The last question went unanswered too: “𝘋𝘰 𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭𝘪 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶?” It's the clip that resurfaces every time the Squad member insists her criticism of Israel has nothing to do with the hostages, the beheadings, or the burned bodies —because when a reporter asked her to simply say the words, she 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧'𝐭.
Years later, Tlaib is still in Congress. She still hasn't answered.

| 5 | So no, I don’t need to claim that every illness or every death reported after vaccination was caused by the vaccine.
But I will lean very heavily on that data and connect the dots to determine that it is more than probable.
What I DO know is what the documents show.
And I believe these numbers should have generated enormous scrutiny, transparency and public discussion from the very beginning.
The question isn’t:
“Can you prove every one of these events was caused by the vaccine?”
That’s not how an early-warning system works.
The question is:
HOW MANY SAFETY SIGNALS DOES IT TAKE BEFORE YOU HIT THE BRAKES?
Because informed consent isn’t simply telling people what has already been proven.
It’s telling them what is being observed.
What is being investigated.
What is unknown.
And what risks may be emerging.
People deserved to know that.
They deserved the numbers.
They deserved the uncertainty.
THEY DESERVED THE CHOICE.
The documents exist.
The reports exist.
The numbers exist.
Read them.
Ask questions.

| 6 | 2021: THE REPORTS KEPT COMING
The U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, VAERS, was receiving hundreds of thousands of reports following COVID vaccination.
And something particularly important happened.
Myocarditis began emerging as a recognizable signal.
Remember:
Pfizer’s February 2021 report already contained:
25 myocarditis reports
and 32 pericarditis reports.
By April 2021, cases of myocarditis following COVID vaccination, particularly among young males, were being reported to VAERS.
Eventually the evidence became strong enough that myocarditis and pericarditis became OFFICIALLY recognized risks of mRNA COVID vaccination.
Think about that.
Something visible in those early safety reports eventually became an acknowledged vaccine adverse effect.
2022
VAERS continued accumulating reports following COVID vaccination.
In the current public VAERS dataset, records associated with COVID vaccines and received during 2022 include approximately:
221,580 adverse-event reports
8,133 records mentioning death
38,360 involving hospitalization
Again, these are reports following vaccination.
BY MARCH 2023
CDC itself reported something that I think everyone deserves to know.
By March 1, 2023, VAERS had received:
19,476 preliminary reports of death following COVID vaccination in the United States.
CDC did NOT say that the vaccines caused 19,476 deaths. Why would they admit to this genocide?
2023
The current VAERS data contain approximately:
54,720 COVID-vaccine reports
2,087 records mentioning death
13,999 hospitalizations
received during 2023.
2024
Approximately:
20,246 reports
824 records mentioning death
2,117 hospitalizations
2025
Approximately:
10,644 reports
540 records mentioning death
1,211 hospitalizations
And something changed in 2025 that you need to know.
CDC and FDA expanded the public VAERS database to include certain secondary reports submitted by additional sources about the same patient, vaccine and dose.
That means some records appearing in today’s database are different reports concerning the same underlying event.
2026
The federal VAERS files are currently processed through July 31, 2026.
The current data contain approximately:
500 COVID-vaccine reports received in 2026
20 records mentioning death
72 hospitalizations
And remember that reports can arrive long after the event itself, so the year a report was received is not necessarily the year the medical event occurred.
WHAT DOES THE CURRENT DATABASE SHOW?
Across the current public VAERS COVID-vaccine records from the beginning of the rollout through the available 2026 data, there are approximately:
1.076 MILLION adverse-event report records (read that again)
and
24,575 records mentioning death.
VAERS exists for a reason but also know that many deaths and adverse reactions are not reported. When someone gets diagnosed with turbo cancer or an athlete dies on the field from a heart attack, the dots do not always get connected. People are NOT reporting these heinous crimes against humanity. They just don’t know any better.
CDC itself says VAERS is designed to rapidly detect unusual or unexpected patterns of adverse events called SAFETY SIGNALS.
And here is the part I cannot get past.
Go back to February 2021.
Within approximately three months, Pfizer already had:
42,086 cases.
158,893 adverse events.
1,223 cases with fatal outcomes.
11,361 people not recovered.
Cardiovascular events.
Neurological events.
Strokes.
Blood clots.
Seizures.
Guillain-Barré syndrome.
Transverse myelitis.
Facial paralysis.
Autoimmune events.
Kidney injuries.
Pregnancy events.
Myocarditis.
Pericarditis.
And such a volume of reports that Pfizer was dramatically expanding its pharmacovigilance workforce.
Those were SIGNALS.
And one of those signals, myocarditis and pericarditis, was subsequently recognized as causally associated with mRNA COVID vaccination.
Yet the rollout continued.
Eligibility expanded.
Younger populations were added.
Boosters followed.

