My repeated and emphatic recommendation to the rulers of Islamic countries, especially those in West Asia and along the Persian Gulf, is this: recognize your real enemy, understand its plans, and confront them. The remedy for the problems facing the Muslim Ummah is unity, friendship, and cooperation in righteousness and goodness. The criminal rulers of the United States and the illegitimate Zionist regime are sworn enemies of this unity and friendship. They are not only enemies of the Islamic Republic, the Iranian nation, and the great Resistance Front, but enemies of the entire Muslim Ummah, including the peoples of West Asia and North Africa. Even the rulers of many of these countries, despite cooperating with them, are not exempt from this hostility, as evidenced by the public insults and degrading language used by leaders of global arrogance against some heads of Islamic states.
The first lesson of Islam regarding relations with enemies and friends is unity and avoiding internal conflict. The second lesson is defending one another against disbelief and oppression. The third lesson is cooperation and mutual strengthening in every aspect of the material and spiritual life of Muslims, including wealth, security, knowledge, and progress. The ultimate destination of this path is the establishment of a new Islamic civilization.
Therefore, unity among Muslims is the cornerstone for achieving a dignified and victorious Islamic civilization. This intellectual and conceptual vision, which represents our aspiration for the Muslim world, has to a considerable extent been realized in dear Iran. Once again, my recommendation to every member of the Iranian nation is that they should never allow any division to emerge among themselves.
In conclusion, I hope that through the intercession of the Noble Messenger and his purified family (peace and blessings be upon them), the mercy and blessings of Allah will encompass Islamic societies, and that Muslims will continue, day after day, to ascend the path of progress, dignity, and honor by acting upon the commands of Allah.

Soon after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, through the initiative of the founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini (may Allah sanctify his soul), Unity Week was officially established.
By the grace of Almighty Allah, unity among the Muslim people has become a successful example within the nation of Iran, and the conspiracies of the enemies have not succeeded in significantly undermining it.

“Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are firm against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves.”
I congratulate the noble people of Iran and the great Muslim Ummah on the blessed birth anniversaries of the Greatest Light, the Noblest of Creation, the Radiant Lamp, Allah’s Chosen One, the City of Knowledge, the Mercy to the Worlds, the Noble Messenger of Islam, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and his pure and noble descendant, the Divine Proof, Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him).
From the moment the sun of the Seal of the Prophets rose over Makkah al-Mukarramah, the horizon of humanity’s happiness, which lies in perfect servitude and obedience to Almighty Allah, was illuminated with a new brilliance. The spirits of the prophets, the angels, and the heavenly beings rejoiced, while the devils among mankind and jinn bit their fingers in anger, regret, and grief.
For the greatest of Allah’s creation had entered this earthly world, and would soon be clothed with Prophethood and the Final Message, carrying the Great Qur’an and the mission of guiding humanity in every aspect of life, leading the great caravan of mankind toward servitude to Allah and spiritual perfection.
The life of the Prophet and his infallible successors is entirely a lesson in guidance and worship, knowledge and love, faith and jihad, life and noble character in both individual and social affairs, trustworthiness and truthfulness, dignity and honor, knowledge and action, mercy and firmness, justice and equity, and unity and brotherhood. The more these lessons are learned and practiced, the closer humanity comes to the peaks of prosperity and true happiness.
We believe that the purified soul of the Prophet of Mercy, as well as the pure souls of his successors and Divine Proofs, constantly watch over, guide, and care for the Muslims and the Islamic community. When the children of this compassionate and noble father commit mistakes, it grieves them, and when Muslims act upon his teachings and commands, it brings joy to their blessed hearts.
Today, after passing through difficult and turbulent eras and countless ups and downs since the earliest days of Islam, Islam and its followers have reached a decisive and historic stage. Muslims today have the opportunity to play a profoundly influential and history-making role.
Today is a day when the prospect of the ultimate triumph of truth over falsehood, and Islam over disbelief, is closer to reality than at any previous period in history.
The first condition for achieving this is the unity of Muslims.
The unity of Muslims in the face of global disbelief is a Qur’anic strategy and a fundamental teaching of pure Muhammadan Islam. It is not a superficial or temporary issue. Unity means that, at the level of Muslim societies, the common principles shared by all Muslims become the central foundation.
At the same time, through reasoned dialogue and while fully preserving the principles of brotherhood and companionship, and in accordance with Qur’anic teachings, efforts should be made peacefully and sincerely to transform points of disagreement into points of common understanding.
What is certain is that Muslims must make the Qur’anic principle, “Firm against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves,” the foundation of their thinking, speech, and actions in confronting global disbelief. This is how Islamic unity is achieved.
Whenever either part of this divine command disappears from the practical lives of Muslims, they too will lose the position of honor they rightfully possessed in the civilization of Islam. This is an unchanging principle.

