The Department of Posts (DoP) and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) signed an MoU in New Delhi on 10 July 2026.
The MoU was signed between Ms. Manisha Bansal Badal, General Manager (CCS & RB), DoP, and Shri S. M. K. Chandra, Joint Advisor, TRAI, to conduct a nationwide survey assessing the mobile network performance of Airtel, Jio, Vodafone and BSNL.
