| 2 | পর গ্রাম জ্বালিয়ে দেওয়া হচ্ছে। প্রতিরোধীদের মাওবাদী আখ্যা দিয়ে তাদের ওপর রাষ্ট্রীয় সন্ত্রাস নামানো হচ্ছে। জনগণের ন্যায্য লড়াইয়ে পাশে দাঁড়ানো সিপিআই (মাওবাদী) পার্টির নেতাকর্মীদের একে একে খুন করা হচ্ছে। আমরা দেখেছি, সিপিআই (মাওবাদী) পার্টির সাধারণ সম্পাদক কমরেড বাসবরাজকে খুন করার পরেই মধ্যভারতের এক বড় অংশের অরণ্যকে কর্পোরেটদের হাতে তুলে দেওয়া হয়েছে।
এই অবস্থায় ফ্যাসিবাদী এজেন্ডার সামনে প্রাচীরের মত দাঁড়িয়ে আছে বিপ্লবী ধারার গণরাজনৈতিক সংগঠনগুলি। জাতীয় সুরক্ষা উপদেষ্টা অজিত দোভাল তো বলেই দিয়েছে, এই নাগরিক সমাজই তাদের যুদ্ধের নয়া প্রান্ত। সূরজকুণ্ড রণনৈতিক কর্মসূচি অনুযায়ী, ফ্যাসিবাদী শক্তি দীর্ঘদিন ধরে তাই এই নাগরিক সমাজের ফ্যাসিবিরোধী বিপ্লবী অংশটিকে ‘কলমধারী নকশাল’ আখ্যা দিয়ে গ্রেফতার, তল্লাশি, ফেক এনকাউন্টার, ভুয়া মামলায় বন্দি করে বা ভয় দেখিয়ে দমননিপীড়ন নামিয়ে চলেছে। যার উদ্দেশ্য ফ্যাসিবাদী এজেন্ডার বিরুদ্ধে ওঠা যে কোনো কণ্ঠস্বরকে স্তব্ধ করে দেওয়া। আজকে বাংলার গণআন্দোলন কর্মীদের ওপর এই প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক হামলাও উক্ত রণনীতিরই অংশ। আর এই কাজে তারা ব্যবহার করে চলেছে রাষ্ট্রের প্রতিটি অঙ্গ।
আমরা বিপ্লবী ছাত্র ফ্রন্টের তরফে জানাচ্ছি যে, আমাদের ওপর এই ধরণের ফ্যাসিবাদী হামলা চালিয়ে ক্রমবর্ধমান গণবিক্ষোভকে দমন করা সম্ভব নয়। রাষ্ট্রীয় সন্ত্রাসের মুখে দাঁড়িয়ে বিপ্লবী ছাত্র ফ্রন্ট মার্কসবাদী-লেনিনবাদী-মাওবাদী রাজনীতির লাল পতাকা ঊর্ধ্বে তুলে ধরেছে এবং ধরবে। আসলে সরকারের ‘কলমধারী নকশাল’ শেষ করার অভিযান গণতান্ত্রিক বাকস্বাধীনতার ওপর ফ্যাসিবাদী দমন ছাড়া কিছুই নয়।
কমরেড মাও সেতুং বলেছিলেন, “It is good if we are attacked by the enemy, since it proves that we have drawn a clear line of demarcation between the enemy and ourselves. It is still better if the enemy attacks us wildly and paints us as utterly black and without a single virtue; it demonstrates that we have not only drawn a clear line of demarcation between the enemy and ourselves but achieved a great deal in our work.”
যা প্রমাণ করে, ফ্যাসিবাদের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াইয়ে আমাদের রাস্তাই সঠিক। মনে রাখতে হবে, রাষ্ট্রের প্রতিটি সংস্থাকে গেরুয়াকরণ করে চলা আরএসএস বা সংঘের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই আইনি এবং সংসদীয় পথে সম্ভব নয়। শেষ জয় জনগণেরই। বিপ্লবী ধারার জঙ্গি গণআন্দোলন গড়ে তোলাই একমাত্র রাস্তা।

সাথী, আজ (১৮/০৬/২০২৬) ভোর ৪:৩০ নাগাদ বিপ্লবী ছাত্র ফ্রন্টের (RSF) সাধারণ সম্পাদক কমরেড তথাগত রায়চৌধুরীর সন্তোষপুরের বাড়িতে ‘মাওবাদী’ যোগের মিথ্যা সন্দেহে হানা দেয় রাষ্ট্রের গেস্টাপো সন্ত্রাসবাদী NIA, কলকাতা পুলিশ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ পুলিশ, সশস্ত্র সিআরপিএফের যৌথ বাহিনী। খানাতল্লাশি চালানোর পর তারা ‘ছাত্রফৌজ’ পত্রিকা সহ বেশ কিছু ম্যাগাজিন ও বিপ্লবী ধারার ছাত্র আন্দোলন সম্পর্কিত একটি বই সিজ করে। ২০২২ সালের এনআইএ’রই ‘ইআরবি রিঅর্গানাইজিং কন্সপিরাসি’ মামলার কাগজপত্রও তারা বাজেয়াপ্ত করে নিয়ে যায়।
আগামী ২৪শে জুন কমরেড তথাগতকে রাঁচির NIA দপ্তরে তলব করা হয়েছে। কলকাতায় NIA অফিস থাকা সত্ত্বেও তাকে ঝাড়খণ্ডে ডেকে পাঠানো প্রকৃতপক্ষেই হয়রানি ছাড়া কিছু নয়। একইভাবে, ফেমিনিস্টস ইন রেজিস্ট্যান্স (FIR) সংগঠনের কর্মী ঝিলম রায়ের বাড়িতেও ভোরবেলা থেকে তল্লাশি চালানো হয়েছে। অন্যদিকে, কৃষক সংগঠন সংগ্রামী কৃষক মঞ্চের (SKM) কর্মী তথা স্কুলশিক্ষক সুকুমার কয়ালকে নদীয়ায় তাঁর স্কুলে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করা হয়। পরে তাঁকেও তল্লাশি করা হয়। এই রাজনৈতিক কর্মীদের UAPA আইনে ফাঁসাতে চাইছে রাষ্ট্র। আমরা আশঙ্কা করছি, আগামীদিনে NIA বাহিনী অন্যান্য গণআন্দোলন কর্মীদেরও ওপরেও একই ধরণের আক্রমণ নামিয়ে আনবে।