I have. And I’m appalled.
And after reading the actual document, I think everyone should know what was being reported in the FIRST months of the rollout.
Not rumors.
Not memes.
Not someone’s interpretation.
The actual numbers.
Pfizer’s first major cumulative post-authorization safety analysis covered reports received from the beginning of the worldwide rollout through February 28, 2021.
Approximately three months.
By that point, Pfizer’s worldwide safety database contained:
42,086 adverse-event cases representing
158,893 individual adverse events.
And among those 42,086 cases:
1,223 had fatal outcomes.
11,361 had NOT recovered at the time the report was recorded.
Stop there for a minute.
This was February 2021.
We were barely into the worldwide rollout.
And these weren’t simply sore arms, headaches and fevers.
Look at what was already being reported and evaluated.
CARDIOVASCULAR
1,403 cardiovascular cases
1,098 tachycardia
102 arrhythmia
89 myocardial infarction
80 cardiac failure
41 acute myocardial infarction
7 cardiogenic shock
136 fatal outcomes were reported within the cardiovascular category.
NEUROLOGICAL
501 neurological cases
204 seizures
83 epilepsy
33 generalized tonic-clonic seizures
24 Guillain-Barré syndrome
17 trigeminal neuralgia
11 transverse myelitis
10 multiple-sclerosis relapses
10 optic neuritis
There were also reports involving encephalopathy, demyelination, meningitis, narcolepsy, ataxia and other neurological conditions.
16 fatal outcomes were reported within the neurological category.
STROKE
275 stroke cases
160 cerebrovascular accidents
41 ischemic strokes
26 cerebral hemorrhages
15 cerebral infarctions
11 hemorrhagic strokes
There were also reports involving cerebral thrombosis, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, lacunar infarction and thrombotic stroke.
61 fatal outcomes were reported within the stroke category.
BLOOD CLOTS
151 thromboembolic cases
60 pulmonary embolisms
39 thromboses
35 deep-vein thromboses
Of 168 thromboembolic events reported, 165 were classified as serious.
18 fatal outcomes were reported within this category.
IMMUNE AND AUTOIMMUNE
1,050 immune-mediated/autoimmune cases
49 peripheral neuropathy
32 pericarditis
25 myocarditis
16 diabetes mellitus
16 encephalitis
14 psoriasis
11 autoimmune disorders
FACIAL PARALYSIS
449 cases.
Of 453 events, 399 were classified as serious.
At the time of reporting, 183 had not resolved.
KIDNEY INJURY
69 renal cases
40 acute kidney injuries
30 renal-failure events
All 70 renal events were classified as serious.
23 fatal outcomes were reported within this category.
HERPES VIRUS EVENTS
The database also contained:
259 herpes zoster events
80 oral herpes events
17 herpes-virus infections
13 herpes simplex events
10 ophthalmic herpes zoster events
PREGNANCY
Pfizer had information involving 270 unique pregnancies.
Among the reported outcomes were:
23 spontaneous abortions
2 premature births with neonatal death
But this is extremely important:
Pregnancy outcomes were unavailable for 238 of the 270 pregnancies.
AND THEN I FOUND THIS.
Pfizer said the volume of adverse-event reports was so large that approximately 600 additional full-time employees had already been brought in to process them.
And Pfizer anticipated bringing in more than 1,800 additional resources by the end of June 2021.
Again:
This was happening within MONTHS of rollout.
These databases contain events reported after vaccination.
They are surveillance systems.
But that is precisely why this information matters.
Because pharmacovigilance exists to find signals before causation has necessarily been established.
You collect the reports.
You look for patterns.
You investigate.
You compare what you’re seeing against what would normally be expected.
And when a signal becomes strong enough, you act. YOU PULL THE DRUG before any more people are harmed or killed.

In January 2022, a stranger walking through Bucaramanga, Colombia, noticed something unusual on a set of outdoor steps.
A man experiencing homelessness was sitting beside two dogs wearing paper party hats.
His name was José Luis Matos, but most people knew him as Choco.
The dogs beside him were Shaggy and Nena, his companions through years of sleeping outside, searching for work and surviving one day at a time.
Choco had left an abusive home when he was only 10 years old. After passing through several Colombian cities, he eventually arrived in Bucaramanga.
That was where he found the family he had been missing.
Choco discovered Nena alone and disoriented in a park. She had a collar, but no one ever came to claim her.
Later, he found Shaggy in another park.
Shaggy’s owner initially took him home, but a few days later, the dog returned to the place where Choco slept.
From that moment, Shaggy stayed.
The two dogs followed Choco everywhere. They slept beside him on the street, protected him and gave him a reason to keep moving forward.
Choco protected them in return.
Whenever he received food or asked restaurants for help, he made sure Shaggy and Nena ate first.
On the night that changed their lives, Choco wanted to celebrate four years with Shaggy.
He couldn’t afford a party, but then he saw a woman leaving a bakery with a returned cake that was about to be thrown away.
Choco asked if he could have it.
He found discarded plastic plates and used a small contribution from a passerby to get a candle and three paper hats.
That was enough.
Choco placed a hat on Shaggy, another on Nena and kept the third for himself.
He lit the candle, sang to Shaggy and divided the cake between his two best friends.
Then he kissed them and held them close.
Choco noticed someone recording from a distance, but the celebration continued exactly as it had begun.
It wasn’t a performance.
It was simply one family sharing what little they had.
The stranger posted the video online, and within days, people around the world had seen it.
The following morning, people began arriving to help Choco, Shaggy and Nena.
They brought food, clothing, dog supplies and money. Choco received a phone, and someone taught him how to create content for social media.
The attention didn’t make him wealthy overnight.
But it gave him the opportunity he had spent years waiting for.
Choco moved off the street and into modest rented housing. He later found work as an assistant in a mechanic’s shop, earning enough to support himself and care for Shaggy and Nena.
And once he finally had a little more stability, Choco did something that revealed his heart all over again.
He rescued another dog named Lupe.
The video didn’t turn Choco into a kind man.
It simply allowed the world to see the kindness that was already there.
Long before the followers, donations and cameras, he was sharing his food with two dogs and making them feel loved while he had almost nothing himself.
A discarded cake became a birthday party.
A stranger’s video became an opportunity.

