| 6 | EXCLUSIVE: A senior Department of War official confirms to FoxNews that the U.S. military shot down "approximately 100" suspected cartel drones at the southern border during the month of August alone. It's the first time the Pentagon has revealed the frequency at which their counter UAS technology, including sophisticated lasers, is being used to take down cartel drones attempting to infiltrate the US.
FOX is told that each takedown was precoordinated with Mexican military and border authorities, and that the strategy reflects a wider US effort to have a layered, rapidly-fielded counter UAS defense that combines technology, trained personnel, and updated authorities instead of a single "silver bullet" system.

| 7 |  WATCH: Wild footage shows Erik Gordon Shunn’s dramatic arrest in Clackamas County, Oregon, on Saturday after investigators say he fired more than 200 rounds during a standoff before setting down his rifle and attempting to flee on a red compact tractor.
𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢 from the Aug. 29, 2026 incident in which SWAT detained Erik Gordon Shunn after he shot at arborists working on S. Rocky Bluff Lane.
The video shows Shunn firing at a Sheriff's Office drone, followed by the pinning of his tractor by a CCSO SWAT vehicle.
SWAT personnel chose to pin the tractor after Shunn became separated from his rifle while driving the tractor near the front of his residence. SWAT personnel used this window of opportunity because they believed it provided the highest likelihood of safely apprehending Shunn.
Investigators are seeking more info on Erik Shunn and damage to nearby property from Shunn's gunfire on Aug, 29. For details and more info on this incident, see our news release:

| 8 |  75 DAYS IN JAIL FOR PLOTTING TO KILL ICE AGENTS? Oregon, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!
Rayden Tanner Coleman was accused of plotting to stalk and kill ICE agents, build incendiary devices and recruit others into his cause. Court documents say he discussed following agents home, using Molotov cocktails and even d*capitating officers.
Police found destructive-device materials and surveillance equipment, and investigators say Coleman admitted he had planned to k*ll ICE agents and had purchased an AR-style rifle for that purpose.
A grand jury eventually charged him with 15 felonies, INCLUDING domestic terrorism.
But he got a deal.
Coleman pleaded guilty to two destructive-device charges, the terrorism counts were dismissed, and he received 75 days in jail plus three years of supervised probation. THAT'S IT.

| 11 |  Benjamin Azariah Southworth, 40, of Los Angeles has been indicted by a grand jury on federal charges for threatening to kill President Trump, cyberstalking, and making harassing interstate calls.
Southworth is charged with posting videos calling for President Trump’s assassination, then targeted the family of the President’s personal attorney by publishing their home address and phone numbers, and leaving voicemails threatening “justice comes to your door.”

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is learning more about a plane that went down in the area of Newscomb and Teapot Dome in Porterville around 11:45 a.m. today.
When Deputies arrived, they saw smoke coming from the plane and learned the plane had been trying to land when it slid off the runway and came to rest in a nearby field.
Thankfully, all six people on board, including the two pilots, were able to safely get off the plane.

Carlos Garcia, head of the Arizona Correctional Peace Officers Association, said the video is evidence of a crisis that has been building for years.
"This is Jurassic Park. This is still Jurassic Park," Garcia said.

| 19 |  EXPOSE THIS JUDGE: Chief Magistrate Ann Marie Rose-Emmons set a $44,000 bond for the daycare worker accused of leaving a ONE-YEAR-OLD BOY black and blue on his very first day of daycare, and she was back out of jail within DAYS.
Police arrested 54-year-old Yvette Thurston after reviewing surveillance video from Little Blessings Child Care in Bainbridge, Georgia. She faces aggravated battery and three counts of first-degree child cruelty after the little boy was hospitalized with bruising, swelling and scratches across his face.
Thanks to Judge Rose-Emmons, Thurston bonded out five days after her arrest.
THIS is why judicial elections matter.
Rose-Emmons is not some untouchable lifetime federal judge. She is the ELECTED Chief Magistrate of Decatur County, and her current term runs through 2028.
Judges make decisions that directly affect the safety of our communities. Voters need to remember their names and remember their decisions when they walk into the voting booth.
Ann Marie Rose-Emmons. Remember her name and VOTE ACCORDINGLY. These catch-and-release decisions have consequences, and judges should absolutely be held accountable by the voters for the decisions they make from the bench.