এই অভিযান বিচ্ছিন্ন ঘটনা নয়। অত্যন্ত সুপরিকল্পিতভাবে ফ্যাসিবাদ বিরোধী রাজনৈতিক কর্মীদের লক্ষ্যবস্তুতে পরিণত করা হচ্ছে। আমরা ২০২৪ সালের অক্টোবর মাসেও আমাদের রাজ্যে একইভাবে বিভিন্ন গণআন্দোলনকর্মী, ট্রেড ইউনিয়ন কর্মী, কৃষক ও ছাত্র সংগঠনের সদস্যদের বাড়ি হামলা চালাতে দেখেছিলাম NIA-কে। একই ধরনের ঘটনা আমরা প্রতিমাসে দিল্লি, ছত্তিশগড়, উত্তরপ্রদেশ, হরিয়ানা, অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশ, মহারাষ্ট্র জুড়ে দেখে চলেছি। তবে বাংলার ক্ষেত্রে পরিস্থিতিটি বোঝা প্রয়োজন।
ব্রাক্ষণ্যবাদী হিন্দুত্ব ফ্যাসিবাদী আরএসএস-বিজেপি পশ্চিমবঙ্গের ক্ষমতা দখলের পর থেকেই দেশিবিদেশি বৃহৎ পুঁজিপতিদের স্বার্থে রাজ্যজুড়ে নিজেদের কর্পোরেট হিন্দুত্বের এজেন্ডা পুরো করতে উঠে পড়ে লেগেছে। নয়া শিক্ষানীতি ২০২০, পরিবেশ আইন, ওয়াকফ আইন, অভিন্ন দেওয়ানি বিধি, ডেটা প্রোটেকশন সহ বিভিন্ন জনবিরোধী কেন্দ্রীয় আইন এতদিন পূর্বতন তৃণমূল সরকার রাজ্যে ধাপে ধাপে চালু করে যাচ্ছিল। কিন্তু বিজেপির প্রত্যক্ষ শাসনে আইনগুলি দ্রুত ও সরাসরি পাশ করানো হচ্ছে। SIR বিরোধী আন্দোলনের সময় বিচারব্যবস্থার উপর আরএসএসের নিয়ন্ত্রণ জনসমক্ষে চলে এসেছে। কলেজ, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলি দখল নিয়েছে সংঘের ছাত্র সংগঠন ABVP। শ্রমিক ইউনিয়নেও সংঘের আধিপত্য। অর্থাৎ বাংলার বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রের দখল নিয়ে চলেছে তারা। যা তাদের এজেন্ডা পূরণ সহ বিরোধী ক্ষোভকে শেষ করতে সাহায্য করবে।
প্রথমত, নির্বাচন কমিশনকে ব্যবহার করে SIR-এর মাধ্যমে NRC-র কাজ চালানো হচ্ছিল। এরপর আশু জনগণনাকে ব্যবহার করে গণহারে জনগণের অধিকার কেড়ে তাদের নাগরিকত্বহীন বানানোর চক্রান্ত সম্পূর্ণ করা হবে। আবার, প্রান্তিক জনগণ, বিশেষ করে সংখ্যালঘু জনগণকে দ্বিতীয় শ্রেণির নাগরিক বানাবার উদ্দেশ্যে একের পর এক আইনের ব্যবহারে তাদের ধর্মাচরণের স্বাধীনতা কেড়ে নেওয়া হচ্ছে। নয়া ওয়াকফ আইনের সাহায্যে তাদের জমি দখলের রাস্তাও পরিষ্কার। অন্যদিকে, আজ দেশের মধ্যে বেকারত্ব দশকগুলির মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ। ভর্তি ও নিয়োগ পরীক্ষাগুলি দুর্নীতির আখড়া হয়েছে উঠেছে। অনেকক্ষেত্রে তা বারবার বাতিল হয়ে চলেছে। সরকারি নীতির কারণে কৃষি অলাভজনক এবং শ্রমিকদের অবস্থাও ক্রমশ অবনত হয়ে চলেছে। কর্মসংস্থানের অনিশ্চয়তা বৃদ্ধি করে হকার-ছোট ব্যবসায়ী উচ্ছেদ শুরু হয়েছে। সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর সাহায্যে আইনবিরুদ্ধ ‘বুলডোজার রাজ’ চালানো হচ্ছে। এই প্রত্যেকটি ক্ষেত্র শুধু প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ব্যর্থতা নয়, বরং ফ্যাসিবাদী শক্তির পরিকল্পিত কার্যক্রমের ফল। এসবের পিছনে রয়েছে বৃহৎ কর্পোরেট ও তাদের প্রভু সাম্রাজ্যবাদের জন্য সস্তা, অসহায়, দর কষাকষির ক্ষমতাহীন, অদক্ষ মানুষের এক বৃহৎ শ্রমভাণ্ডার মজুত করা। যাদের কখনো ব্যবহার করা হবে সাম্রাজ্যবাদীদের মুনাফার জন্য যুদ্ধের বোড়ে হিসাবে, তো কখনো হিন্দুত্ববাদীদের গুণ্ডাবাহিনী হিসাবে।
দ্বিতীয়ত, মধ্যভারত, কাশ্মীর, লাদাখ, আন্দামান, উত্তরপূর্ব সহ দেশের প্রাকৃতিক সম্পদে পরিপূর্ণ অঞ্চলগুলি স্থানীয় মানুষদের থেকে কেড়ে নিয়ে — কখনো গণউচ্ছেদ ঘটিয়ে, কখনো গণহত্যা সংগঠিত করে — আদানি, আম্বানি, বেদান্ত প্রভৃতি কর্পোরেটদের হাতে নামমাত্র মূল্যে তুলে দেওয়ার চেষ্টাও চলমান। সেই উদ্দেশ্যে মধ্যভারতের সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর সাহায্যে আদিবাসীদের ওপর খুন থেকে ধর্ষণ, এমনকি আকাশপথে বোমাবর্ষণ, গ্রামের | 14 |
