Healing Reminder:
Before further deep diving into another supplement, another detox, another manual therapy, or another protocol, lets P.A.U.S.E and ask ourselves this:
Have I re-built and supported the foundations that allow my body to heal?
Each different detox, supplement plan and healing modality requires cellular energy from the whole body system to process. When our foundations are weak, even good therapies and tools can become draining instead of restorative.
Healing begins at the energy and cellular level.
Start here:
• Support healthy elimination so waste has a way out.
• Work on better bile flow so environmental toxins can leave the body.
• Restore minerals that power our every cell.
• Hydrate the body with structured, mineral-rich water that cells can actually use.
• Support healthy mitochondria so cells have the energy to repair.
• Restore the extracellular matrix, lymph and fascia, where energetic communication and flow occur throughout the body.
• Reconnect with natural light, darkness, and circadian rhythms, which guide and balance all healing processes.
• Support your nervous system to experience safety again.
• Restore structural alignment through posture, spinal health, foot health, vision, breathing, and jaw function, because the body heals differently when it is divinely organized rather than compensating with life long disconnected patterns.
These are foundations of natural healing and are the essential roots before others.
When our foundations are strong, our body often responds more effectively to nutrition, detoxification aid, regenerative therapies, manual therapies, and even energy medicine.
Let’s remember to first rebuild the very ground matter our whole body system or healing is standing on.

THE BIOLOGICAL ERA • A LETTER FROM ZACH BUSH MD
Your body is not a machine.
It is light learning to organize itself.
A letter from the threshold of the biological era, the field from which Biological Elegance was born.
Dear Friend, we have been taught to imagine the body as a machine. A collection of parts that can be measured, managed, supplemented, medicated, and repaired. But when physics looks deeply enough into matter, matter disappears.
Instead, we see that the human body is 99.997% space. The solid world dissolves into fields, forces, vibration, polarity, attraction, and relationship. At the foundation of everything we were told was hard rock, there is motion, information, and energy changing form.
This is the threshold where a new understanding of biology begins. The biological era begins when we stop seeing the body as chemistry arranged into tissue and begin seeing it as the physics of interconnected relationships, light learning how to organize itself into membranes, cells, microbiomes, mitochondria, nervous systems, breath and perception.
Every moment of your life, the universe is moving through you and changing shape. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only transform. And you are the most exquisite example of transformation this planet has ever produced, nature in one of her most concentrated expressions.
The carbon in your cells was born in stars. The water in your blood has moved through oceans, clouds, rivers, roots, fruit, animals, and ancestors. The light that touches your skin in the morning is the same light that teaches the plant to become food, the mitochondria to provide energy, and the nervous system to restore rhythm.

Machine vs. Relationship
This is why the old worldview is collapsing. Healing is no longer the management of symptoms. Nutrition is no longer the counting of calories. The microbiome is no longer a population of organisms inside the gut.
Everything becomes relationship again. Sunlight. Soil. Water. Breath. Microbes. Food. Community. Sleep. Grief. Joy. Silence. Touch. Gratitude. These are the original language of biology.
The Concentration of Light
01 • FORM
Sunlight became carbon. Light captured from the sun, organized into carbon chains.
02 • SYMBIOSIS
Carbon became food. Chains of carbon becoming nourishment for living systems.
03 • SIGNAL
Food became information. Nutrient became living signal, instruction, and memory.
04 • EXPERIENCE
Information became intelligence. And intelligence became the human body.
Begin Simply
Step outside and into the light. Take in a deep breath and notice how the atmosphere enters you, becomes you. In that stillness, feel how your body is space organized by life. Then, offer gratitude for the miracle that you are and the cosmos that has been speaking through you all along.
This is the field from which my newest book, Biological Elegance, was born. An invitation into this new horizon of biology. A remembrance that life is not built from isolated parts, but from relationship, embodiment, light, and the exquisite design woven through nature herself.

These salts are prepared in microdoses, making them safe, gentle, and vibrational in nature, subtle enough for sensitive systems, yet profound in how they speak to the body’s innate intelligence.
They gently remind the body how to return to balance.
How to Begin:
Start with listening to signals from your body. What is your body asking for? Look to the small signs:
– Dry skin that won’t stay hydrated?
– Jaw tension or night-time leg cramps?
– Feeling frazzled or overstimulated?
Every symptom is a whisper from your wise inner terrain that you may be mineral-deficient in availability and absorption. Cell salts meet the body where it can receive with ease.

Pause Before Offering Advice, Ask These First.
I feel one of the most powerful questions in connection is one that gives people choice before advice:
“Are you looking for a listening heart, or would you like feedback and to discuss suggestions?
Here are other versions of important questions to ask first before jumping into opinions, problem solving and advice:
• How are YOU feeling about all of this?
• What do you need right now?
• What feels most overwhelming right now?
• What has been the hardest part to carry on your own?
• What support would you love most right now?
• What feels within your control to move forward?
• What feels out of your control right now?
• What would feel like a small win right now?
• What has helped you through something like this before?
• What do you need most from me right now, presence, hugs, listening, suggestions?
• Would it help if I just stayed with you for a while?
• How can I best support you?
• Is there anything that would help you feel safer or more at ease?

Healing Reminder
Focus your thoughts, feelings, energy and actions with your innate wholeness and the concepts of coherence, harmony, health, peace, and good will.

Often we get the order wrong, and here the order truly matters.
Healing is a reclaiming of our innate wholeness and wholeness requires a constant exchange of energy. (Known and unknown) It requires interaction, relationship, and energy moving between us and life itself.
A sacred PAUSE is very important in times of deep healing, but only when it is held with the intention to rejoin life in new and different ways than before.

A Prayer For The Healing Of ALL Men
May this prayer bring strength, peace, and healing to the men in our families, communities and throughout the world.
“Great Spirit, Divine Creator, Source of All Life, GOD
We call forth blessings for the men of this world.
May their hearts be healed from wounds carried in silence, from burdens passed through generations, from the belief that strength requires suffering alone.

That's more sugar than a soda + candy bar combined.
Yet my blood sugar was back to baseline within 1 hour.
It’s totally normal physiology for it to rise/fall and return to baseline in 2 or 3 hours.
The fear of fruit sugar is keeping people from eating the very foods that actually help them.
Some people will say, well YOU can eat fruit because you don’t have blood sugar issues.
But I DID have issues in the past with this, namely hypoglycemic drops.
And furthermore several trials have tested the impact of fruit on glucose handling in diabetics as well.
Fruit is not the problem.