17th Rabi al-Awwal (1): Congratulations on the blessed birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). May Allah accept our prayers, increase us in guidance through his noble example, and shower blessings upon his noble parents — Abdullah ibn Abd al-Muttalib (a) and Amina bint Wahb (a)— his revered grandfather Abd al-Muttalib (a), and his noble grandmothers Fatimah bint Amr (r) (paternal) and Barrah bint Abd al-Uzza (r) (maternal). May their memory remain honored in the light of his blessed birth.

1. Regarding the date of the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) birth, there are two main views and a few secondary ones. We will review each, along with the evidence found in the sources and the scholars who held these views:
A — 12th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal
This view is famous among Sunnis, and perhaps the earliest explicit statement is from Ibn Ishaq, whose opinions on many aspects of the Prophet’s biography became authoritative. Ibn Ishaq wrote:
“The Messenger of God (peace be upon him and his family) was born on a Monday, twelve nights having passed of the month of Rabi‘ al-Awwal, in the Year of the Elephant.”
Among the Shi‘a, al-Kulayni (d. 329/941) held this view. Other reports supporting this also appear in some Shi‘i works. In al-Ithbāt al-Wasiyya (attributed to al-Mas‘udi), the Prophet’s birth is given first as 2nd of Rabi‘ al-Awwal, but then corrected to Friday, the 12th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal, which the author deems more accurate. In Zīj Mufrad by Abu Ja‘far Muhammad ibn Ayyub al-Tabari al-Shi‘i (fl. late 5th century AH), the Prophet’s birth is also placed on the 12th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal.
Thus, al-Majlisi’s statement that the belief in the 12th originated only with al-Kulayni is not accurate, since other Shi‘i sources also preserve reports supporting it.
For example, Abān b. ‘Uthmān al-Ahmar (d. c. 170 AH) transmits a report about the Prophet’s birth that explicitly states it occurred on the 12th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal, Monday. Likewise, Bihār al-Anwār cites Mawālīd al-A’immah (sometimes attributed to Jahzami) which mentions both the 17th and the 12th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal as possible dates. This shows that already in the 2nd–3rd centuries AH, reports for the 12th were circulating among Shi‘a.
Ibn Tāwūs also records that in Kitāb al-Ta‘rīf li’l-Mawlid al-Sharīf, several opinions are given, including that the 12th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal was the Prophet’s birthdate, and that fasting on that day was recommended “as an act of precaution.” He further notes that in Persian Shi‘i communities, it was considered recommended to pray two rak‘ahs on the 12th, with Sūrat al-Kāfirūn in the first rak‘ah and Sūrat al-Tawhīd in the second. This indicates that some Shi‘a communities, especially in Iran, followed the 12th as the date of the Prophet’s birth.
B — 17th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal
This view became widespread among Shi‘a, with the earliest explicit endorsement preserved in the works of al-Shaykh al-Mufīd (d. 413/1022), particularly in Masār al-Shī‘a. He wrote:
“On the 17th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal, at dawn on a Friday in the Year of the Elephant, was the birth of our master, the Messenger of God (peace be upon him and his family). It is a noble, blessed day. From ancient times, the righteous among the family of Muhammad (peace be upon them) have honored this day, recognized its sanctity, and fasted voluntarily upon it. It is reported from the Imams of guidance that whoever fasts on the 17th of Rabi‘ al-Awwal will have the reward of fasting a whole year. Charity, visiting sacred shrines, and acts of devotion are also recommended on this day.”
Ibn Tāwūs transmits this same wording from al-Mufīd’s works. Other Shi‘i scholars, such as al-Karajkī in Kanz al-Fawā’id and al-Shaykh al-Ṭūsī (d. 460/1067) in Miṣbāḥ al-Mutahajjid and other works, also affirm the 17th as the birthdate, repeating the same report and emphasizing the great merit of fasting that day.

