Amidst Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi’s ongoing crackdowns, it’s yet unclear if the arrests are sequestered to pro-Iranian politicians, as reports continue to come in that politicians on both sides of Iraq’s U.S.-Iran political spectrum, including subordinates of former Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani, have been targeted for arrest.
