It is not all the sperm that enters your vagina that goes directly to your tubes or to where the egg is, it only takes one sperm to actually fertilize the egg, if you release more than one egg, two sperm to make you make twins.
Then basically, you dont need all of them. One thing is this, what about if you just finish having sex and you just stand up and the sperm comes out?

But what if you stand up immediately after sex and the sperm comes out like water, like fluid as if you just pee on your self even when you are not feeling like peeing, then tell your husband to go for test. A Man having low sperm doesn't have nothing to do with the woman and keeping everything inside will not help .
