Tehran Prosecutor: Following the completion of preliminary investigations and the review of domestic and international evidence and documentation, the indictment in the case of the terrorist act that led to the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader of Islamic Ummah Imam Sayyid Ali Husayni Khamenei and four members of his family has been issued and sent to court for trial and verdict.
In this case, all perpetrators of this crime were prosecuted; one of the most prominent charges attributed in this indictment is specified as participation in "Corruption on Earth" (Efsad-e Fel-Arz) through committing a terrorist act resulting in the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader and four members of his esteemed family.
Regarding the case of the terrorist act that led to the martyrdom of the students at the Shajareh Tayyibah School in Minab, the indictment was also issued following the completion of preliminary investigations and the review of domestic and international evidence and documentation.

As we live these days celebrating the fragrant anniversary of the birth of the Greatest Messenger, Muhammad (S), whose light dispelled darkness and under whose guidance the banners of truth and justice were raised, we recall his blessed biography and great morals to help us face challenges and mend the rifts in our nation. In this context, we address a series of current issues, as follows:
• First: Strange in the criminal incident that occurred in the Al-Dora area—which resulted in the martyrdom of two members of the security forces and the injury of others—is the absolute silence from the channels of sedition (fitna) and their attempt to justify the crime. Here, we draw the attention of our people to the fact that the group involved in this crime belongs to the very same faction that mastered identity-based killings, car bombings, suffocating the capital and besieging it, blocking roads, and displacement in the areas of Al-Mada'in, Al-Youssifiya, Al-Dora, Al-Bou Aitha, Al-Khannasa, and Al-Ja'ara. We were blamed whenever we confronted them and their malicious conspiracies in defense of our people.
• Second: Based on the Almighty's saying: “And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge,” we emphasize that calling unto God does not happen by insulting others and disrespecting their symbols, but rather by demonstrating the virtues of those we believe in. Although some people have become saturated with hostility toward the Messenger of God and his family (peace be upon them), reaching the point of prioritizing others over the status of the Prophet and his family, our firm approach remains to be an honor to the family of Muhammad, peace of God be upon them all.
• Third: Regarding the City of Victory (Madinat Al-Nasr), which has been talked about a lot recently, we emphasize that we continue to arrange security issues in coordination with the respected Governor of Babil, Mr. Ali Turki Al-Jamali. There is no cause for concern regarding the situation in the region as long as a vein in us pulses. Here, we renew our invitation to Mr. Khamis Al-Khanjar to visit the City of Victory to congratulate its people on the new name and new state, and join us in praying the tribal prayer (Qasr and Jam'). We will fulfill the duties of hospitality toward him to the fullest extent—and you know the generosity of the (Al-Bu Aasaf) tribe. We are also prepared to pay for his travel tickets and protection (two-way) from and to Doha or Istanbul. So, welcome.
• Fourth: After obtaining permission to publish from Haj Faleh Al-Fayyadh (may God strengthen him), we confirm—and God is witness to this—that he informed the leadership in Kata'ib Hezbollah about the brutal Saudi-American bombardment before it occurred, and the necessary precautionary measures were taken at that time. It appears that the information available to the brothers in the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) was incomplete, as it indicated that the aggression would target Kata'ib Hezbollah specifically, or the dear brothers in the Islamic Resistance factions considered as targets for escalation. Accordingly, we demand an end to bickering and attempts to undermine leaders, out of respect for their history and out of reverence for the martyrs and honorable fighters of the PMF. In addition, an end must be put to rivalries, leaving aside the conflict over positions in this fleeting worldly life, for no one will take their position with them: “The Day when neither wealth nor children will avail, but only he who comes to Allah with a sound heart.” And the final outcome belongs to the righteous.