🇱🇧 Lebanon
According to the page of Martyr Journalist Ali Shuaib, southern Lebanon witnessed another day of widespread israeli attacks involving airstrikes, drone strikes, artillery shelling, phosphorus attacks, helicopter sweeping, machine gun fire, explosions, arson, and ground incursions.
Airstrikes targeted Al-Mansouri, Wadi Al-Hujeir, the outskirts of Zawtar Al-Gharbiyah, the Ali Al-Taher area, and Douhat Kafr Rumman. Drone strikes were reported on the outskirts of Al-Maslakh neighborhood in Nabatieh Al-Fawqa.
Artillery shelling struck Ali Al-Taher, Dawhat Kfar Rumman, Wadi Al-Salouqi, Houla, Al-Mansouri, the outskirts of Haris, Yater, Baraashit, Qabrikha, Al-Hibbariyeh Heights, and the area between Hadatha and Haris.
Israeli forces also carried out helicopter sweeping toward Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah and Toulin, machine gun sweeping across Hadatha, Houla, Sarbin, Toulin, and Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah, while explosions were reported in Markaba, Houla, Tlousa, Al-Mansouri, Buyut Al-Siyyad, Ayta Al-Jabal, and Hadatha.
Ground forces reportedly infiltrated the eastern neighborhood of Kfarshouba, entered an under-construction house, and raised an israeli flag inside it while machine gun fire covered the surrounding area. Reports also said Merkava tanks shelled Al-Mansouri, phosphorus bombs were dropped on the Ali Al-Taher forest, fires were set in Houla, Beit Yahoun, and Kfarshouba, and israeli military vehicles continued moving across Al-Mansouri, Majdal Zoun, Buyut Al-Siyyad, and Hadatha.
Later updates reported artillery shelling along the Western Zawtar River, new explosions in Houla and between Al-Mansouri and Buyut Al-Siyyad, and continued machine gun fire toward Sirbin.

Finnish public broadcaster Yle reported that Finland quietly extended its defense-industry cooperation agreement with Israel until 2034.

Commander-in-Chief of the Army Major General Amir Hatami said Iran’s armed forces successfully prevented the enemy from achieving its objectives during the war.
Speaking at the Congress of the 3,785 Martyred Army Soldiers in Gilan Province, Hatami said the enemy attempted to destroy Iran’s missile and drone capabilities, but Iran’s missiles and drones continued to strike enemy targets with full intensity until the final moments of the conflict. He added that in defensive warfare, preventing the aggressor from achieving its objectives constitutes victory.
Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said Iran’s understanding with Oman regarding the Strait of Hormuz will only be implemented after the American regime fulfills its commitments under the Memorandum of Understanding.
Gharibabadi said Iran is not rushing to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and will continue defensive measures while monitoring all military movements in the waterway. He added that any vessel passing through the strait will do so only with the coordination and permission of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He also confirmed that recent contacts with Qatar and Pakistan took place within the framework of mediation efforts to examine whether the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding could return to implementation.

The Yemeni Armed Forces launched missile and drone strikes against Saudi-backed mercenary strongholds in Al-Dhale.
Separately, israeli broadcaster Kan reported, citing an anti-Ansarallah Yemeni source, that Saudi Arabia had attempted to persuade the American regime to lead a new military campaign against Ansarallah, but Washington rejected the request.
According to the report, Mohammed bin Salman asked the commander of U.S. CENTCOM for the American regime itself to lead the military campaign against Yemen.
- Iran’s Agriculture Minister said reforms in the agricultural sector, support for domestic production, investment facilitation, and market management have strengthened the country’s food security.
According to the minister, greenhouse cultivation has increased by 18%, rice production by 10%, agricultural insurance coverage by 36%, and seafood exports by 17% over the past two years.
- The Commander of the Law Enforcement Command (FARAJA) called for accelerating the reconstruction and modernization of police infrastructure damaged during recent events.
He said rebuilding damaged facilities and upgrading technical standards demonstrates the resilience and operational readiness of Iran’s police while ensuring uninterrupted public service.
- Goldman Sachs reported that Persian Gulf oil exports have recovered to approximately 15 to 16 million barrels per day, around two-thirds of pre-war levels, as tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has increased.
Analysts said the recovery in maritime traffic and increased ship-to-ship transfers have helped oil prices fall to around $89 per barrel from more than $120 during the height of the conflict.

