ഡൽഹി: കേരള സർക്കിളിൽ നാളിതുവരെ ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന Headquarters Region, Thiruvananthapuram രൂപീകരിക്കാൻ ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ് അംഗീകാരം നൽകി. (DDG Establishment Dushyant Mudgal ഇറക്കിയ Office Memorandum).
എന്തിനാണ് പുതിയ റീജിയൻ?
1. ചില സർക്കിളുകളിൽ സർക്കിൾ ഹെഡ്ക്വാർട്ടേഴ്സ് പ്രത്യേക റീജിയൻ ആയി ഇല്ല. Chief Postmaster General (CPMG)-യുടെ നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലാണ്, DPS (HQ)-യുടെ സഹായത്തോടെ.
2. ഇതുമൂലം CPMG-ക്കും DPS-നും രണ്ട് പണി - സർക്കിളിന്റെ മൊത്തം മാനേജ്മെന്റും, HQ റീജിയന്റെ ദൈനംദിന ഭരണവും. വലിയ സമ്മർദ്ദം. ഇതേ വലിപ്പവും വരുമാനവുമുള്ള മറ്റ് സർക്കിളുകളിൽ പ്രത്യേക HQ റീജിയൻ ഉണ്ട്, അത് കാര്യക്ഷമതയും വരുമാനവും കൂട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
3. അതുകൊണ്ട് കേരളത്തിലും പുതിയ Headquarters Region, Thiruvananthapuram ന് അനുമതി.

4. ആരൊക്കെ HQ റീജിയനിൽ വരും?
ഇതുവരെ CPMG-യുടെ നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന എല്ലാ ഡിവിഷനുകളും / യൂണിറ്റുകളും ഇനി Head of Region, HQ Region, Thiruvananthapuram-ന്റെ കീഴിൽ. എന്നാൽ PSD തിരുവനന്തപുരം CPMG-യുടെ നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണത്തിൽ തന്നെ തുടരും.
5. ഓഫീസ് എവിടെ? ചെലവ്?
HQ Region തിരുവനന്തപുരം, CPMG കേരള സർക്കിൾ ഓഫീസ് കെട്ടിടത്തിനുള്ളിൽ തന്നെ, നിലവിലുള്ള വിഭവങ്ങളും ബജറ്റും ഉപയോഗിച്ച്. അധിക ഫണ്ട് നൽകില്ല.
6. സ്റ്റാഫ് എവിടുന്ന്?
തുടക്കത്തിൽ ആവശ്യമായ സ്റ്റാഫിനെ കേരള സർക്കിൾ ഓഫീസിലെ നിലവിലുള്ള സ്റ്റാഫിൽ നിന്ന് Redeploy ചെയ്യും.
7. Head of Region പോസ്റ്റ്:
SAG ലെവലിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള Sanctioned Strength-ൽ നിന്ന് Redeployment വഴി പ്രത്യേകമായി ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ് സൃഷ്ടിക്കും.
9. നടപ്പാക്കൽ: CPMG ആവശ്യമായ ഉത്തരവുകൾ ഇറക്കി 01.11.2026 മുതൽ HQ Region ഓഫീസ് സർക്കിൾ ഓഫീസ് കെട്ടിടത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിക്കണം.
10. Integrated Finance Wing-ന്റെ അംഗീകാരം ഉണ്ട് - Diary No. 132/2026-27/FA-CS(P) dated 12.10.2026.

* വയനാട് പുതിയ പോസ്റ്റൽ ഡിവിഷൻ രൂപീകരണം: കോഴിക്കോട്, തലശ്ശേരി ഡിവിഷനുകൾ പുനഃസംഘടിപ്പിച്ച് കല്പറ്റ എച്ച്.ഒ. ആസ്ഥാനമായി പുതിയ വയനാട് പോസ്റ്റൽ ഡിവിഷൻ രൂപീകരിച്ചു. കൽപറ്റ, മാനന്തവാടി എന്നീ രണ്ട് സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകളാണ് ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നത്. (സുൽത്താൻ ബത്തേരി സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ രൂപീകരണത്തിനുള്ള അനുമതി നൽകിയിട്ടില്ല).
* തലശ്ശേരി ഡിവിഷൻ ലയനം: തലശ്ശേരി പോസ്റ്റൽ ഡിവിഷൻ കണ്ണൂർ ഡിവിഷനുമായി ലയിപ്പിച്ചു. കൂത്തുപറമ്പ് സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ കണ്ണൂർ ഡിവിഷനിലേക്കും, തലശ്ശേരി സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ വടകര ഡിവിഷനിലേക്കും, വടകര ഡിവിഷന്റെ കീഴിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന കൊയിലாண்டி സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ കോഴിക്കോട് ഡിവിഷനിലേക്കും മാറ്റിവെച്ചു.
* എറണാകുളം ഡിവിഷനിലെ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ: തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ സബ് ഡിവിഷനെ എറണാകുളം ഡിവിഷന്റെ കീഴിലുള്ള എറണാകുളം, കൊച്ചി സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകളിലായി ലയിപ്പിച്ചു.
* മാവേലിക്കര ഡിവിഷൻ പുനഃക്രമീകരണം: മാവേലിക്കര നോർത്ത്, മാവേലിക്കര സൗത്ത് സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകൾ ലയിപ്പിച്ച് മാവേലിക്കര സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ രൂപീകരിച്ചു. കായംകുളം സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ നിലനിർത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ തിരുവല്ലാ ഡിവിഷനിൽ നിന്നുള്ള 3 എസ്.ഒ കളും 3 ബി.ഒ കളും മാവേലിക്കര ഡിവിഷനോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്തു.
* ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പുനർവിന്യാസം: ഗ്രൂപ്പ് 'ബി', 'സി' ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പുനർവിന്യാസം സർക്കിൾ മേധാവിമാർ അതത് അധികാരികളുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ നടപ്പിലാക്കണം. ജീവനക്കാരുടെ താൽപ്പര്യവും സമ്മതവും പരിഗണിച്ചായിരിക്കണം ഇത് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്.
* നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന തീയതി: പുതിയ ഉത്തരവുകളും പുനഃക്രമീകരണങ്ങളും 01.11.2026 മുതൽ പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വരുത്താൻ ചീഫ് പോസ്റ്റ് മാസ്റ്റർ ജനറലിന് നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. | 866 |