Statement of position regarding the file of the Islamic Resistance movement Kataib Sayyid Al-Shuhada's weapons, so that Iraq may be master of itself.
At a time when we remember the righteous martyrs who watered the pure soil of the homeland with their blood in defense of religion and the sect, preserving dignity and honor, safeguarding sovereignty and principles, and consolidating the pillars of the state, we place before our proud Iraqi people our position on the Resistance’s weapons file taking into consideration, with keen awareness and comprehensive vision, the supreme interest of the country, the dangers surrounding it, and the rapid events around it.
Fundamentally, in the literature of the Resistance, the state is the power and pride of religion and the sect. As for the Resistance and all other armed forces, whether official or those representing a culture produced by challenges, they are supporting elements to defend ideological and national existence. Hence, carrying weapons to face dangers is not a luxury decision without justification, but rather the result of circumstances and requirements imposed by realistic challenges. If these justifications cease to exist, the need for them stops, and they may return whenever necessity dictates; no force in existence can prevent it then.
From this standpoint, we declare our engagement with the approach toward regulating weapons, contingent upon the implementation of the following ten conditions:
• First: The complete withdrawal of the American occupation from Iraq by land, sea, and air, ending its presence under any name, and preventing the use of Iraqi airspace as a launching pad to target any other country, especially neighboring countries.
• Second: Passing the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) law in a manner that guarantees the rights of its fighters, martyrs, and wounded, preserves their dignity, organizes their work, and equips them with material and numerical capabilities.
• Third: Imposing full sovereignty of the federal security forces over every inch of Iraqi territory, from its farthest north to its farthest south, by land, sea, and air.
• Fourth: Imposing state sovereignty over Iraq's skies by strengthening its air defenses with advanced systems operating strictly under an Iraqi decision, to confront any attack targeting its sovereignty, regardless of its source.
• Fifth: The complete and final expulsion of PKK fighters from Iraqi territory, to eliminate justifications for Turkish attacks on Iraqi land.
• Sixth: The removal of Turkish soldiers deployed in northern Iraq and their withdrawal from Iraqi territory to within Turkish borders.
• Seventh: Control of the Iraqi borders in the Kurdistan Region by the Iraqi Army, considering this an exclusive and sovereign task of the army, and establishing control over all border crossings and their administration by the federal government.
• Eighth: The expulsion of Iranian opposition groups from their deployment points in northern Iraq so that Iraqi land does not serve as a launching point for ground attacks on neighboring countries.
• Ninth: Working to liberate financial and economic decision-making in Iraq from American hegemony, fulfilling the principle of making Iraq "master of itself," which has long been called for by the supreme religious authority and the proud, honorable people of Iraq.
• Tenth: Working to liberate political decision-making in Iraq from American abduction, ending the heresy of the Special Envoy for the American Occupation in Iraq, and stopping the American Embassy's interference in internal affairs.

The message from the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Mujtaba Khamenei, was a clear warning to both reformists and neo-conservatives who attempt to manufacture divisions within society by labeling certain groups as extremists or warmongers, and by portraying the country as being forced to choose between war and negotiations.
Such narratives only deepen internal polarization and serve agendas that weaken national unity during a sensitive period.
We hope the think tank addresses the issue of political labeling and the deliberate creation of these false divisions, and takes serious steps to put an end to such destructive practices that undermine unity and the country’s core values.
One must understand the difference between constructive criticism by an individual and destructive statements made by an official. These are not the same. An individual expressing criticism is different from an official whose words shape narratives, influence policy, and affect the country’s political direction.
Another issue is the engagement of officials and, very often, their volunteers and supporters, who immediately come out to target the public by accusing them of “breaking unity” whenever criticism is raised. It cannot be denied that both individuals and officials can play a destructive role, but the government side needs to learn this lesson first because the responsibility of an official is far greater.
The second point of reprimand is the narrative repeatedly pushed by officials that the country stands between war or negotiations. That framing itself was the direct warning in the Leader’s message. It directly addresses the statements recently made by Mr. Abbas Araghchi, whom many have celebrated as a “warrior.” Beware of this narrative. Unity cannot be built by presenting the nation with a false choice between surrender through negotiations and inevitable war.

🇮🇷 Iran
Iranian security forces arrested six members of Jaish al-adl during a joint operation in Saravan carried out by the Law Enforcement Command, the IRGC, and intelligence forces. Police said one member of the group was killed during the armed confrontation.
Authorities announced the seizure of a large cache of weapons and equipment, including dozens of Kalashnikov rifles, hand grenades, RPG-7 launchers, around 20 kilograms of C4 explosives, 150 rounds of ammunition, and several Starlink satellite devices. #MossadHunt
Officials also said those arrested were allegedly involved in the killing of police personnel in Saravan earlier this year, as well as in the killing of an IRGC member last month.
Separately, an explosion was reported in the Strait of Hormuz following what was described as a possible launch from Sirik.

Explosions were reported in Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah, Al-Mansouri, Hadatha, Rab Tlathin, the area between Markaba and Bani Hayyan, Markaba toward Rab Tlathin, the vicinity of Arnoun-Kafr Tibnit, Houla, Deir Siryan, and the outskirts of Al-Qantara.
Machine gun sweeping was carried out from helicopters over Wadi Al-Salouqi and Al-Qantara, while Hadatha, the outskirts of Ayta Al-Jabal, and Rashaf also came under fire.
Israeli military vehicles moved through Al-Bayada, Al-Mansouri, Houla, Rashaf, and the outskirts of Ayta Al-Jabal. Reports said occupation forces advanced from Houla toward Wadi Al-Salouqi under artillery cover, set fires around Ayta Al-Jabal, planted explosive containers inside houses in Houla, shelled homes with Merkava tanks, and dropped illuminating and launcher bombs between Haris and Hadatha.

