The participating nations include The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Qatar, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of Türkiye, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Yemen, the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of Djibouti, and the Federal Republic of Somalia.
The Saudi Ministry of Defense stated that: Other countries that participated in the meeting also confirmed their support for the initiative. There is no evidence supporting those claims.
Why:
• No visible damage is apparent in the Sentinel-2 imagery.
• Sentinel-2 cannot confirm damage to individual fighter aircraft. At 10 m/pixel, an F-35 occupies only a handful of pixels, making the imagery unsuitable for assessing aircraft damage.
• No secondary indicators, such as blast damage to nearby shelters or surrounding infrastructure, are visible.
Even if Iran had struck parked F-35s, Sentinel-2 imagery should not be used as evidence for or against aircraft damage due to its limited spatial resolution. Higher-resolution commercial imagery would be required. | 1 845 |

The site is believed to be the provincial branch of Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence, responsible for domestic intelligence, counterintelligence and internal-security operations in Khuzestan.
