- Saudi forces carried out a deadly attack on housing for workers at a cement factory in Hamdan district, Sana’a Governorate, killing and wounding 23 people.
- Saudi warplanes carried out four strikes against residential areas of Al-Turbah in Al-Shamaytayn district, Taiz Governorate. Another report stated that Saudi aircraft carried out four strikes on Al-Turbah city in Taiz.

- A drill launch occurred near Al-Mahdi base in Urmia, West Azerbaijan Province.

- The Revolutionary Komala Party of Iranian Kurdistan said one of its headquarters in the Alana Valley in Erbil province was targeted at around 10:00 p.m. by a Shahed-type explosive drone. The attack caused no casualties and resulted only in material damage.
- Iraqi officials suspect that israel carried out airstrikes targeting two warehouses containing Chinese-made air-defence systems recently transferred from Iran to Iran-backed armed groups. The strikes destroyed a large shipment. The attacks came shortly after the weapons arrived and followed a series of explosions targeting militia weapons depots around Baghdad since October 1, including facilities containing attack and reconnaissance drones.
- Suicide drones entered Erbil airspace and flew over the Soran district. Drones struck the Komalah Party headquarters in the Alana Valley in Erbil. An explosion was reported in Erbil, while the sound of a Shahed drone was heard over the city. A camp belonging to separatist forces northeast of Erbil was also targeted.
- Shahed-136 UAVs struck a target in the Alana Valley, southwest of Soran in Erbil Governorate. Additional Shahed-136 UAVs flew over Soran. The meeting also stressed maximising the use of modern technologies in key areas, particularly monitoring the proper implementation of laws, conducting regular inspections, and supporting the effective management of organisations and institutions. Further priorities included addressing criminal offences resulting from failures to perform official duties, planning and pursuing a decisive fight against crime, eliminating the conditions that enable violations in cooperation with the relevant authorities, and rigorously pursuing compensation for the material and moral damages arising from crimes committed by American-Zionist criminals.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mohseni Ejei presented a report on the judiciary’s plans for its new term. These included updating the judicial transformation document and accelerating the digitalisation and intelligent automation of judicial processes to save time in proceedings, reduce costs, improve the soundness of rulings, and enhance the integrity of judiciary personnel.

In response to the Saudi aggression against our country, which carried out 100 airstrikes over the past 24 hours, targeting civilian sites in the capital Sana’a and the free governorates and leaving dozens dead and wounded, bringing the total number of its aggressive airstrikes and missile attacks against our country since the escalation began to 3,123, the Yemeni Armed Forces, with the help of Allah Almighty, carried out seven specific military operations using a number of ballistic missiles and drones.
- First operation: Targeted King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi enemy’s capital, Riyadh, in two phases. The strikes reportedly hit their targets accurately, by the grace of Allah.
- Second operation: Targeted Aramco’s facilities in Yanbu. The strike reportedly hit its target accurately, by the grace of Allah.
- Third operation: Targeted the Rabigh oil refinery and reportedly achieved its objective successfully.
- Fourth operation: Targeted crude oil pumping stations and the crude oil pipeline transporting oil from east to west. The operation reportedly achieved its objective successfully, by the grace of Allah.
- Fifth operation: Targeted King Fahd International Airport in Dammam. The strike reportedly hit its target accurately, by the grace of Allah, and led to the disruption of air traffic at the airport.

In light of the complex circumstances facing the country and the region, and the continued crimes being committed by the Zionist-American enemy against the people of our Ummah, we emphasize the following:
First: The American enemy continues to violate Iraqi sovereignty and evade its declared commitments to the government. A total of 171 documented airspace violations carried out by combat and reconnaissance aircraft were recorded during the period from September 30 to October 23 of this year. This constitutes an explicit violation of the agreements concluded and the obligations arising from them, as well as a clear breach of the duties they impose on all parties. This places the government under a moral obligation to inform the Iraqi people frankly about the reality of what is taking place.
Second: The decisions to close airports and border crossings with the Islamic Republic of Iran are subject to American will and dictates. Speaking of completing “national sovereignty” while violations continue and the national decision is being undermined has become an affront to the dignity and free will of our people. How can one speak of the sovereignty of a state whose decisions are constrained from abroad, in a manner that entrenches America’s dominance and strengthens its influence at the expense of an independent national decision?
Third: Standing with the front of truth in confronting the forces of evil is a duty imposed by sound human nature. The aggression faced by the Islamic Republic from the Zionist-American camp represents the reality of a war between the camps of truth and falsehood.

The Saudi warplanes carried out 124 airstrikes and missile attacks over the past 24 hours, targeting civilian sites in the capital Sana’a and the governorates of Taiz, Lahj, Saada, Hajjah, Hodeidah, Amran, and Al-Jawf. The attacks were carried out by F-15 aircraft that took off from Khamis Mushait Air Base, along with missile attacks launched from Najran, resulting in deaths and injuries, including among women and children.
The total number of Saudi aggression airstrikes and missile attacks since the escalation against our country began has reached 3,024.
At 7:00 p.m., the Yemeni Armed Forces announced a number of specific military operations deep inside Saudi territory.
Our armed forces, by the grace of Allah, targeted the Saudi enemy’s troop concentrations at what is known as Al-Nasr Camp and the naval military base in Aden. These forces were being assembled and prepared under the supervision of Saudi officers, led by Saudi Brigadier General Badr Salah al-Harbi, with the aim of attacking the Yemeni people and their armed forces.
We reiterate our warning to those who have been deceived not to respond to the Saudi enemy’s efforts to mobilize them with its tainted money and send them to their deaths fighting their own countrymen in pursuit of its malicious ambitions against our beloved country.