| 4 | Second, resource-rich regions across the country like Central India, Kashmir, Ladakh, the Andamans, and the Northeast are being systematically stolen from local populations. Through mass evictions and orchestrated massacres, these lands are being handed over to corporates like Adani, Ambani, and Vedanta for pennies. To achieve this in Central India, armed forces are unleashing a reign of terror on Adivasis, ranging from rape and murder to aerial bombings and the burning of entire villages. Those who resist are branded as Maoists and subjected to severe state terror. Leaders and cadres of the CPI (Maoist) party, who stand shoulder to shoulder with the people in their righteous struggles, are being systematically assassinated. We saw how a massive expanse of forest in Central India was handed over to corporates immediately following the murder of CPI (Maoist) General Secretary Comrade Basavaraj.
In this climate, revolutionary mass political organizations stand like a fortress against the fascist agenda. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval has openly declared that civil society is their new frontier of war. Following the Surajkund strategic roadmap, fascist forces have long targeted the anti-fascist, revolutionary sections of civil society. Labeling them "pen-wielding Naxals", the state relentlessly suppresses them through arrests, raids, fake encounters, and fabricated cases. The objective is to silence any voice that rises against the fascist agenda. Today's institutional assault on Bengal's mass movement activists is a direct extension of this very strategy, and they are mobilizing every organ of the state to execute it.
On behalf of the Revolutionary Students' Front, we declare that it is impossible to suppress the surging tide of mass rebellion through such fascist attacks. Staring down the barrel of state terror, the RSF has held high the red flag of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist politics and will continue to do so. In truth, the government's crusade to eradicate these "pen-wielding Naxals" is nothing but a fascist crackdown on democratic free speech.

We call upon all progressive, democratic, anti-fascist, and left-wing organisations and individuals to raise their voices against these actions. Demand the immediate repeal of the NIA and the UAPA. Comrades, today (18/06/2026) around 4:30 AM, the joint forces of the state's Gestapo terrorist NIA, Kolkata Police, West Bengal Police, and armed CRPF raided the Santoshpur residence of Comrade Tathagata Roychowdhury. He is the General Secretary of the Revolutionary Students' Front (RSF). They raided his home under the false suspicion of "Maoist" ties. After ransacking the place, they seized several magazines, including Chhatrafauj, a book related to revolutionary student movements, and documents from the NIA's own 2022 "ERB Reorganizing Conspiracy" case.
Comrade Tathagata has been summoned to the NIA office in Ranchi on June 24. Forcing him to travel to Jharkhand when an NIA office exists in Kolkata is nothing but pure harassment. Similarly, the residence of Jhilam Roy, an activist with Feminists in Resistance (FIR), was raided early this morning. Meanwhile, Sukumar Kayal, a school teacher and activist with the Sangrami Krishak Manch (SKM), was interrogated at his school in Nadia and subsequently searched. The state is desperately trying to frame these political workers under the draconian UAPA. We fear the NIA will unleash similar attacks on other mass movement activists in the coming days.
