Kindly find the trail email and attached documents for information and necessary action. In pursuance of Directorate Letter No. X-12/6/2021-SPN-II dated 03.02.2023, the following instructions regarding officials whose transfers have been approved under Rule 38 shall be strictly adhered to:
1. Officials approved for transfer under Rule 38 shall be relieved within 30 days from the date of publication of the transfer results, i.e., by 30.07.2026.
2. However, an official can request to delay his relieving on transfer which can be extended for a on case to case basis for a maximum period of 60 days (i.e 30.07.2026 +30 days) from date of release of result.
3. The same must be updated in APT2.0 Portal.