As we live these days celebrating the fragrant anniversary of the birth of the Greatest Messenger, Muhammad (S), whose light dispelled darkness and under whose guidance the banners of truth and justice were raised, we recall his blessed biography and great morals to help us face challenges and mend the rifts in our nation. In this context, we address a series of current issues, as follows:
• First: Strange in the criminal incident that occurred in the Al-Dora area—which resulted in the martyrdom of two members of the security forces and the injury of others—is the absolute silence from the channels of sedition (fitna) and their attempt to justify the crime. Here, we draw the attention of our people to the fact that the group involved in this crime belongs to the very same faction that mastered identity-based killings, car bombings, suffocating the capital and besieging it, blocking roads, and displacement in the areas of Al-Mada'in, Al-Youssifiya, Al-Dora, Al-Bou Aitha, Al-Khannasa, and Al-Ja'ara. We were blamed whenever we confronted them and their malicious conspiracies in defense of our people.
• Second: Based on the Almighty's saying: “And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge,” we emphasize that calling unto God does not happen by insulting others and disrespecting their symbols, but rather by demonstrating the virtues of those we believe in. Although some people have become saturated with hostility toward the Messenger of God and his family (peace be upon them), reaching the point of prioritizing others over the status of the Prophet and his family, our firm approach remains to be an honor to the family of Muhammad, peace of God be upon them all.
• Third: Regarding the City of Victory (Madinat Al-Nasr), which has been talked about a lot recently, we emphasize that we continue to arrange security issues in coordination with the respected Governor of Babil, Mr. Ali Turki Al-Jamali. There is no cause for concern regarding the situation in the region as long as a vein in us pulses. Here, we renew our invitation to Mr. Khamis Al-Khanjar to visit the City of Victory to congratulate its people on the new name and new state, and join us in praying the tribal prayer (Qasr and Jam'). We will fulfill the duties of hospitality toward him to the fullest extent—and you know the generosity of the (Al-Bu Aasaf) tribe. We are also prepared to pay for his travel tickets and protection (two-way) from and to Doha or Istanbul. So, welcome.
• Fourth: After obtaining permission to publish from Haj Faleh Al-Fayyadh (may God strengthen him), we confirm—and God is witness to this—that he informed the leadership in Kata'ib Hezbollah about the brutal Saudi-American bombardment before it occurred, and the necessary precautionary measures were taken at that time. It appears that the information available to the brothers in the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) was incomplete, as it indicated that the aggression would target Kata'ib Hezbollah specifically, or the dear brothers in the Islamic Resistance factions considered as targets for escalation. Accordingly, we demand an end to bickering and attempts to undermine leaders, out of respect for their history and out of reverence for the martyrs and honorable fighters of the PMF. In addition, an end must be put to rivalries, leaving aside the conflict over positions in this fleeting worldly life, for no one will take their position with them: “The Day when neither wealth nor children will avail, but only he who comes to Allah with a sound heart.” And the final outcome belongs to the righteous.

Statement of position regarding the file of the Islamic Resistance movement Kataib Sayyid Al-Shuhada's weapons, so that Iraq may be master of itself.
At a time when we remember the righteous martyrs who watered the pure soil of the homeland with their blood in defense of religion and the sect, preserving dignity and honor, safeguarding sovereignty and principles, and consolidating the pillars of the state, we place before our proud Iraqi people our position on the Resistance’s weapons file taking into consideration, with keen awareness and comprehensive vision, the supreme interest of the country, the dangers surrounding it, and the rapid events around it.
Fundamentally, in the literature of the Resistance, the state is the power and pride of religion and the sect. As for the Resistance and all other armed forces, whether official or those representing a culture produced by challenges, they are supporting elements to defend ideological and national existence. Hence, carrying weapons to face dangers is not a luxury decision without justification, but rather the result of circumstances and requirements imposed by realistic challenges. If these justifications cease to exist, the need for them stops, and they may return whenever necessity dictates; no force in existence can prevent it then.
From this standpoint, we declare our engagement with the approach toward regulating weapons, contingent upon the implementation of the following ten conditions:
• First: The complete withdrawal of the American occupation from Iraq by land, sea, and air, ending its presence under any name, and preventing the use of Iraqi airspace as a launching pad to target any other country, especially neighboring countries.
• Second: Passing the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) law in a manner that guarantees the rights of its fighters, martyrs, and wounded, preserves their dignity, organizes their work, and equips them with material and numerical capabilities.
• Third: Imposing full sovereignty of the federal security forces over every inch of Iraqi territory, from its farthest north to its farthest south, by land, sea, and air.
• Fourth: Imposing state sovereignty over Iraq's skies by strengthening its air defenses with advanced systems operating strictly under an Iraqi decision, to confront any attack targeting its sovereignty, regardless of its source.
• Fifth: The complete and final expulsion of PKK fighters from Iraqi territory, to eliminate justifications for Turkish attacks on Iraqi land.
• Sixth: The removal of Turkish soldiers deployed in northern Iraq and their withdrawal from Iraqi territory to within Turkish borders.
• Seventh: Control of the Iraqi borders in the Kurdistan Region by the Iraqi Army, considering this an exclusive and sovereign task of the army, and establishing control over all border crossings and their administration by the federal government.
• Eighth: The expulsion of Iranian opposition groups from their deployment points in northern Iraq so that Iraqi land does not serve as a launching point for ground attacks on neighboring countries.
• Ninth: Working to liberate financial and economic decision-making in Iraq from American hegemony, fulfilling the principle of making Iraq "master of itself," which has long been called for by the supreme religious authority and the proud, honorable people of Iraq.
• Tenth: Working to liberate political decision-making in Iraq from American abduction, ending the heresy of the Special Envoy for the American Occupation in Iraq, and stopping the American Embassy's interference in internal affairs.

- Washington has called for the forces affiliated with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) to be unified under the Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs.
- U.S. financial support for the Peshmerga, under a 2014 agreement, included training and arming the forces.