This operation is not an isolated incident. Anti-fascist political workers are being targeted in a highly systematic manner. We witnessed the NIA carrying out similar attacks on the homes of various mass movement activists, trade unionists, farmers, and student leaders in our state back in October 2024. We see the exact same pattern unfolding every month across Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra. However, the specific situation in Bengal demands a deeper understanding.
Ever since seizing power in West Bengal, the Brahmanical Hindutva fascist RSS and BJP have been working overtime to fulfill their corporate Hindutva agenda to serve the interests of domestic and foreign big capital. Previously, the former Trinamool government was implementing anti-people central policies step by step. Now, under direct BJP rule, policies like the New Education Policy 2020, environmental deregulation, the Waqf Act, the Uniform Civil Code, and data protection laws are being aggressively railroaded. The RSS's grip over the judiciary was thoroughly exposed during the anti-SIR movement. The Sangh's student wing, ABVP, has taken over colleges and universities, and they are asserting dominance over trade unions. They are seizing control of every sector in Bengal to fulfill their agenda and crush any dissenting voices.
First, the Election Commission was weaponized to carry out NRC operations through the SIR. Next, the impending census will be used as a tool to strip the masses of their rights and render them stateless. Marginalized communities, particularly minorities, are being reduced to second-class citizens through a barrage of laws designed to strip them of their religious freedoms. The new Waqf Act clears the path to steal their lands. Meanwhile, unemployment in the country has hit a multi-decade high. Admission and recruitment exams have devolved into hubs of corruption and are frequently cancelled. Government policies have made agriculture unprofitable, and the condition of the working class continues to deteriorate. Under the shadow of extreme job insecurity, the eviction of hawkers and small vendors has begun. An illegal bulldozer raj is operating with the backing of armed forces. None of this is mere institutional failure. It is the calculated outcome of a fascist blueprint designed to create a massive reserve army of cheap, helpless, unskilled labor with zero bargaining power. This workforce is meant to serve large corporations and their imperialist masters, while acting as cannon fodder for imperialist wars or functioning as the muscle for Hindutva mob violence. | 18 |

| 11 | এক একটি আত্মহত্যা আদতেই একটি সামাজিক হত্যা। মানুষের চেতনা শুধু মস্তিষ্ক থেকেই নয়, শ্রেণিবিভক্ত সমাজ এবং প্রকৃতির সাথে মানুষের পারস্পরিক ক্রিয়া, শ্রেণিসংগ্রাম এবং উৎপাদন সংগ্রামের মধ্যে দিয়েই গড়ে ওঠে। মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যকে এই গুঢ় সত্য থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দেখলে কি হতে পারে, সে বিষয়ে অ্যানড্রিউ হার্টম্যানের একটি উক্তি উল্লেখ্য —