The principal key to solving these issues lies in relying even more on domestic production. At the same time, ensuring an adequate supply of essential and specialized goods remains a necessity, and where domestic production is insufficient, imports should be managed wisely and correctly. Supporting production while properly managing imports and prices can gradually eliminate the dark spots that still exist in the country’s economy.
Although the enemy’s actions during and after the war have had an impact, wiser management of the economy, benefiting from the participation of the people where necessary, relying on specialists and technologists, and activating new capacities can guide the country toward prosperity and development.
The sworn enemy of this nation constantly tries to convince people that the path to progress lies in submitting to its demands. Yet history, including the years before the Islamic Revolution, clearly shows what that enemy did to this country and its resources.
Another important issue is making use of the technologies and innovations proposed by young experts and elites. At times, timely use of these opportunities and abandoning outdated habits can produce major leaps in the country’s development across agriculture, industry, culture, education, communications, and social affairs.
Another fundamental issue that must always remain at the center of attention for the government and all state institutions is safeguarding unity and protecting social cohesion.
Every action in the cultural, social, political, security, and economic spheres must be evaluated in light of its impact on social cohesion. Some measures may appear popular among certain segments of society, but if they lack this consideration, or if it is ignored in practice, they can ultimately harm those same segments and the country as a whole.
Undoubtedly, every discouraging statement that weakens national and public motivation, and every false binary such as war or negotiations, unity or extremism, compromise or warmongering, which has previously caused direct or indirect harm to our people, can continue to inflict similar damage.
Therefore, I firmly declare that committing anything that harms social cohesion is forbidden.
Another major issue is giving supra-strategic attention to culture, education, and upbringing. This means that all other strategies should be formulated with this issue in mind.
Particular attention should be given to those who shape and spread constructive culture, including teachers in schools, universities, and seminaries, as well as nurses and doctors who have devoted themselves to serving in public institutions. Likewise, special attention should be given to homemakers, who teach the most delicate and lasting elements of culture to the next generation within the home.
It is hoped that implementing these recommendations, along with the other beneficial policies already included in the government’s plans, will move our beloved country toward “an even stronger Iran” and make all those working on this path worthy of the special attention, prayers, blessings, and guidance of our Master, Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance).

Imam Ayatullah Sayyid Mujtaba Husayni Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, issued a message on the occasion of Government Week, expressing appreciation for the government’s commendable efforts, especially those of the sincere and devoted President, carried out despite all the limitations, the plots of the American-Zionist enemy, and the intensification of sanctions and blockades.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
The first week of Shahrivar each year is an occasion to reflect on the services of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This year, Government Week coincides with the blessed birth anniversaries of two honored figures of Rabi’ al-Awwal.
On this occasion, I congratulate all employees and dedicated managers of government institutions, especially the sincere and compassionate President of the Fourteenth Government, and pray for their continued strength. This is particularly in view of the commendable measures taken despite the limitations, the various conspiracies of the American-Zionist enemy, and the intensification of sanctions and blockades during and after the Third Imposed War, including ensuring the supply of essential goods and public services, repairing major damaged infrastructure, and managing the country’s energy sector.
It is also appropriate to honor the memory of the martyred Presidents Rajai and Raisi, the martyred Prime Minister Bahonar, the martyred ministers, managers, and officials of previous governments, and above all the great martyred Leader, who served for nearly two presidential terms. I pray for the elevation of their ranks and Allah’s mercy upon them.
The opportunity to serve the people and the goals of the Islamic Republic is a precious blessing that must be cherished. In the current sensitive and complex circumstances, where the goal is achieving “an even stronger Iran,” one of the essential requirements, alongside tireless effort and continuous innovation, is to explain and narrate the power and strength of Iran and its noble people.
Weaknesses, shortcomings, and deficiencies do not need to be highlighted; they require planning and action to solve them. At times, honestly speaking about our weaknesses when the enemy seeks to undermine morale becomes a major service to the enemy and may also create anxiety and confusion among friends and supporters. However, the strengths, achievements, and positive aspects of the country, in accordance with the Quranic teaching, “And proclaim the blessings of your Lord,” should be narrated and emphasized.
The people of Iran, who over the past six months have demonstrated their true character through jihad against the enemy, their presence in the field, unity, solidarity, and mutual support, deserve to feel the sincere service of the country’s institutions as they strive to reach the lofty standards worthy of this sacred system and this honorable nation.
Undoubtedly, the matters mentioned below are already among the priorities or objectives of the serving government, and they are being mentioned here as a reminder.
Among the foremost priorities is giving serious attention to the chain of economic and livelihood challenges, including inflation, unemployment, price management, and regulating markets for goods and services. Special attention must also be given to economic growth, increasing investment and directing it toward productive sectors, boosting domestic production, gradually reducing the central role of the US dollar in the economy, and ultimately making the policies of the Resistance Economy the foundation of economic management.
