Following the emphasis of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, who stated, "We will await the fulfillment of the conditions," the first clause of the memorandum of understanding—concerning the "immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon"—has been violated.
As observers of the memorandum, we demand an appropriate response to this breach of commitment, or alternatively, the annulment of the memorandum.