“Marxism, we could say, is therapy in the form of politics, a response on behalf of life to the damage done to it by unchecked profit seeking. Like psychoanalysis, it is a therapy, however, that rejects quick fixes and a culture comprised of endless treatments - all of the helpless half measures (keto, netflix, prozac, tinder) we use to try to keep our lives afloat. Instead Marxism is a therapy that is rooted in knowledge and life-long revolt, in the thrill of changing one's life and striking back at the forces that wound it. ভারতের প্রকৃত চিত্র ঘাটলে দেখা যাবে – আত্মহত্যা একটি মহামারীর আকার নিচ্ছে। অর্থনৈতিক কারণে কৃষকদের আত্মহত্যার পরিসংখ্যান আজ বিশ্বের মধ্যে ভারতে সবচেয়ে বেশি। এখানে প্রতি বছর গড়ে ১৫-১৬ হাজার কৃষক আত্মহত্যা করেন। প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক চাপ ও অর্থনৈতিক কারণে দেশজুড়ে পড়ুয়া বা ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মধ্যে আত্মহত্যার পরিসংখ্যা বছরে ১৩ হাজারেরও বেশি। আমরা দেখেছি করোনা মহামারীর সময় থেকে অর্থনৈতিক মন্দার কারণে মানসিক অবসাদের পরিমাণ বেড়ে চলেছে। সম্প্রতি নিট কেলেঙ্কারির জন্য ১৭ জনের অধিক ছাত্রছাত্রী আত্মহননের পথ বেছে নিয়েছে। কমরেড শুভদীপের মৃত্যু আমাদের দেশের এই বাস্তবতাকেই তুলে ধরছে।
বর্তমান সমাজ ব্যবস্থার মূলোৎপাটন ছাড়া অর্থনৈতিক ও অন্যান্য কারণে সৃষ্ট এই মহামারীর কোনো স্থায়ী প্রতিকার সম্ভব নয়। এর বিরুদ্ধে আমাদের অস্ত্র হওয়া উচিত বিপ্লবী আশাবাদ এবং বিপ্লবী অনুশীলন ও যৌথ কর্মদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে মানসিক ব্যাধির সাথে সংগ্রাম। কমরেড শুভদীপ তোমায় জানাই লাল সেলাম। বিপ্লবী গণআন্দোলনের প্রতি জীবনের শেষদিন পর্যন্ত তোমার কর্তব্য পালনকে আমরা স্মরণ করে যাবো। যে শোষণমুক্ত সমাজের লড়াইয়ে শুভদীপ অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ ছিলো — তাঁর ফেলে যাওয়া সেই কাজকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে আসুন আমরা প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ হই এবং বিপ্লবী আন্দোলনকে সর্বতোভাবে সাহায্য করি।

সাথী, গত ৭ই জুন আমাদের অগ্রণী কমরেড শুভদীপ আত্মহননের পথ বেছে নিয়েছেন। তাঁর অকাল মৃত্যুতে আমরা ভীষণভাবে ব্যথিত ও শোকস্তব্ধ। বিপ্লবী ছাত্র ফ্রন্ট (RSF) তাঁর পরিবার এবং স্বজনদের প্রতি সমবেদনা জানাচ্ছে।
বর্ধমানের ছেলে কমরেড শুভদীপ বিশ্বভারতী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে বাংলা বিভাগে স্নাতক স্তরে ভর্তি হন। স্নাতক থেকেই তিনি বিপ্লবী ছাত্ররাজনীতির সংস্পর্শে আসেন। সেসময় থেকেই তিনি পূর্বতন ইউএসডিএফের কর্মী হিসাবে যোগদান করেন এবং ছাত্রসংগঠক হিসেবে নিজেকে গড়ে তোলেন। তারপর কলকাতার যাদবপুর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে স্নাতকোত্তর স্তরে তুলনামূলক সাহিত্য বিভাগে পড়ার সুবাদে কলকাতায় আসা। ২০১৮ সাল নাগাদ যাদবপুর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে এন্ট্রান্স পরীক্ষা পুনরায় লাগু করার দাবিতে ছাত্র আন্দোলন গড়ে ওঠে। সেসময় সামনের সারিতে থেকে আন্দোলনে নেতৃত্বে দেন কমরেড শুভদীপ। ছাত্রছাত্রীদের অনশন মঞ্চে ইউএসডিএফের পক্ষ থেকে অংশ নেওয়া দুই কমরেডের মধ্যে অন্যতম ছিলেন শুভদীপ। এছাড়াও বস্তার সলিডারিটি নেটওয়ার্কের উদ্যোগে বিভিন্ন প্রোগ্রাম, জনতার সাহিত্য উৎসবের মতো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রগতিশীল গণউদ্যোগগুলোতে কমরেড শুভদীপ অসামান্য ভুমিকা রেখেছেন।
পরবর্তী জীবনে কমরেড শুভদীপ কমিটি ফর দ্য রিলিজ অফ পলিটিক্যাল প্রিজনার্সের (সিআরপিপি) পশ্চিমবঙ্গ শাখার সদস্য হিসাবে যোগ দেন। একাগ্রচিত্তে রাজনৈতিক বন্দিদের অধিকার রক্ষার কাজ চালিয়ে যান। সাম্রাজ্যবাদের দালাল বর্তমান ফ্যাসিবাদী সরকারের আমলে যেভাবে চারদিকে ভিন্নমতের ওপর আক্রমণ শুরু হয়েছে, সেখানে দাঁড়িয়ে রাজনৈতিক বন্দিমুক্তির প্রশ্ন একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়। রাজবন্দীদের মামলা দেখাশোনা, তাদের পরিবারের সাথে যাবতীয় যোগাযোগ, এ বিষয়ক কোর্টের বিভিন্ন রায় সংক্রান্ত পড়াশোনা এবং চর্চা – এই কাজগুলি বরাবর এগিয়ে থেকে করে গেছেন কমরেড শুভদীপ। শুধু সিআরপিপি-ই নয়, ২০২০ সাল থেকে কমরেড ‘প্রতিক্ষণ’ প্রকাশনা সংস্থার লে আউট এডিটর ছিলেন। দীর্ঘদিন ধরে বিপ্লবী কমিউনিস্ট আন্দোলনের পত্রপত্রিকার লে আউটের কাজও তিনি করে এসেছেন। এছাড়াও যুক্ত ছিলেন ‘প্রতিরোধের ভাষা’, ‘কবিকে মুক্ত করো’, ‘কবি ও বধ্যভূমি’ সহ একাধিক গণ-বিপ্লবী উদ্যোগে। কমরেডের মৃত্যু এই প্রত্যেকটি ক্ষেত্রে এক অপূরণীয় ক্ষতি।
