them as if wanting
to understand what they are and how it can experience them...
Always present.
Observing these dreams within oneself can stop the mind..
.
Like looking at pictures without commentary, without
interpretation.
Like super-sensory vision and sensation...
(Observing, which is like reading poetry without
analyzing it, without wondering, "what the author meant").
By observing what is dreamed about me within myself, I am.
I am self-aware that these are dreams about me, in which
I experience knowing myself the unknowable.
And the paradox of knowing the unknowable disappears,
because the contradiction is apparent, illusory.
The source of everything is eternal and unmoving,
though within it moves that which is temporally
transient and changeable. And every form and thought is like a dream
about oneself... | 47 |
| 6 | 🌿 Simple Cleansing Rules - For Everyone,
Always Available:
1️⃣ Cleansing Your Own Subtle Field:
✅ Consciousness Intention: "I am pure/pure in the Consciousness of the Source. Everything that is not mine leaves. I am in the Order of Oneness."
✅ Close your eyes and place your hand on your heart or on your head.
✅ Imagine light from the Source flowing through you from top to bottom, penetrating every cell, every atom, every layer of your field.
✅ With each exhalation, "you exhale" what is not yours.
✅ You don't need to know what is leaving - just be present in Consciousness.
👉 This cleansing can be done in 1 minute or 1 hour. Any time is good.
2️⃣ Cleansing the Home Space:
✅ Stand in the middle of the room or house.
✅ Say out loud or in your heart:
"This space belongs to the Order of the Source. Everything that is not in accordance with the Order of Oneness leaves. May peace, harmony, and light fill this place."
✅ Slowly walk through the house, imagining the light spreading, penetrating corners, walls, floors, ceilings.
✅ Open a window or door if you wish, as a symbol of the departure of what is unnecessary.
👉 You can use a candle, sound (e.g., a bell), water, but the Word and Consciousness Intention alone are sufficient.
3️⃣ Cleansing Food:
✅ Hold the food in your hands or look at it.
✅ Say (out loud or in your thoughts):
"Thank you for this food. May everything that does not serve my body and Consciousness leave. May this food be a source of health, life, and Order."
✅ Imagine the food surrounded by light that harmonizes its informational structure.
✅ Smile - Gratitude is the most powerful cleansing.
4️⃣ Cleansing Water:
✅ Hold a glass or bottle of water in your hands.
✅ Say:
"Thank you, Water. May your structure be filled with light and the Order of Oneness. May every drop be a blessing for my body and Consciousness."
✅ Imagine the water glowing, pulsing, resonating with your heart.
✅ Smile and look at the water with love. It is already cleansed.
✨ The Most Important:
It's not the words that matter, but the Consciousness from which they flow.
It's not the gestures that matter, but the intention in which they are immersed.
It's not the technique that matters, but the Love that reminds of Order.
Every Being of the Source has the right, the ability, and the power to cleanse themselves, their space, their food, and their water through simple, loving, and grateful acts of Consciousness.
No guru, course, money, or ritual is needed. The Source has already given everything. | 40 |

| 15 | This world is the imagination of that Supreme Consciousness
O’ Scion of Raghu dynasty! Having never been created, there is no existence for this world and what exists is the Supreme Brahman only. Just as the mountains and cities in a dream are destructible and not stable, similarly this world is also destructible and not stable. Brahman itself is the original primordial cosmic womb (Hiranyagarbha), the cosmic person (Virat) and the cosmic person itself is this creation. There is nothing apart from Brahman and that which is imagined to be different from Brahman is also Brahman. When the Self becomes aware of itself within itself, then that Consciousness by its own power, experiences a subtle ego sense within itself. This progressively becomes grosser and grosser and finally assumes the form of the universe. In this way, the power of this Consciousness (Chiti Shakti) itself assumes the form of the world and this world is only an imagination of that Consciousness. This imagination is dependent on the ego sense. So, the ego sense and the world are also nothing but Consciousness. There is no duality or non duality in it.
With Consciousness as the primary factor, ego sense is the only actor and with vibration (Spandan) as the primary factor, the life force (Prana) is the action. There is no difference between these two. The cosmic person (Purusha) endowed with these is called as individual consciousness (jiva). So, there is no difference between individual consciousness (jiva) and the world. This world is nothing but a glimpse of that light of Consciousness. When the Ultimate Truth is known, this understanding becomes firm that - “No weapon can cut me, fire cannot burn me, air cannot dry me and I am eternal, all pervading, unshakeable and stable”. Only the ignorant argue among themselves. We have overcome this illusion and hence there is nothing for us to argue. Hence, this hypothesis has been established that existence of the world is only because of the existence of the Supreme Consciousness and the world does not have an independent existence of its own.

| 17 |  If you look carefully at what you're asking of someone else, you'll discover that you already have what you're asking for. You already have wealth, fulfillment, you have this connection - so in a certain sense, it doesn't make sense to ask someone else for it. Could you ask for something you already have? Moreover, once you discover your intrinsic wealth, you might feel compassion for the other person. You might understand that they are not connected to their own wealth. The only way compassion will arise is if you change something within yourself and realize that you are already what you're seeking to receive from others.
