One grown man in Germany even mailed this CHILD an engagement ring because he wanted to marry her.
And the heartbreaking part?
Tami was so young that she wasn’t thinking, Why is a grown man proposing to me?
She was worried the ring was expensive and felt guilty keeping it.
So when she found someone traveling to Germany, she had them take it back to him.
Because she was ELEVEN.
She was responding like a little girl while grown adults were behaving in ways no child should ever have to understand.
But somehow it gets WORSE.
According to Tami, producers later came to her family’s home offering her another movie role.
The role reportedly involved n*dity.
She.
Was.
ELEVEN.
Tami later recalled telling them:
“I’m not Lolita.”
And she has said her family received other strange scripts containing inappropriate material for an 11-year-old.
Not an adult actress playing younger.
Not a 19-year-old portraying a child.
An actual CHILD.
Her parents looked at grown men camping outside their home, marriage proposals arriving in the mail, and an entertainment industry already sending their little girl inappropriate scripts and basically said:
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
So they pulled her away from pursuing Hollywood.
And THIS is the part I love.
Tami didn’t “disappear.”
She was protected.
She went back to school.
She became a professional dancer and choreographer.
She performed in theater.
She taught.

Baby has always been a fighter.
The 7-year-old pit bull lives at The Pittie Party of Central Florida, where she receives lifelong care as one of the rescue’s hospice residents.
Baby has a progressive neurological condition called NCL.
It affects her balance, coordination and ability to control her body.
She began tilting her head.
She walked in circles, wobbled and fell.
Sometimes, simply shaking her head caused her legs to stop working beneath her.
Eventually, Baby lost the ability to walk independently.
But she never lost her desire to move.
She still wanted to explore.
She still wanted to play.
She still greeted people with the infectious smile that had made everyone at the rescue fall in love with her.
So her caregivers bought her a specialized pink wheelchair.
The $800 chair was designed for Baby’s unique condition. It supported her body, gave her back some independence and allowed her to move around without being carried.
It also helped her go to the bathroom on her own.
For Baby, the wheelchair wasn’t an accessory.
It was her freedom.
Then, on Aug. 22, someone walked onto the porch of her rescue home in St. Cloud, Florida, and stole it.
Baby was left with nothing.
Without her chair, she couldn’t walk.
She couldn’t go outside independently.
She couldn’t even relieve herself without someone struggling to hold her body upright.
Her rescuers were devastated.
“WHY??? What kind of person steals a disabled, senior dog’s wheelchair?” they wrote.
The St. Cloud Police Department joined the search and asked the public to help find the stolen chair.
Meanwhile, Baby waited.
The little pit bull who had fought so hard to keep moving was grounded because someone had stolen the one thing that gave her legs back.
But then the community heard her story.
Messages began pouring in.
People offered wheelchairs.
Strangers sent donations.
Dog lovers who had never met Baby refused to let one cruel act decide what happened next.
Then Ruck9, a nonprofit devoted to helping disabled dogs regain their mobility, stepped forward.
The organization ordered Baby a brand-new pink wheelchair and shipped it directly to the rescue.
Just like that, despair gave way to hope.
The rescue even offered to refund anyone who had donated specifically for the replacement chair. Any remaining contributions would help pay for Baby’s medications, supplies and continuing hospice care.
While she waited for her new wheels to arrive, Baby played on a bed and smiled for the people who had rallied around her.
She didn’t know someone had stolen from her.
She didn’t know police were searching for her chair.
She didn’t know strangers across the country were sharing her story.
Baby only knew that the people who loved her hadn’t given up.
One person saw an $800 wheelchair sitting on a porch and decided to take it.
An entire community saw a disabled dog who deserved her freedom and decided to give it back.
Cruelty may have taken Baby’s wheels for a moment.

| 20 | 🚨 ALARMING: New York is driving a 25,000-person Amish community toward the state line over privately funded one-room schools, religious conviction, and a childhood vaccine schedule that no longer leaves room for faith.
New York’s Amish have told Albany to restore religious conscience in school immunization law or they will leave the state, and if the Supreme Court will not hear them or will not grant relief, attorneys say a mass departure is likely, with Pennsylvania the most probable destination.
The community generally avoids both lawsuits and injectables, yet it is in federal court because state health officials keep fining tiny private schools that receive no public money.
In 2019, after a measles outbreak in an Orthodox Jewish community, then-Governor Andrew Cuomo repealed religious exemptions for school vaccine requirements, making New York only the second state to do so after California, while still allowing medical exemptions under the same statute.
Children must receive roughly twenty-four to twenty-seven doses on the Department of Health schedule to attend kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Upstate Amish families teach their children in one-room schoolhouses of fifteen to twenty-five students on private land, and they have been fighting that Cuomo-era decree in court since 2024.

One attorney representing the families notes that the only realistic way to collect those sums would be for the state to take land.
Lead plaintiff Ezra Wengerd of Canajoharie, an Old Order father, wrote the state by hand that his people are a peace-loving religious group, sorry to cause the government trouble, and grateful for the freedoms New York has long extended to them.
He also wrote that God requires them to put their trust fully in Him, which they understand to conflict with placing that trust in vaccines, and that they are commanded not to be conformed to this world.
They would rather stay in New York, but their faith comes first.
The Second Circuit already ruled against them.
The Supreme Court sent the case back and told the panel to look again, after which the circuit reissued its original decision, and next month the Amish will petition the Court to take Miller v. McDonald.
Their argument is that a law which still allows medical exceptions is not truly general, and that religious need cannot be treated as a lesser hardship.
Wisconsin v. Yoder still hangs over any effort to force an Amish way of life into the modern administrative state, even as scholars caution that the Court has often been wary of vaccination cases and New York will argue that it is protecting the public as a whole.
Attorney Hiram Sasser asked whether the country still intends to make room for the Amish, calling them part of the American fabric and a practical test of religious liberty.
A privately funded schoolhouse that takes nothing from the public treasury should not be billed into submission for following a creed older than the mandate.
The Department of Health says it must protect public health, enforce the law evenly, and prevent deaths from vaccine-preventable disease, and that school immunization rules are based in science.
Those claims can be examined on their merits, but what remains is a community still living close to the old one-room schoolhouse ideal, facing six-figure fines for refusing to abandon its beliefs.