কমরেড শুভদীপের আত্মহননের চেষ্টা এই প্রথমবার ছিল না। দীর্ঘকাল ধরেই তাঁর মানসিক অবসাদের কথা আমরা সকলেই জানতাম। সেই অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া সত্ত্বেও শেষরক্ষা হলো না। এই ঘটনার দায় কার? প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি সমাজের অংশ। সমাজের প্রত্যেকটি বিষয় এই মানুষগুলিকে প্রভাবিত করে। মানসিক অবসাদ প্রত্যক্ষভাবে সমাজব্যবস্থার সাথে জড়িত। মাও সেতুং আমাদের দেখিয়েছেন, সমাজ ব্যক্তির সামনে এমন একটা ভয়াবহ অবস্থা তৈরি করে, যেখানে মৃত্যু ছাড়া বাঁচার অন্য রাস্তা সে রাখে না। আজকের দিনের ক্রমবর্ধমান বেকারত্ব, মূল্যবৃদ্ধি, জীবনমানের অধঃপতন, মতাদর্শগত অবনমন, রাষ্ট্রীয় সন্ত্রাস, গোটা বিশ্ব জুড়েই বিপ্লবী কমিউনিস্ট আন্দোলনের পশ্চাদপসরণ – প্রত্যেককেই কমবেশি হতাশ ও মানসিকভাবে দুর্বল করে চলেছে। প্রধানত সামাজিক ব্যাধিগুলো থেকেই মানসিক ব্যাধির উৎপত্তি। তার মধ্যেই শাসক শ্রেণির আমদানি করা উত্তরাধুনিক মতাদর্শ মানুষকে মানুষের থেকে ‘বিচ্ছিন্নকরণ’ ঘটিয়ে চলেছে। পূর্বতন বা অনুশীলনরত বিপ্লবী রাজনৈতিক কর্মীরাও এই সমাজেরই অংশ। তাদের মধ্যেও এই পরিস্থিতির নেতিবাচক প্রভাব পড়তে বাধ্য। রাজনৈতিক মতাদর্শগত বিশ্বাসে অটল থেকে মতাদর্শগত সংগ্রাম চালাতে কেউ কেউ সক্ষম হয়, কেউ কেউ তা চালাতে পারে না।
সাইকিয়াট্রিকের চিকিৎসার অধীনে থাকলেও এবং কিছু কাছের মানুষের সহায়তায় তাঁকে পূর্বে উদ্ধার করা গেলেও, কমরেড শুভদীপ শেষ অব্দি পারেননি এই মতাদর্শগত সংগ্রাম চালিয়ে যেতে। এটা কঠোর সত্য হলেও এ দায় কেবলমাত্র ব্যক্তি শুভদীপের একার ছিলো না। তাকে মতাদর্শগত সংগ্রামে উত্তীর্ণ করবার দায় ছিল আমাদের সকলের। আমাদের দায় শুধু তাঁকে মৃত্যুর এই করালগ্রাস থেকে উদ্ধার করার মধ্যেই সীমাবদ্ধ ছিল না, হতাশা-নিরাশা-নেশা-আত্মহননের সামাজিক-রাজনৈতিক-মতাদর্শগত দর্শনের বিরুদ্ধে মার্কসবাদ-লেনিনবাদ-মাওবাদের আলোকে বৈজ্ঞানিক দ্বান্দ্বিক বস্তুবাদী দর্শনের মতাদর্শগত বিরোধের জায়গা তুলে ধরে তাঁকে সচেতন করা এবং নিরন্তর মতাদর্শগত সংগ্রাম চালিয়ে যেতে তাঁকে সাহায্য করা ও সেই সংগ্রাম থেকে বিপ্লবী-আশাবাদের ঐক্যে পৌঁছে দেবার দায়িত্ব ছিলো আমাদের সকলের। তাই, আমরাও আমাদের দায় এড়িয়ে যেতে পারি না। | 39 |

গত ৮ই জুন পাকিস্তানের সামরিক বাহিনী পাক-অধিকৃত কাশ্মীরে চলমান বিক্ষুব্ধ গণআন্দোলনের ওপর নৃশংস দমনপীড়ন চালায়। যার ফলে অন্তত ২৭ জন নিহত ও ২০০ জনেরও বেশি মানুষ আহত হন। সম্প্রতি নিষিদ্ধ জয়েন্ট আওয়ামী অ্যাকশন কমিটির (JAAC) ডাকে এই বিক্ষোভ সংগঠিত হয়। খাদ্যদ্রব্যের আকাশছোঁয়া দাম, বিদ্যুতের ক্রমবর্ধমান খরচ, তার সাথে পাল্লা দিয়ে বেড়ে চলা রাষ্ট্রীয় দমনপীড়ন এবং জনগণের সামাজিক, রাজনৈতিক ও অর্থনৈতিক অধিকারের ক্রমাগত বঞ্চনার বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদকে কেন্দ্র করেই এই বিক্ষোভের সূত্রপাত। তাছাড়াও, আন্দোলনকারীরা আসন্ন নির্বাচনে শরণার্থীদের জন্য সংরক্ষিত ১২টি আসন বাতিলেরও দাবি জানিয়েছে। বছরের পর বছর ধরে, JAAC এই সংরক্ষিত আসন ব্যবস্থার বিরোধিতা করে আসছে। তাদের যুক্তি, এই আইন পাক-অধিকৃত কাশ্মীরের জনগণকে প্রকৃত রাজনৈতিক প্রতিনিধিত্ব থেকে বঞ্চিত করছে। এদিকে অঞ্চলের ভূমিপুত্রদের এই আসনগুলিতে প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতা করার সুযোগ নেই। যার ফলে আইনসভার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশই স্থানীয় জনগণের গণতান্ত্রিক নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থেকে যাচ্ছে।
দীর্ঘদিন ধরে সামরিক শক্তির প্রভাবাধীন পাকিস্তানি রাষ্ট্র এই গণতান্ত্রিক দাবিগুলির জবাবে গ্রেপ্তার, নিষেধাজ্ঞা ও সহিংসতার আশ্রয় নিয়েছে। আমরা দেখেছি, ইনকিলাবি কমিউনিস্ট পার্টির সদস্য এবং আওয়ামী অ্যাকশন কমিটি গিলগিট-বালটিস্তানের সভাপতি কমরেড এহসান আলীকে গণআন্দোলন সংগঠিত করার অপরাধে ‘সন্ত্রাসবাদী’ তকমা দিয়ে দীর্ঘদিন জেলে আটক রেখেছিল ফ্যাসিবাদী পাকিস্তান সরকার। কিন্তু তীব্র গণবিক্ষোভের মুখে তাঁকে মুক্ত করতে বাধ্য হয় তারা। চলমান অর্থনৈতিক সংকট বিশ্বজুড়ে জনরোষকে আরও তীব্র করে তুলেছে। নিত্যপণ্যের মূল্যবৃদ্ধি, বেকারত্ব সহ জীবনযাত্রার মানের অধঃপতন সাধারণ মানুষকে চরম সংকটের মুখে এনে ফেলেছে। এদিকে, পাকিস্তান সরকার বেলুচিস্তানের মতো পরিবেশগত সংবেদনশীল অঞ্চলে খনিজ ও জীবাশ্ম জ্বালানি উত্তোলনের লক্ষ্যে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র, পর্তুগাল এবং অন্যান্য দেশের বিভিন্ন সংস্থার সাথে বেশ কিছু চুক্তিপত্র স্বাক্ষর করেছে। এই চুক্তির মাধ্যমে বিপুল পরিমাণে প্রাকৃতিক সম্পদ নামমাত্র মূল্যে বিদেশি পুঁজির হাতে তুলে দেওয়া হচ্ছে। অথচ এর ফলে সৃষ্ট সামাজিক, অর্থনৈতিক ও পরিবেশগত ক্ষতির বোঝা বহন করতে হচ্ছে স্থানীয় জনগণকে। এই সম্পদ লুণ্ঠনের মধ্যস্থতাকারী হিসেবে পাকিস্তান সরকার জনগণের সম্পদগুলি শোষণের পথ প্রশস্ত করছে।
