मलफूज़ाते हकीमुल उम्मत हज़रत मौलाना अशरफ़ अली थानवी (रहमतुल्लाहि अलैहि) पाठ संख्या: 497 मक़ामी उलमा से इस्तेफादे (लाभ उठाने) की ज़रूरत एक सिलसिले गूफ्तगू में फ़रमाया कि आवाम (आम लोगों) के लिए बजुज़ (सिवाय) इसके और कोई रह नहीं कि वह उन उलमा का इत्तेबा (पालन) करें जिन पर उनको सही ज़रिए से ऐतमाद (भरोसा) है। बाक़ी यह जो आजकल लोगों में बात पैदा हो गई है कि सैय्याह (घूमने वाले) दरवेश और उलमा के पीछे पड़े रहते हैं यह बड़ी उसूली ग़लती है। मैं क़स्बा मऊ जिला आज़मगढ़ गया था वहां वाज़ (तक़रीर) हुआ। मैं मिंजुमला (तमाम) और मज़ामीन (विषय) के एक बात यह भी बयान की थी कि बमुकाबला सय्याह (घूमने वाले) उलमा के तुम को शहर के उलमा की ज़्यादा क़दर करना चाहिए। उनसे आपके ताल्लुक़ात (संबंध) भी हैं, उनकी पूरी हालत भी मालूम है। इससे उनके हुकूक़ (अधिकार) आप पर ज़्यादा हैं। गो (अगरचे) ख़िदमत सैय्याहों की भी कर दिया करो मगर ताल्लुक़ (संबंध) वह इत्तेबा (पालन) के ऐतबार से ज़्यादा हक़ (अधिकार) मक़ामी उलमा का है। यह सब हुदूद (सीमाऐं) हैं, जिनका इस वक़्त किसी तबक़े (वर्ग) में नामो निशान नहीं रहा। मलफूज़ाते हकीमुल उम्मत: भाग 6 पृष्ठ 220 https://chat.whatsapp.com/LfhCvI1Y1dULoYu2Gpcg72
