End the PREP Act Declaration. There Is No Emergency.
An open letter to Secretary Kennedy and President Trump, signed by dozens across the health freedom movement, puts it plainly: terminate the COVID countermeasure declaration, because the emergency that justified it ended YEARS ago.
That declaration is what holds the liability shield in place, and the shield is what removes the ordinary pressure that forces a manufacturer to answer for its product. These are policy demands, not talking points — and they can be acted on tomorrow.