এই সমস্ত প্রকল্প নিছক কোনো অর্থনৈতিক উদ্যোগ নয়; বরং তা বৃহত্তর ভূ-রাজনৈতিক স্বার্থের সাথে যুক্ত। যার ফলে পাক-অধিকৃত কাশ্মীর, বেলুচিস্তান সহ এইসমস্ত অঞ্চলে সাম্রাজ্যবাদী প্রভাব আরও গভীর হবে। যা আবার ওইসব অঞ্চলে সামরিকীকরণের বৃদ্ধি ঘটাবে। দক্ষিণ এশিয়াজুড়ে আরও তীব্র হবে উত্তেজনা। কাশ্মীর বিশ্বের অন্যতম সামরিক অধ্যুষিত অঞ্চল। ভারত-পাকিস্তান বিভাজনের অনেক আগে থেকেই কাশ্মীরের জনগণ স্ব-শাসন ও রাজনৈতিক স্বাধীনতার সংগ্রামে লিপ্ত ছিল। আত্মনিয়ন্ত্রণের এই আকাঙ্ক্ষা সীমান্তের উভয় পাশের রাজনৈতিক জীবনকে আজও প্রভাবিত করে চলেছে। জাতিসংঘের নিরাপত্তা পরিষদের ৪৭ নম্বর প্রস্তাবে এই অঞ্চলের ভবিষ্যৎ নির্ধারণের জন্য একটি গণভোটের আহ্বান জানানো হয়েছে। অন্যদিকে, আন্তর্জাতিক মানবাধিকার সংগঠনগুলি বারবার এই অঞ্চলে সামরিক উপস্থিতি হ্রাস করার ও নাগরিক অধিকারের ধারাবাহিক লঙ্ঘন বন্ধ করার দাবি জানিয়ে আসছে।
অন্যদিকে, ভারত সরকারের ৩৭০ ও ৩৫এ ধারা বাতিলের ফলে জম্মু ও কাশ্মীরে খাতায়কলমের অবশিষ্ট স্বায়ত্তশাসনের অধিকারটুকুও কেড়ে নেওয়া হয়েছে। ৩৫এ ধারাটি অপসারণের ফলে বহিরাগতদের জন্য এই অঞ্চলে জমি কেনার পথ খুলে গেছে। যা কাশ্মীরিদের জন্য পূর্বে সংরক্ষিত ভূমির মালিকানার সুরক্ষাকে শেষ করে দিচ্ছে। এরপর থেকেই শিল্প প্রকল্প, সামরিক পরিকাঠামো ও বসতি সম্প্রসারণের নামে বৃহৎ পরিমাণে ভূমি অধিগ্রহণ চলছে কাশ্মীর ও লাদাখজুড়ে। যার ফলে হাজার হাজার স্থানীয় মানুষ তাদের বাড়িঘর থেকে বাস্তুচ্যুত হয়েছেন। বিজেপি-আরএসএস সরকার এই মুহূর্তটিকে ব্যবহার করে কাশ্মীরের উপর রাজনৈতিক নিয়ন্ত্রণ সুসংহত করছে। পাশাপাশি তারা প্রান্তিক জনগণকে লক্ষ্যবস্তু বানিয়ে তাদের ব্রাহ্মণ্যবাদী হিন্দুত্ব ফ্যাসিবাদের এজেন্ডাকেও আরও বিস্তৃত করছে। সাংবিধানিক সুরক্ষার এই অপসারণ দেশিবিদেশি সংস্থাগুলির কাছে এখানে জমি ও প্রাকৃতিক সম্পদ আহরণকে আরও সহজ করে দিয়েছে। একই সাথে দৈনন্দিন জীবনের উপর নজরদারি ও রাষ্ট্রীয় নিয়ন্ত্রণও বেড়ে চলেছে। | 41 |

| 19 | The aim of the states — India, Pakistan and China — is to control Kashmir and use its natural resources, minerals, and above all, the labor of its people to enrich themselves and their imperialist masters. The occupation of Kashmir is a settler-colonial project. And the primary victims are the Kashmiris, their national identity, and their right to self determination. Their aspirations cannot be silenced through military force, state repression, or economic exploitation. The Revolutionary Students’ Front (RSF) stands in solidarity with the people of Kashmir and supports their democratic right to determine their own future. | 20 | Statement from the Revolutionary Students' Front (RSF) Condemning the Brutal State Repression Unleashed by the Fascist Pakistani State on the Protesting People of Pak-Occupied Kashmir
On 8th June, 2026 the Pakistani military launched a brutal crackdown on a mass protest movement in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, killing at least 27 people and leaving more than 200 people injured. The protests, supported by the recently banned Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC), emerged in response to soaring flour prices, rising electricity costs, growing state repression, and the continued denial of social, political, and economic rights. Protesters have also demanded the abolition of the 12 reserved seats for refugees in the upcoming elections. For years, the JAAC has opposed this system of reserved seats, arguing that it deprives the people of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir of genuine political representation. Residents of the region are barred from contesting these seats, ensuring that key sections of the legislature remain beyond the democratic control of the local population.
