⚠️ ORBIX Usersලාට තවත් වැදගත් දැනුම්දීමක් දැනට server එකේ backup process එක සම්පූර්ණ වෙන්න තව පැය 72ක් වගේ ගත වෙන්න පුළුවන්. ඒ නිසා අපි ආයෙත් දැනුම් දෙනකල් ORBIX site එකට හෝ apps වලට log වෙන්නේ නැතුව ඉන්න කියලා කරුණාවෙන් ඉල්ලනවා. 🙏 දැනට අලුතින් login වෙලා data ඇතුළත් කළොත්, ඒ data එක backup එකට අරගෙන පස්සේ recover කරන්න අපිට තවත් වැඩි කාලයක් සහ වියදමක් යන්න පුළුවන්. ඒ නිසා backup process එක අවසන් වෙනකල් apps use නොකර ඉන්න එක තමයි හොඳම දේ. ඊයේ AuraSpace use කරන මල්ලි කෙනෙක් අපිට message එකක් දාලා තිබ්බා එයාගේ app එක reset වෙලා කියලා. අපි එයා එක්ක ටික වෙලාවක් check කරලා බැලුවාම මුලින් අපේ server side එකෙන් issue එකක් පේන්න තිබ්බෙ නෑ. පස්සේ එයාගේ PC එක පැත්තෙන් issue එකක් වෙන්න පුළුවන් කියලා අපි හිතුවා. ඒත් අද තවත් මල්ලිලා දෙන්නෙක් සහ නංගි කෙනෙක් ඒ වගේම issue එකක් report කරපු නිසා අපි මේක seriously ආයෙමත් investigate කරන්න ගත්තා. Server maintenance team එකත් එක්ක පැය 2කට වැඩි detailed investigation එකකින් පස්සේ අපිට හොයාගන්න පුළුවන් උනා අපේ server එකට unauthorized access එකක් try කරලා තියෙනවා කියලා. ඒකෙන් අපේ apps වල source files access කරන්න/ගන්න attempt එකක් වෙලා තියෙනවා. ඒත් වැදගත්ම දේ — කිසිම user කෙනෙක්ගේ personal data එකක් හෝ account data එකක් අරගෙන තියෙන බවට evidence එකක් අපිට හම්බවෙලා නෑ.
