Take a good look at what you feed in yourself.
Listen WITH AWARENESS to the sirens of the Body of Pain enchanted by the "fight for survival", to which they call...
They invite you to justify your actions, believing in the false coherence that is anchored in the illusion of "the world against me".
They invite you to justify the choice of separation, even though the Heart still desires, but you don't know how to let go, you don't know how to forgive yourself, you don't know how to face it when judgment arises...
Close your eyes
Breathe with awareness of yourself.
Listen to yourself.
See all the screaming emotions, exiles, renegades,
rebels, pride, fear, shame, anger and rage.
Don't censor yourself.
Breathe and welcome, observe everything, feel everything and let it be with awareness.
The Gate of Eden is eternally open to all hearts,
who give up the illusory blackmail of the ego, which says: you must fight to survive.
Good/evil, light/shadow, creator/destroyer.
You decide to pass through these doors.
You decide to strip naked on these thresholds
and allow yourself to immerse in the True Redeeming and Regenerating Light.
