🇮🇱⚡- The final voter turnout was 77.7%, the highest since 2001.

🇮🇱⚡️- Channel 13 now projects 18 seats for the Arab parties.

🇮🇱⚡- Vote counting has begun.

🇮🇱⚡- The Likud-camp believe the Yashar-camp would receive first mandate from the President in forming a government, Ma'ariv reports. The phase could last approximately 28 days (+14 additional days). If Yashar fail, the President will pass the role to the Likud-camp, who will have a similar amount of time. If both parties fail, the President will call for a second election, that could take place in early 2027. During the entire process, Benjamin Netanyahu will assume the role of a caretaker Prime Minister. The options to form a government are passing the 61 seats threshold, forming a minority government, or a Yashar-led unity government with Likud.

🇮🇱⚡️- Channel 15 is also now projecting that Gadi Eisenkot will receive the mandate to form the new government.

🇮🇱⚡- Yisrael Beiteinu and Yashar have both once again ruled out forming a government with either Arab party.

🇮🇱⚡️- "Don’t let them fool you: Netanyahu’s camp has suffered a crushing defeat—it is a total collapse. The public has told them: leave." - Yair Lapid in a statement.

🇮🇱⚡️- Gadi Eisenkot declares that the exit poll results reflect "an absolute vote of no confidence in Netanyahu and his government" and confirms that he is immediately initiating efforts to topple the right-wing government and form a "Zionist mobilization government."

🇮🇱⚡️- No exit poll is currently showing the right-wing bloc coalition securing 61 seats.

🇮🇱🗳 — #BREAKING According to early Channel 13 polls: ➡️Arab parties are projected to win a historic 17 seats in Israel’s Knesset. ➡️Netanyahu bloc: 50 seats ➡️Anti-Netanyahu bloc: 53 seats. 📝With 61 seats needed for a majority, Arab parties could hold the key to forming Israel’s next government. This remains unofficial but is very close to the expected results

🇮🇱⚡️ — Voter turnout in Israel's election reached 74.3% by 8 p.m., according to the Central Elections Committee, compared with 66.3% at the same point in the 2022 election. The figure marks the highest turnout recorded by that hour since 1988.

🇮🇱⚡- The voter turnout stands at 74.3% at 8pm local time.

🇮🇱⚡- The Central Election Committee has decided against extending the voting times.

📝 🇮🇱 🗳 Amit Segal on X: Turnout is up nine points. Half of that increase comes from Arab voters, who make up only 17 to 18 percent of the population. They are turning out at historic rates, at least since the dramatic Netanyahu–Peres election of 1996, and, from what we’re hearing, voting almost entirely for the Joint List and Ra’am. That means every point of that surge comes at the expense of all the Jewish parties, in both blocs: the change bloc and Netanyahu’s bloc alike. So the big question ahead of 10 p.m., for the parties, for Arab voters, for change-bloc voters and, in a sense, for Likud areas too, is this: was today’s turnout a massive early surge that is now leveling off, or will it keep pouring in at this pace until the polls close? My cautious estimate: this will certainly be the highest turnout of this century, and we’ve already passed that mark. It could end up somewhere around 74 to 75 percent. A fantastic, crazy number. But the real test is the next two hours. 📎 Amit Segal