The Pakistani state, long dominated by military influence, has responded to these democratic demands with arrests, bans, and violence. We have seen that Comrade Ehsan Ali, a member of the Inquilabi Communist Party and the Chairman of the Awami Action Committee Gilgit-Baltistan, was labeled 'terrorist’ for organizing mass movement and detained in jail for a long period by the fascist Pakistani government. But they were forced to release him after the intense public protests. The ongoing economic crisis has only intensified public anger across the world. Rising prices, unemployment and worsening living conditions have pushed ordinary people into struggle. At the same time, the Pakistani government has signed a series of Memorandums of Understanding with corporations from the United States, Portugal, and other countries for the extraction of minerals and fossil fuels in ecologically sensitive regions such as Balochistan. These agreements hand over vast natural wealth to foreign capital at throwaway prices while local communities bear the social, economic and environmental costs. Acting as intermediaries for this plunder, the Pakistani authorities are facilitating the exploitation of resources that belong to the people.
These projects are not merely economic ventures. They are tied to broader geopolitical interests and could further deepen imperialist influence in the PoK, Balochistan and other regions, increasing militarisation and sharpening tensions across South Asia. Kashmir remains one of the most heavily militarised regions in the world. Long before the partition of India and Pakistan, the people of Kashmir were engaged in struggles for self-government and political freedom. The aspiration for self-determination continues to shape political life on both sides of the border. United Nations Security Council Resolution 47 called for a plebiscite to determine the future of the region, while international human rights organisations have repeatedly demanded a reduction in military presence and an end to systematic violations of civil liberties.
On the other side, the Indian government's abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A stripped away the limited autonomy that remained in Jammu and Kashmir. The removal of Article 35A opened the door for non-residents to purchase land in the region, ending protections that had previously reserved land ownership for Kashmiris. Since then, large-scale land acquisitions for industrial projects, military infrastructure, and settlement expansion are ongoing in Kashmir and Ladakh. These have displaced thousands of local people from their lands and homes. The BJP-RSS regime has used this moment to deepen its project of Brahminical Hindutva Fascism, targeting marginalised communities while consolidating political control over Kashmir. The erosion of constitutional safeguards has also made it easier for Indian and foreign corporations to access land and natural resources, while expanding surveillance and state control over everyday life. | 41 |
