🇸🇬 Competition in Singapore's telecoms market intensified in the second quarter, with ARPU rebasing lower as customers shifted to value brands, per RHB. Mobile revenue fell 11% at StarHub and 6% at Singtel, though Singtel posted 10% EBIT growth in its fiscal first quarter on stronger data centre and Optus contributions.
