@ NicHulscher, and @P_McCulloughMD @ Docjohnc has found that 5,017 people would need to receive the mRNA flu shot to prevent one influenza hospitalization.
Not only that, but for every 5,017 recipients, the researchers calculated approximately:
• 3,798 additional adverse reactions
• 278 additional Grade 3 systemic reactions severe enough to prevent normal daily activity
• 2 deaths
The clinical trials also had no placebo group, meaning safety was compared against other flu vaccines rather than an unvaccinated control group.
The reanalysis has been sent to @ seckennedy and they are now calling for the FDA to withdraw approval and halt distribution of mFLUSIVA.

The analysis found that preventing one influenza hospitalization would require vaccinating 5,017 people, while being associated with roughly 2 excess unexplained deaths, 278 Grade 3 systemic reactions, and 3,798 total adverse reactions.
Unexplained deaths were reportedly 2.55 times more frequent and Grade 3 systemic reactions 6.15 times more frequent in the mFLUSIVA group.
The report also raises concerns about the lack of a placebo arm and the absence of an influenza-mortality endpoint in the pivotal trials.
The findings were sent to Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and officials at HHS, FDA, CDC, and NIH, along with a call for mFLUSIVA’s approval to be withdrawn.

Multiplex stool panels detect genetic material with high sensitivity — which means they pick up things that aren't driving the illness, and case counts inflate accordingly. The rule is the same one that got abandoned during COVID: a positive test has to fit the clinical picture before it means anything. Cyclospora looks like weeks of diarrhea after eating raw vegetables. Ordinary food poisoning resolves in days. The test doesn't tell you which one you have — the history does.
