BREAKING:
Arizona gubernatorial candidate Andy Biggs just pledged to sign a bill banning medical mandates statewide.
This would be one of MAHA’s biggest wins yet.
Leah Wilson asked him point blank:
“That Medical Freedom Act would have made informed consent the default standard.”
“So that no governor, school, or employer could force any medical decision upon any individual.”
“Would you have supported the Arizona Medical Freedom Act?”
Biggs responded:
“Absolutely.”
“You’re talking about House Bill 2248, and then the other one was 2086 on vaccine mandates.”
“I definitely would have signed… those two bills.”
And he slammed Governor Katie Hobbs for vetoing it last month.
“I think people need to understand the contrast between me and the current governor.”
“She did a two-sentence veto letter.”
“She said: it’s concerning that diseases that were once eliminated are making a comeback in Arizona’s playgrounds and classrooms because of dangerous misinformation.”
“If there was any misinformation put out, she managed to communicate misinformation in that single sentence of her veto letter.”

Epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher says the long-standing claim that "vaccines do not cause autism" can no longer be treated as settled.
He points to a major CDC website update which now states:
"The claim 'vaccines do not cause autism' is not an evidence-based claim."
The CDC page says existing studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines may contribute to autism, while also noting that HHS has launched a wider assessment into potential causes.
Hulscher argues this validates concerns raised in his 52-page autism report, which he says reviewed hundreds of studies and identified childhood vaccines as a major modifiable risk factor.
Public health authorities and many researchers strongly dispute that conclusion and continue to argue that decades of evidence do not establish vaccines as a cause of autism.
But one thing has changed.
The official language has shifted.
And the debate is no longer where it was.

| 19 |  In 2024, a study published in Cadernos de Saúde Pública surveyed 254 of Brazil's roughly 1,300 federal judges and found overwhelming support for coercive COVID-19 vaccination policy: 87.7% backed adult mandates, 66.1% backed mandates for children and adolescents, 93.3% expressed blanket trust in vaccination, and 88.2% supported immunity passports. That sentiment hardened into law: in March 2025, Brazil's Superior Court of Justice ruled unanimously that parents could be fined for refusing to vaccinate their children against COVID-19, and the shot was added to the national immunization calendar for babies as young as six months. Brazil became the only country in the world to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for infants — a policy built on judicial groupthink that treated an experimental gene-therapy product as morally indistinguishable from established childhood vaccines, with parents who dissented branded as negligent and subjected to financial punishment by the very judges who, per the survey data, never questioned the official narrative in the first place.
