Waldaan Misooma Oromiyaa hundeeffama isaa irraa eegalee misooma hawaas-dinagdee Oromiyaa milkeessuu irratti xiyyeeffachuun hojiiwwan garaagaraa hojjechaa tureera. Hojiiwwan misooma hawaasaa kunneen, gama barnootaa, fayyaa, jiruufi jireenya ummataa fooyyessuu, bishaan dhugaatii qulqulluufi eegumsa naannoo irratti gumaacha olaanaa taasisaa tureera.

🔹 1. HR Management Information System Officer / IT Officer
- Number of positions: 1
- Educational qualification: MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering, IT, MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Work experience: Minimum of 4 years for Master’s degree holders or 6 years for first-degree holders in relevant work experience.
- Key responsibilities: Managing and improving HR information systems, maintaining employee databases, analyzing HR data, preparing reports, providing technical support, and training system users.
🔹 2. HRM Officer III (Senior HRM Officer)
- Number of positions: 1
- Educational qualification: MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, Law, or a related field.
- Work experience: Minimum of 6 years for Master’s degree holders or 8 years for first-degree holders in relevant HRM positions.
- Key responsibilities: Recruitment and selection, employee contracts and records, staff benefits and payroll follow-up, HR policy implementation, performance management, staff training, and employee relations.

💰 Salary and Benefits
Position 1: HRMIS/IT Officer
- Basic monthly salary: ETB 27,369
- Transportation allowance: ETB 1,800 per month
- Medical allowance: Up to ETB 4,000 per year

Position 2: Senior HRM Officer

| 16 | ODA–CDA Project Year IV Performance Review and Year V Official Kick-Off Workshop
📍 Adama, Ethiopia | October 11, 2026
The Oromia Development Association (ODA), in partnership with Save the Children International (SCI) and the LEGO Foundation, held the ODA–CDA Project Year IV Performance Review and Year V Official Kick-Off Workshop in Adama.
The session was officially opened by Mr. Hunde Tilahun, ODA Deputy Executive Director and Operations Division Manager, who highlighted the importance of reviewing achievements, reflecting on lessons learned, and strengthening implementation strategies for the upcoming project year.
The workshop brought together ODA Head Office Management Team members, ODA–CDA project staff, and education sector representatives from East Bale, Bale, and West Guji zones, covering the project's 8 target woredas across the three zones.
The workshop provides an important platform to review the project's achievements over the past four years, share experiences and good practices, identify implementation challenges, and establish strategic priorities for Year V. The project has made encouraging progress in supporting education and improving learning opportunities for children across its operational areas.
The workshop is also expected to benefit from strategic guidance from Mrs. Galane Bu'ura Boru, Directorate representative of the Oromia Education Bureau, to help align the project's next phase with regional education priorities and strengthen coordination among stakeholders at zonal and woreda levels.
ODA extends its appreciation to the LEGO Foundation, Save the Children International, government education offices, and all project teams and partners for their continued collaboration and commitment to improving educational outcomes.
Together, we build on four years of achievements and move forward with renewed commitment to better learning opportunities for every child.