U.S. Central Command struck two Iranian rocket launchers on Larak Island in the Strait of Hormuz on Sunday, after American surveillance caught Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps units arming those launchers with rockets rigged to fire 𝐬𝐞𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 into the strait, Axios reports.
The timing is no coincidence. This was the first U.S. strike in roughly a month, landing just days after CENTCOM finished clearing Iranian sea mines from the strait's international shipping lanes — the very hazard the IRGC was caught trying to re-lay. The war with Iran passed its 𝐬𝐢𝐱-𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 on Friday, and Tehran is still testing the line.
Iranian state media claims the strike k!lled and wounded Iranian personnel and civilians on Larak Island, and the IRGC is vowing to punish those responsible. Six months of similar threats haven't reopened the strait to Iran on Iran's terms.

But anonymity can also function as a kind of erasure: the person who was harmed disappears from the record while the person who caused the harm keeps his name, his photograph, his history of accomplishments.
By stepping forward in 2019, Chanel Miller reversed that. She insisted on being a full person — with a name, with a history, with a career as an artist and a writer, with a future — rather than a placeholder in someone else's file. And she did it when she was ready, which is its own quiet assertion of authority over a story that had once been taken entirely out of her hands.
Part of what made the original statement so powerful was its refusal to be contained by the categories the case had assigned her. In the courtroom, and in much of the coverage, she had been a victim — an anonymous body behind a dumpster, a set of injuries and a plaintiff's designation. Her own words insisted on something that the process had not made room for: a full interior life, a sense of humor, a family, a future, all of it disrupted but none of it erased. The man who had been found on top of an unconscious woman behind a dumpster near a Stanford University party in January 2015, caught in the act by two graduate students cycling past, who had tried to flee and been chased down and held until police arrived — that man received a sentence of six months. The judge cited his age, his athletic achievements, his potential, the impact that a longer sentence might have on his future.
The woman he had assaulted woke in a hospital with physical injuries and no memory of what had happened to her. In the court documents, her name was hidden. For years, the world knew her only as Emily Doe.
The judge did not get to decide how this story ended.
In March 2016, Brock Turner was convicted on three counts of sexual assault. At the sentencing hearing a few months later, Emily Doe read a statement aloud. It was approximately seven thousand words. Each sentence addressed the courtroom and, through the courtroom, everyone who would eventually read it. The statement described not only the violence she had suffered but the invisible consequences that lingered long after the crime itself — the disorientation, the loss of a sense of safety, the slow and exhausting work of reassembling a life that had been taken apart without her knowledge or consent.
On June 2, 2016, the statement was published in full online.
Millions of people read it in the days that followed. It was translated into many languages. It was cited by news organizations around the world. It was read aloud in political chambers and legislative hearings. For survivors of sexual violence — and there were millions of them, many of whom had spent years in the particular silence that surrounds this kind of harm — the statement offered something rare: a language for a pain that had remained, for most people, without adequate words.
She had taken the most private and devastating experience of her life and rendered it in prose so precise and so unflinching that other people recognized their own wounds in it. That is a particular kind of courage, different from the courage of speaking to a courtroom, which is already extraordinary. It is the courage of making private suffering into shared testimony — of deciding that what was done to you in secret deserves to be spoken about in the open, and that the speaking might do something for people you will never meet.
The repercussions extended well beyond that day. The case became a focal point for a national debate about how the justice system treated crimes of sexual violence, and specifically about the leniency that was routinely extended to defendants whose youth, whose talents, whose perceived futures were placed on the scales against the harm they had caused. In the years that followed the conviction, California passed legislative reforms related to sexual assault sentencing. The public conversation about what victims deserved from the legal system — and what the system was actually delivering — took on a dimension it had not previously had.
And through all of it, the author of the statement remained anonymous.
Then, in September 2019, she published a book. The cover read Know My Name. The name on it was Chanel Miller.
The book became a New York Times bestseller. It received major literary honors. It established her as one of the most influential voices in the ongoing effort to support survivors and reform the systems they navigate. She had done something that the courtroom and the sentence and the process had not allowed her to do: she had told her own story, in full, on her own terms, on her own timeline, in her own name.
What she had done in 2016, by reading those seven thousand words aloud, was already an act of profound reclamation.
