Cesarean section delivery is not what we pray for any woman , some women might even plan for it due to the weight of the baby. Just like me.
Whatever the case would be , make sure you are ready mentally.
Some people think giving birth through c.s makes you less than a woman or that it’s difficult to heal, all these are just in part of the things that affect women mentally.
When preparing for a cesarean section , you need to calm down, the anxiety you get before the date fixed can affect you. Some people get sick to the stomach , while some get cold before going to the ward.
Fear is the most common thing that can lead to any complications.
If you know you cannot calm down , talk to your doctor 👩⚕️ before the procedure, don’t hold back you emotions.
It’s ok to ask questions especially if it’s your first time.
Read positive stories or books that contains people who have gone through it. Never read anything with negative comments especially when you are pregnant because it’s increase your fear.
