The EUA Was Rescinded. People Think That Opens the Door to Liability. It Doesn't. Three Layers of Legal Protection Still Stand.
PREP Act coverage. EUA regulatory immunity. The 1986 Vaccine Injury Compensation Act. Rescinding the EUA removes one layer of a three-layer shield. Vaccines are still protected under the 1986 Act regardless. The ACIP can still put them on the schedule. The legal landscape for injured Americans has not meaningfully changed. What the rescinding signals politically and symbolically may matter. What it delivers in the courtroom — very little.

Cancer Patients Have No Generic Options. Everything Must Be Branded. Offered Through a Cancer Center. After 40 Years in Practice, the Suspicion Is Now Intentional Suppression.
Ivermectin and mebendazole — cheap, widely available, showing 84% clinical benefit in cancer patients — are not offered through a single cancer center in the country. Everything in oncology must be branded, patented, and administered through a book-and-bill relationship that profits the center. The biomedical deep state didn't disappear with the new administration. Vaccine reform has been slower than promised. The mRNA platform has been green-lit for RSV and influenza without preclinical safety testing. The machine is still running.

If the Population Fear Is Large Enough — and It's
Something Everyone Has Already Ingested — Where Does the Legal Challenge Even Begin?
That may be the reason the Supreme Court upheld it. The logic of population-wide exposure changes the liability calculus entirely. If a contaminant is already inside most of the country, the legal and regulatory system faces a different kind of problem than a targeted harm to individuals. The Court isn't ruling on whether something is good or bad — it's ruling on whether the Constitution permits the challenge. Those are different questions. And the answer to the second one doesn't have to make you feel better about the first.

The question wasn't rhetorical.
It was clinical.
How does an injection in the arm produce a systemic reaction — chills, burning neck, pressure behind the eye — and ultimately a blood clot forming in the venous sinuses of the brain? The J&J and AstraZeneca adenoviral vectors caused blood to layer in the central venous sinuses. That's the mechanism. It was documented. The product was pulled the day after this shot was administered. The 30% mortality rate for that syndrome was already in the literature.
