የሐኪሟ ማስተወሻ “የልጇን ጾታ ለማወቅ መጣች፤ ነገር ግን  የምርመራው ውጤት ሌላ …” ወይንሸት የ28 ዓመት ወጣት እናት ናት፡፡( ስሟዋ የተቀየረ)፡፡አዲስ ዓመት ሊመጣ ጥቂት ቀናት ሲቀሩት ወደ ኢንዶስኮፒ የምርመራ ክፍላችን መጣች፡፡  በጊዜው የእርግዝናዋ ጊዜ ስድስት ወር  ደርሶ ነበር፡፡ የመጀመሪያዋ እርግዝና በመሆኑ ሕጻኑን ከባሏ ጋር በናፍቆት  እየጠበቁ እንደሆነ ስትናገር በደስታ ነው፡፡ ወይንሸት መስከረም ሲጠባ በአዲሱ ዐመት ልጇን መታቀፍ  በሕይወትዋ ትልቁ ደስታዋ እንደሆነ  ለሀኪሟ ስተስረዳ እየተፍነከነከች ነበር፡፡ ወደ አልትራ ሳውንድ ከሊኒክ የመጣችውም የልጇን ጾታ ለማወቅ ብቻ ነበር፡፡ ሰብ ስፔሻሊስት ሐኪሟ ግን በአልትራ ሳውንድ ምርመራ ወቅት ሌላ የጤና ችግር ተመለከተች፡፡ ይህ ምርመራ ወይንሸት ያልጠበቀችውን የምርመራ ውጤት አረዳት፡፡ ሐኪሟ በምርመራው ወቅት ፅንሱ የአእምሮ እድገት ከባድ ችግር እንዳለበት የሚያመለክቱ ምልክቶችን በአናቶሚ የፅንስ አፈጣጠር  አልትራ ሳውንድ ምርመራ ወቅት  ተመለከተች፡፡  ይህም በእንግሊዘኛ Anencephaly ይባላል፡፡ ይህም  የፅንሱ የራስ ቅል ክፍሎች በተገቢው መንገድ ተሰናስለው  ያልተፈጠሩበት ከባድ የወሊድ እክል ማለት ነው፡፡በመጨረሻ የወ/ሮ ወይንሸት  ጽንስዋ ቢቋረጥም የምክር አገልግሎት ተሠጥቷት ወደ ቤቷ ተሰኝታለች፡፡ ይህ ህመም  በተገቢው መንገድ አልትራሳውንድ ምርመራ ከተደረገ  ከ11-14 ወራት ሊታወቅ ይችላል፡፡ በእርግዝና ወቅት ነፍሰ ጡር እናቶች  መቼ መመርመር እንዳለባቸው ማወቅ አስፈላጊ ነው፤ ቀደም ብሎ ማወቅ ደግሞ በጊዜው ምክር እንዲሰጥ፣ በቂ መረጃ ላይ የተመሠረተ ውሳኔ እንዲወሰን እና ርህራሄ የተሞላበት እንክብካቤ እንዲደረግ ያስችላል። ወሮ ወይንሸት የልጇን ጾታ ለማወቅ በታላቅ ጉጉት ወደሕክምና ተቋም ሄዳ ያላሰበችው ነገር ገጠማት፡፡ ይህም   ደስታዋን ወደ ሐዘን ቀየረባት፡፡ ከአልትራሳውንድ ምስል ጀርባ የአንድ እናትና የልጇ ታሪክ  ተሰንዶ እንደመጽሐፍ እንደሚነበብ   ምንግዜም መረዳት አለብን፡፡ ነፍሰጡር  እናቶች የሐኪም ክትትልና ምክርን ሁልጊዜ ተግባራዊ ማድረግ  ያስፈልጋቸዋል፡፡  ከዶር አብነት ጋዲሳ ማስታወሻ ዶር አብነት ጋዲሳ የማህጸንና ጽንስ ሕክምና ሰብ ስፔሻሊስት  ናቸው፡፡ ( በእንግሊዘኛ ከጻፉት የተተረጎመ)

Advancing Complex Cardiac Care at SPHMMC! A major milestone for the SPHMMC Cardiology Division — 14 complex coronary interventions successfully performed, including bifurcation, trifurcation, and CTO (Chronic Total Occlusion) procedures. We are grateful to Professor Tayo A. Addo, Interventional Cardiologist and Program Director of Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center, for his expert mentorship and hands-on support. Professor Tayo also generously supported our Cath Lab with 40 stents, 40 balloons, guidewires, and guiding catheters, strengthening our capacity to provide advanced cardiac care.
